Grandma’s Pumpkin Pie

b START BAKING! It’s Time To
• 1 can Farmer’s Market Pumpkin Pie Mix • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar • 11/2 tsp. cornstarch • pinch salt • 3 eggs • 1/2 cup half and half • 1/2 cup milk • 1 deep dish pie crust
Preheat oven to 375˚. In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add the pumpkin, eggs, cream and milk and whisk to combine. Pour the filling into a deep dish pie crust and bake until the center is set, 60 to 65 minutes, covering the edges of the crust with aluminum foil after 30 minutes if they brown too quickly.
