Method Add the Satin Crème Cake Chocolate, egg & water to a planetary mixer with a beater. Mix slow for 2 mins, melt the Belcolade Dark Chocolate & butter together, add to the bowl. Mix slow for 2 mins. Deposit the batter into bakeable mugs, bake for 25-30 mins at 160°C. Heat Decorcrem to 40°C, flood the top of the cooled mugs with Decorcrem Dark 520 & feather with Decorcrem White 520 to finish.

Method Add Satin Crème Cake Plain Mix, egg, oil & water to a planetary mixer with a beater. Mix on slow for 2 mins, scrape down, mix for a further 3 mins medium. Into a pre-heated greased sandwich toaster pipe vanilla batter to cover the base. Pipe Vivafil Strawberry into the centre then cover with more vanilla batter. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins.
