Propuesta de desarrollo urbano en uno de los sectores de mayor potencial y de crecimiento para residencias de veraneo de la provincia de Panamá. Ubicado en el área de Lajas en el distrito de san carlos consiste en un proyecto de intervención urbana de grandes escalas el cual se ha pensado en su desarrollo a través de etapas o fases. El objetivo principal de diseño para la elaboración del Plan Maestro del proyecto es el de distribuir en un globo de terreno (etapa I), de manera equilibrada distintos usos de suelo que se complementan entre sí para dar como resultado un complejo residencial de alta calidad urbana y paisajística.

PUNTA CHAME Punta Chame Beach Resort es un complejo Residencial de Playa y Hotelero ubicado en Punta Chame, Provincia de Panamá. Es un desarrollo de más de 70 hectáreas de terreno en el inicio del sector de Playa al oeste de la ciudad de Panamá. Este proyecto consiste en varios tipos de residencias: casas, townhouses y edificios; cada uno con sus respectivas áreas sociales que les hacen servicio a la Casa Club la cual estará ubicada en todo el centro del complejo junto al Hotel 5 estrellas.

Diseño Residencial de playa con viviendas de lujo. La propuesta ha contemplado residencias duplex de aproximadamente 300 m2. Un área social común, y espacios de recreación para cada vivienda. El proyecto se orienta principlamente a lo largo de una curva bien definida, respondiendo a la situación topográfica, teniendo como elemento principal y punto focal la piscina que se extiende a lo largo del proyecto.
