Sample Requirements and Rules How many samples are required
The rules
Nursery Products
1. An entry is considered submission of an individual entry form and full payment. Payment terms strictly 14 days. Entry will not go live until payment is made. 2. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. 3. Each entry should comprise of: • Contact Form • Completed entry form(s) • Product sample(s) for shortlisting • Payment for all entries in full 4. The product must be available for sale in the UK by the 1st of August 2018. 5. Once entered, all products are non-returnable unless by prior agreement. 6. Incomplete or incorrect entry forms will be disqualified from entry. 7. Please ensure all details on the entry form are correct as these will be used when referring to the products online. 8. Closing date for entries is: 31st March 2018. 9. If your products are not with the testers by the 1st of June, you will no longer be eligible for testing. 10. Native Media Limited reserve the right to move entries into more relevant categories or create new categories if required. We will let you know of any changes. 11. All entry fees are non-refundable once successfully submitted. 12. At all times the judges’ decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into. Due to the number of entries no individual feedback will be given. 13. Logos may only be used against the product submitted.
1 sample for shortlisting initially (please send ASAP) and 3 samples for consumer testing. (We will let you know details for these in June.) Pushchairs, Car Seats, Changing Units, Cot/Cotbed, Nursery Furniture Sets, Nursing Chairs, Outdoor Toys and Games (see page 11). One sample only required - we will advise of the delivery date for these items. Do not send yet!

Pushchairs, Car Seats and Large Items Submitting a pushchair

We only require one pushchair to be submitted for testing.
We will only require one car seat to be submitted for testing.
Submission configuration: Pushchairs must be submitted into the awards in a standard minimum usable configuration for that category. However, they MUST include a rain cover and this must be detailed if it is an extra and included in RRP.
Each car seat submitted will be tested by three parents in total.
Only include the accessories required to fit into that category desired. All accessories are to be listed on the entry form with prices. ie: If you are submitting a pushchair into the ‘First Pushchair’ category, it must be a from birth configuration. If you need to add a carrycot from the accessories to make the pushchair a from birth product, this is OK. However no additional accessories are allowed. We will let you know when this sample is required.
Category definitions • First Pushchair From birth - the first pushchair a parent buys. • Travel System Pushchair and car seat combination. • Luxury Pushchair The ultimate set of wheels. • Pushchair for Two (Tandem/Double) Full sized pushchair for two or more. • All Terrain Perfect on the trail as well as in the supermarket. • Single Stroller One piece, small and compact pushchair. • Double Stroller One piece, small and compact pushchair for two.
We will provide two cars for these to be tested in. Parents will be briefed on how to fit the seat by one of the Mumii team or brand representatives. We will let you know when this sample is required.
Submitting other large items We require one sample of items from the following categories to be submitted for testing.
Consumer Testing Day This will take place in Boston on 14th June. The Mumii team (and Pushchair Expert team) will be on hand to demonstrate and answer questions. You are welcome to send a brand representative to be on hand to answer any queries should you wish. Full details will be sent soon. All pushchair and car seat samples for this day will be required week beginning 21st May 2018.
