As for grown-ups, the store’s balloon and décor specialists can also fit out your party venue along your chosen theme. “We’ve been around as a party store for eight years now and can cater to both adults and children’s parties,” said Mrs Spence,
a professional balloon decorator. “We carry table covers, napkins, cups, plates and cutlery in various colours and themes. “We also have party favours, candles and confetti, birthday banners and ‘danglers’, to celebrate different ages. “We can do personalized banners and also have a cup cake line.” The designers can also create gift baskets for special occasions, such as birthdays, Valentine’s Day,
Mother’s Day and other celebrations. Another popular party attraction is Designer Balloons’ Teddy Bear Stuffers. Children love the chance to create their own teddy bear and to dress him/ her up in fancy shoes and outfits.
