STRETCH & TONE, MOVE & SPLASH!

Everyone needs a good stretch! Try our Stretch & Flow class on Monday and Stretch on Thursday mornings. Each class lets you move at your own pace and get a great early morning stretch. We also offer Yoga on Tuesday afternoon for more intense stretching. Pilates is taught in a classroom format on Monday mornings, as well as our Sculpt & Tone class that promises to give you a full body workout. Spin with us on Tuesday and Friday mornings. This high intensity class is easy on the joints and gets your heart pumping. Zumba fuses Latin rhythms with simple dance and aerobics sure to keep you moving. Members enjoy this class so much it’s on the schedule Wednesday and Saturday mornings. For water lovers, we offer Cardio Splash on Wednesday mornings. This lower impact workout is great for any level while still burning maximum calories. TRX is a form of suspension training that works the whole body using your own body weight. You’ll also reap the benefits of improved balance and flexibility. TRX is offered twice a week, Wednesday and Friday. Circuit Training is a fast-paced workout as you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to the next for a rigorous internal training sequence of high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance - offered on Thursday mornings. Tabata is an interval training class designed to utilize 8 exercises in 4-minute intervals. It’s great for weight loss and improving overall fitness. Modifications can be made to accommodate all fitness levels. You can find it on Friday morning’s schedule. Whatever workout you’re looking for, you’ll find it at BHC’s Fitness Center.
