Live Auction

For the Live Auction, raise your bid number to the auctioneer. If bidding from home, you may bid via proxy by phone. Please register in advance by calling Tim at 602-757-2641.

Silent Auction

Opens Monday, February 21st and closes Saturday, February 26th following the completion of the Live Auction. The Silent Auction is electronic and both in-person and home attendees may bid with smartphones using BidPal Mobile Bidding.

How to use BidPal Mobile Bidding

You may bid, donate and buy items on any device with an internet connection. After you register with OneCause/BidPal or check in at the event, you’ll receive a text message with a link to start bidding. The home screen offers several ways to search for auction items and update your profile. The search bar can be used to locate a particular item or category of items. Buttons highlight special groups of items and ‘Items with No Bids’ button has some great deals to discover. The Select a Category drop down shows all items, featured items, silent auction categories, items with no bids, live auction & fixed price items. Tapping Menu gives you access to additional unique event pages and is customized for each event.

Placing a Bid is easy! When viewing an item, you can place a Bid and a few items may let you Buy Now. Confirm your bid and set a Max Bid to allow the system to automatically place bids on your behalf up to your Max Bid amount.

Your Profile icon gives you access to our activity, receipt, contact info and credit card. Access your Activity from the Menu or Profile icon to see items you’ve bid on, won or are watching. Keep an eye on the color-coded icons indicating your current bidding status.

Outbid alerts and texts let you know when to jump back in and bid!

Tips & Tricks

Really want an item? Place a max bid and automatically outbid everyone else. Charge your smartphone before the event, you don’t want to miss out on any of the fun! And please remember to bid high and bid often – you are supporting Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley!

Checkout & Pick-up

At the end of the Silent Auction, check Your Activity to see what you’ve won! Check your Receipt to see all purchases & payments for the event. If you have a balance due, add a Credit Card to quickly settle up. Make sure to email yourself a receipt!

Items purchased will be available to pick-up beginning Tuesday, March 1st beginning at 10 a.m. Winners may retrieve items at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley’s Program Services Center, 4309 E. Belleview Street, Bldg. #14, Phoenix, AZ 85008.

General Auction Information

Unless otherwise specified, all items and services must be used by February 26, 2023. Please pay special attention to expiration dates and restrictions on items. Neither we, nor our partners, are responsible for missed expiration dates.

Reservations for all trips must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified. All

arrangements for trips and similar events must be made at least one month in advance, unless otherwise noted. All airline tickets in travel packages are coach unless specifically stated and can only be used from the destination and arrival locations specified in the catalog description. Absolutely no refunds will be allowed on travel packages if the buyer should have to cancel.

Today’s Kids, Tomorrow’s Stars neither warrants nor represents, and shall in no event be responsible for, correctness of description, authenticity, authorship, provenance or condition of the property. Full payment for items is due tonight. All sales are final and there will be no exchange or return on items except where specified. Final invoices will be sent by email or text message at the conclusion of the event and may be paid electronically.

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and checks are accepted at Today’s Kids, Tomorrow’s Stars for all purchases. For payment assistance, please stop by Guest Services at the end of the evening.
