Moreton Bay Apartments is an exceptional collection of 42 high-quality new apartments of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms in two beautifully designed modern blocks. Who were the purchasers?

We identified that Moreton Bay Apartments would attract a range of buyers, including First time buyers, Investors, Downsizers and clients moving into the area, either to move closer into Havering for the tube, or further out from Central London.

How did we market the apartments?

With the different buyers mentioned above, we knew a range of marketing would need to be used to reach the right clientele.

With 120,000 people registered on our database, we utilised this with e-flyers and phone calls on the lead up to a catered launch, attended by the on-site sales representative and members of the new homes team and local office.

We assisted the developer in dressing a show apartment, which helped buyers envisage the layout of the apartment and led to that apartment type being the most popular.
