Executive Chef Jeff McKinney is a firm believer in locally sourced goods, and as the welcome beneficiaries of his delicious seasonal menus, we’re more than happy to indulge. Multi-layered with a blend of casual and traditional, Chef Jeff draws classical interpretation from our Lowcountry influences, with wonderful Southern specialties, along with eating well and inspired fine courses. “Winter months infuse our entrees with the deep flavors of root vegetables, notably so in heartier entrees such has Beef Stroganoff, and our Veal Scallopini, with “There’s no better true flavor than that of fresh fare, from local waterways to nearby farms and orchards.”
