Are you gearing up for a staff away day, off-site meeting or AGM?

It can be a daunting task finding the right venue; somewhere convenient but away from the office where your team can spend the day strategizing rather than being amongst the weeds. Xplore! offers a unique opportunity to try something a bit different!

At its heart Xplore! is a visitor attraction; a Science Discovery Centre and educational charity located in Wrexham city centre. But what comes alongside that is a fantastic venue hire facility for local businesses.

We have modern, professional meeting rooms, additional flexible break-out spaces, a 100 seat theatre with AV equipment and a café to keep everyone fuelled. All of this is set amongst our unique exhibition hall with over 80 handson STEM-based exhibits, puzzles and competitive activities to keep energy levels high and a spring in people’s step. The space also provides a great opportunity for employers to host an all-weather staff family fun-day, with daytime, evening or weekend options available, a dedicated host and a fabulous live science show.

How about getting out in the fresh air?

Xplore! are also the proud custodians of a beautiful Forest School site set in ancient woodland in Northop that provides an amazing opportunity for you and your team to experience a relaxed Woodland Wellbeing session or an active WildCraft adventure day, run by our fullyqualified Forest School Leader. Perhaps you’re looking to upskill your staff? Xplore! are now offering a ½ day staff training day at Xplore!, focused on Climate Change, becoming more environmentally aware and how we can reduce our climate anxiety by making small steps to reduce our own carbon footprint.

So, if you want to add a team-building activity to your day, simply choose from;

• An away-day at Xplore! in Wrexham and add an ‘Escape Room’ style activity or our popular ‘Cold Case Conundrum’ activity.

• A well-being or an active outdoor day set in our ancient woodland in Northop.

• A climate change training session based on your own site or at Xplore!
