Delivery Solutions (DELSOL) Ltd was incorporated in 2003, by two friends Simon and Tony who shared their love of motorcycles. Initially established as a motorcycle courier service in Caernarfon. The company rapidly expanded to operate a fleet of vans delivering parcels for The Alternative Parcel Company (APC) across North Wales. In 2009, DELSOL broadened its services by joining The Pallet Network (TPN) and introducing an international department following a strategic acquisition in Sandycroft. Further growth included handling hazardous goods for The Hazchem Network in 2016, which brought in new customers. In 2017, DELSOL expanded to offer storage facilities at its Sandycroft site. By 2019, DELSOL enhanced its capabilities by acquiring HF Owen Transport & Storage Ltd, thereby establishing its own haulage department.

In December 2023, Kathy Jones, formerly Head of HR & Business, was promoted to Group Chief Executive. Under her leadership, DELSOL has expanded its parcel delivery services into the Wirral and have set new objectives to improve organisational efficiency, to expand market presence and brand awareness through strategic partnerships and collaborations. Aiming to be the best courier company in the region by fostering a positive culture and promoting employee wellbeing for increased retention and satisfaction, making DELSOL the employer of choice.
