How it works 1. Contact STA International on 01622 423 753, or email jonathan.degilbert@staonline.com 2. We’ll create an account for you to place your debts via our online portal 3. As soon as we receive your instruction, we’ll get to work, contacting your debtor by post, email and phone calls in a proven workflow to amicably request payment of your overdue invoices. 4. Where successful, we’ll remit collected funds to you via BACS weekly, minus our discounted collection fee where applicable. If we can’t gain payment from your debtor, we’ll recommend further steps, including the possibility of legal action, all handled by STA.
