A healthy plant is free from disease, insects and pests by definition. It is not the absence of pathogens or pests that makes a plant healthy, it's because of a healthy immune system that does not attract pests. This requires at minimum, a balance of the following elements: Oxygen, Hydrogen, Carbon, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sulfur, Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese, Zinc, Iron, Copper, Boron, Molybdenum, Cobalt, and Selenium. Plants can survive with

deficiencies.
