Midtown Food & Beverage Program

A Vision for Midtown Plaza

This deck is provided to illustrate the vision and placement of restaurants, food, cafe, bars and all alike programming in the Midtown Plaza.

Midtown is a master build community of hospitality, residential and retail. Located in the North end of the Las Vegas Arts District, Midtown is defining the urban footprint of Las Vegas. Upscale and driven by the experience of food and culture, Midtown is elevating the urban structure of Downtown.

The Plaza

Plaza Courtyard

Courtyard will include the most public seating, with large mature trees, shade structures, patio/cafe seating and lounge seating. Includes lighting, sound, and landscaping.

Courtyard will also include various kiosks for vendors and pop-up events.

Courtyard is designed to host events such as “Market Nights” and weekly Farmers Markets.

North Tower

The North tower will be the Marriott Branded English Residences with 121 Condo-Hotel units and 2,500 SF of Banquet Hall (level 2). The ground floor has approx. 14' ceiling heights. The tower includes commercial laundry, gym and community kitchen on the 2nd level.

Midtown Courtyard

Glass House

27' Height glass house that will be home to the extension of the formal dining restaurant and a public indoor green space. Glass house will blend the look and feel of a public arboretum with the access of a modern day nursery and an intimate restaurant surrounded by lush landscape. Plants will be available for sale, walk-up bar will be open to the restaurant’s private garden. A tranquil oasis in the Vegas desert.

FORMAL RESTAURANT

The formal dining restaurant (casual-fine dining) to be located at North-end and will expand into the future glass house. Restaurant to be celebrity chef restaurant or chain as the anchor F&B piece to the entire Midtown neighborhood. The restaurant that goes in this space sets the bar for the level of luxury that surrounds the residents and what the complimentary programming will be.

Located on the 2nd level, glass walls overlook the Plaza center, this speakeasy will be a 1930's style of the Shanghai Qipao

Serving soup dumplings as a high-end bar food and shanghai-style cocktails

The South tower is The Plaza Condominiums, with 89 Condominium units and 15,000 SF of office space (level 2). The ground floor has approx. 14' ceiling heights. The tower is directly across the street from the new Evil Knievel & Neon Museum and parking garage.

Bodega Market & Deli

Provide miscellaneous goods for residents and an on-site delicatessen and sandwich shop for quick grab n’ go or deli meat sales. Offer some indoor seating options. Also offer bagels.

Market-Style Kiosks/Stalls set inside a conditioned space with randomized seating, overhead seating

Limited grease trap access. Assume 16-20 vendors.

Ideal for breakfast and lunch service, market-style kiosks are designed for guest to take and enjoy in the seating above the market or within the Courtyard’s covered seating, under trees or shade in thoughtfully laid out communal public seating and green space. Majority of these vendor spaces are owner operated and rotated regularly to test new concepts.
