How it works

1. Contact STA International on 01622 423 753, or email jonathan.degilbert@staonline.com 2. We’ll create an account for you to place your debts via our online portal 3. As soon as we receive your instruction, we’ll get to work, contacting your debtor by post, email and phone calls in a proven workflow to amicably request payment of your overdue invoices. 4. Where successful, we’ll remit collected funds to you via BACS weekly, minus our discounted collection fee where applicable. If we can’t gain payment from your debtor, we’ll recommend further steps, including the possibility of legal action, all handled by STA.

Hemel Hempstead based housing association West Herts Homes are delighted to announce the completion of their latest development of homes for local people.

The new homes in London Colney comprise a 2-bedroom apartment for sale, and three 1-bedroomed apartments for rent. The new apartments are being named in honour of West Herts Homes past Chair of the Board and company President

Mrs. Mary Pedlow.

The independent family business has recently opened its new funeral arrangement office at 77 High Street, Hoddesdon, to provide a private and welcoming environment in which to arrange the funeral of your loved one.

This location becomes Austin’s eleventh funeral arrangement office in East and North Hertfordshire. Families in the Hoddesdon community will benefit from the use of private Chapels of Rest, giving them the opportunity to visit their loved one, in comfortable surroundings, before the day of the funeral. Those visiting this office will be attended by, highly experienced Funeral Administrator, Tina Williams. Tina will be available at 77, High Street every weekday between 9am and 5pm. An appointment is not necessary but desirable.

Assistance and enquiries outside business hours are received by a 24 hour on-call service which is available by calling any AUSTIN’S branch.
