EXTENDING OUR APPRECIATION Best Wishes to Adrian & Elaine As Adrian and Elaine prepare for the next chapter in their lives in Fort Worth, Texas, we wanted to take a moment and express our deep appreciation for their 12 years here with us at Berkeley Hall. “While we planned to invite all our members to an April farewell party for Adrian and Elaine, life quickly changed as the Coronavirus swept across the globe," said Keith Patten, Berkeley Hall Board President. "Instead, the event will be rescheduled to a later date, on one of Adrian's return trips to the Lowcountry, as he and his family complete preparations for their final move to Texas." Experience

Many of us will remember Adrian for his quick laugh, a great love for the game of golf and his kind heart. These past years, we've weathered many

storms together, quite literally, with the busiest of hurricane seasons we've encountered in the Lowcountry, and Adrian saw us through with great

at the club

leadership, genuine caring and camaraderie.

During his tenure here, Adrian and Berkeley Hall celebrated many Club accomplishments, including 5-Star Platinum Club of America status and the prestigious Distinguished Club honor. The Club was named host of the upcoming 2020 U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur Championship, and was well known as host to The Players Amateur from 2012-2019, attracting many of the top amateur players from around the world. Now, as Adrian and Elaine head west for their new adventure and Adrian's next step in his professional career as General Manager/COO at Ridglea Country Club, we wish them the best and look forward to seeing them again, when they return for a special Berkeley Hall Appreciation gathering with membership. - Adrian's last day with us is April 29th and we wish him our very best.

. . . BEST REGARDS FROM ADRIAN A Note from Adrian Morris

Dear Members, I'm told I may be the only Texan with an Irish accent in Fort Worth, Texas, but I'm fairly sure that's a good thing! As I get ready to take residence as General Manager/COO at Ridglea Country Club, my mind turns back to my early days here in the Lowcountry at Berkeley Hall. I'd like to take this opportunity to bid a very fond farewell to all of you. These past weeks I've had the chance to speak with many of you, some even shared some Texan tips along with a few other sentimental gestures that I will surely treasure as much as my many fond memories of the great friendships we've formed.

It has been an honor to be your General Manager/COO at Berkeley Hall and to serve this community. I will never forget the kindness you have shown my family and I over the last 12 years and for that I am extremely grateful. This deep appreciation is matched by my confidence in the competent, caring and dedicated team we have here at Berkeley Hall. I am comforted leaving Berkeley Hall knowing that you are now in the safe hands of Adam Kushner and I am absolutely convinced that the Club will continue to grow and prosper under his leadership and your support. Best Regards,
