The Old Course at St. Andrews

Favorite Club in the bag: Driver

Favorite golfer of all time: Tiger Woods

QUICK TIP: When putting, speed is more important than line. Put an alignment stick or a couple tees about 2 feet behind the hole. From roughly 15 feet, roll 7-10 putts towards the hole. See how many balls you can get come to rest in between the ball and alignment stick or in the hole. Move back to 30 feet and try the same thing. With consistency, your confidence will build, and you will see the line better. Remember, the more you practice, the luckier you get!

Favorite Major Championship: The Open

Favorite Sporting Team: Arsenal Football Club

Favorite Club in the bag: Putter

Favorite golfer of all time: David Duval

QUICK TIP: Pay attention to the alignment of your clubface and yourself at address. With all clubs, pick out a spot just a couple of feet ahead of your ball in-line with your target (this may not always be the flag).

Then, when addressing the ball place the clubface down first aimed at that intermediate point. It will be easier to be correct over a couple of feet than it will over a couple hundred yards! Then align your body parallel to that imaginary line between ball, point and target. Commit to your swing and watch the ball fly towards your target! Play well!

Favorite Major Championship: The Masters – because of the history!

Favorite Sporting Team: Carolina Panthers

Course that you haven’t played, but would like to… St. Andrews

Favorite Club in the bag: Putter

Favorite golfer of all time: Tiger Woods

QUICK TIP: How to hit a baby fade and find more fairways. Ball more forward than back, aim more left than right, swing left so the ball won't go left.

Jaden Thiemann

Favorite Major Championship: The Open Championship

Favorite Sporting Team: Minnesota Vikings Course that you haven’t played, but would like to... Royal County Down

Favorite Club in the bag: My trusted Odyssey Toulon La Grange Putter

Favorite golfer of all time: Arnold Palmer

QUICK TIP: When reading your next putt, locate the high point (maximum break with minimal speed) and try to get your ball to roll over that point. Do not just simply aim at that point, break the putt into 2 halves...how much is the putt going to break to that point and how much it it going to break after that point?

STONE McCALL

Favorite Major Championship: The Masters

Favorite Sporting Team: Cincinnati Bengals

Course that you haven’t played, but would like to…Pebble Beach

Favorite Club in the bag: Driver

Favorite golfer of all time: Scottie Scheffler

QUICK TIP: To have a consistent golf swing, tempo is essential. Whether it be a short pitch or a long iron and even driver, the tempo of the golf swing must remain consistent throughout the entire bag. This promotes good ball striking and prevents getting too quick and over swinging.

With Krista Dunton

May 23-25 | June 6-8

$1,850/pp Non-Member | $1,650/pp Member everyone is built differently. No one is going to swing the golf club the same, nor should they, as we all have different physical structures. In my 25-plus years of teaching, what makes me different is I know what to leave alone and what to pinpoint and fix so you build a golf swing you can own and it can repeat on the course.”

Top 100 Instructor Krista Dunton brings a level of excitement to Berkeley Hall Golf Academy that’s unparalleled.

DAY 1 We use technology to get a game plan of where you are and where you’re going to go to.

DAY 2 The process of getting your game on the course. How to think correctly, make it productive, implement swing changes under competition and pressure.

Dunton’s unique, custom approach is matched by the award-winning technology at Berkeley Hall’s 33-acre Learning Center. “We have the technology to properly diagnose what’s going on with the golf ball, the golf club. I individualize what you can do with your body through bio-swing dynamics, because

Once on the course, Dunton works on the other elements of human skills: how you think, react to your shot, manage your emotions and develop great technical skills that repeat under pressure, with a good mental set that allows you to perform at your best.

“We are fortunate to have some of the best technology so we can measure and assess. We measure so we don’t guess, and the changes we make as your teachers and coaches are going to help you improve your game.”

DAY 3 How to keep this going, and practice correctly and efficiently.
