This years graduate fashion week will bring new concepts and ideas from prospective graduates, who are given the opportunity to showcase their work, alongside other diverse talent of their generation. In ambition to acclaim one of the bestowed fashion awards, it inspires tough competition within the designers. Based on key intelligence to perfect finishes, create innovative designs and working under intense pressure, the designers promote themselves to alternative fashion houses and intended employers in hope to obtain future careers in the fashion industry. The fashion event itself, was founded in 1991 by Jeff Banks CBE, along with other influential names as a charity organisation. The event accommodates International Universities, alongside some of the leading UK Universities to present the work of over 1000 graduates. Graduate fashion week is responsible for the success of designers such as Stella McCartney, Julien Macdonald and Giles Deacon.

This year Nu. are collaborating with the cosmetics brand Lush, to launch an exciting new collection in the world of fragrances and beauty products. Combining expert knowledge and a passion for beautiful skin, the products will be both luxurious and affordable. The launch will take place mid november, at a variety of locations around the UK.
