hanksgiving in the Lowcountry welcomes everyone home for T this special time of year, as friends and families gather together at Berkeley Hall. Enjoy magnificent dining with strolling stations brimming with holiday gourmet fare on Thursday, November 24 from 11am-2pm on the Verandah. Chef Jeff has a vision of holiday dining and you’re in for a grand Thanksgiving Feast! His chef artistry adds gourmet flavor notes, to a generous spread of everyone’s favorites. Here, Roasted Beef Tenderloin and Carved Roasted Tom Turkey are centerpieces, an elegant presentation that’s a feast for the eyes, along with Crabmeat Stuffed Sole, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Beefsteak Tomatoes with Grilled Asparagus, Aged Goat Cheese and Roasted Pear Salad with Beets and Walnuts, Wild Mushroom Bisque, and much more. Pastry Chef Owen’s gorgeous desserts of house-made Pumpkin, Apple and Pecan Pies perfectly complement the warmth of our Thanksgiving feast, along with an array of enticing dessert favorites of Italian Rum Cake, Chocolate Roulade, Coconut Macaroons, Chocolate Almond Rocher, Pate de Fruit, Sticky Bun Sundae Station and homemade Vanilla Gelato.
