by Hannah Rothschild

May 3 | Ladies Locker Room | 3pm

A dazzling, witty and tenderly savage satire of London life and the art world that is also a surprising and wonderful love story. When lovelorn Annie McDee stumbles across a dirty painting in a junk shop while looking for a present for an unsuitable man, she has no idea what she has discovered. Soon she finds herself drawn unwillingly into the tumultuous London art world, as competing collectors try to get their hands on her lost 18-century masterpiece called The Improbability of Love. by Fredrik Bachman

June 7 | Ladies Locker Room | 3pm

From the #1 New York Times bestselling author of A Man Called Ove comes a charming, poignant novel about a crime that never took place, a would-be bank robber who disappears into thin air, and eight extremely anxious strangers. Looking at real estate isn’t usually a life-or-death situation, but an apartment open house becomes just that when a failed bank robber bursts in and takes a group of strangers hostage. Rich with Backman’s “pitch-perfect dialogue, Anxious People is an ingeniously constructed story about the enduring power of friendship, forgiveness, and hope. Review: New York Times
