Annual Threshold Awards - NEW The goal of the Threshold Awards Program is to recognize teams or individuals who obtain a minimum of Total GCI or Residential Units. In an effort to provide a more balanced and inclusive awards program, we are updating the structure to reflect current trends relating to team sizes. Threshold awards will recognize four recipient types: Individual Agents Small Teams (2-5 Agents) Medium Teams (6-10 Agents) Large Teams (11+ Agents)
