SUPRA lockboxes are accessible to Realtors and Appraisers and digitally record who enters your home and at what time. Please provide a copy of your key(s) for the lockbox as soon as possible. If you prefer not to use a Supra lockbox, I will accommodate your preferences.

YOU’RE A KEY PLAYER

• Keep your property in “ready-to-show” condition at all times

• Ensure the home is easily accessible to real estate professionals for showings

• Be flexible with scheduling showings to accommodate potential buyers

• If you’re out of town, provide contact information so you can be reached in case an offer is made

• If someone approaches you directly without being represented by an agent, please contact me immediately and do not allow them into your property unescorted

• Secure valuables, jewelry, and prescription medications, or remove them from the property during showings

• Make your pets comfortable and ensure they are securely contained during showings

BEFORE THE BUYERS ARRIVE

• Replace worn carpets and drapes

• Replace burnt-out light bulbs

• Clean windows and replace damaged screens

• Keep the lawn well-maintained and healthy

• Declutter and remove excess furniture
