The Perfect Summer Sippers

ummery notes of peach and strawberry, with light scents of florals or finishes flecked with honeysuckle, rosés offer a wide array of flavor profiles that set them apart, and add to their wide appeal. BHC Somm Ted Coleman and special guest Somm Chris Telep from Winebow, will share some of their top summer rosés with us at our Rosé Sip & Learn afternoon tasting, on Saturday, July 10 from 3-5pm in the Berkeley Room. Enjoy these delightful rosés, paired with Executive Chef Jeff’s small plates menu, showcasing the flavors for each variety of rosé. As varied as the regions they come from, our afternoon selection features rosés from these celebrated regions: Vajra JC Claire Rosé: Nebbiolo from Piedmont Italy Stolpman Rosé: Grenache from Santa Barbara, California Henri Bourgeios Sancerre Rosé: Pinot Noir from Loire Valley, France Elizabeth Rosé: Pinot Noir from Napa Valley, California Chateau Haut Blanville Rosé: Grenache/ Cinsault from Languedoc, France What you’ll treasure is their exceptional quality, depth of flavor and the very tastes of summer that bring so much joy to rosé lovers the world over! Thanks to Somms Ted and Chris, we’ll raise a few glasses of delightful rosé, right here at Berkeley Hall.

Club dining has now moved to the Berkeley Room and Tap Room for a la carte dining, as the Mixed Grille officially closes for interior work renovation. Once open, you’ll experience the relaxed sophistication and comfort of our new Mixed Grille fine dining, paired with exceptional service and a well-curated wine list. Please place your dining reservations in advance online or via concierge services. The Wine Room is also available for larger party reservations, please reserve in advance with Ted Coleman at tcoleman@berkeleyhallclub.com.

Relax and enjoy our poolside menu with refreshing drinks and libations! Hot off the grill burgers, chicken and hot dogs, quesadillas, street tacos, fresh salads and deli sandwiches. Shareables include guacamole and chips or veggies, queso cheese dip and nachos – also kids pb&js and grilled cheese sandwiches. Drinks & Smoothies: Kids drinks and non-alcoholic drinks include soft drinks, lemonade, iced tea, San Pellegrino, sports drinks, Shirley Temples and delicious, made-fresh smoothies!
