Michael Slevin President Michael Slevin is the President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties. The family-owned Colorado firm includes 11 sales offices, a vacation rental division, and over 145 brokers and support staff serving some of the state’s best-known markets including Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Telluride, Durango, Grand Junction, and Montrose. Founded in 1971, the company has grown from 1 office in Vail to establishing a regional foothold in Colorado’s resort communities and the Western Slope. Michael is co-founder of the network’s Mountain Resort Group that aligns BHHS’s top mountain resort brokerages to uncover best practices, establish referral channels and create accountability. Michael is responsible for the day to day leadership and operations of the business, and is closely involved in supporting BHHS’s team of high producing people on their path towards personal, professional and financial growth and success. Michael’s career includes 26 years with BHHS, past positions on the board of the Vail Board of Realtors, its Foundation and as a board member of Students Shoulder to Shoulder, a nonprofit dedicated to ethical leadership. Michael was honored with the Vail Board of Realtors’ “Realtor of the Year” in 2021. A graduate of the University of Colorado (Marketing and Real Estate), Michael lettered in football after a successful high school soccer career. When not working in the business to support the brokers and staff, he enjoys time with his family, hiking, the Peloton and running. Michael and his wife, Page, have three children, Hanna, John and Sawyer and one goldendoodle – Bailey. Jill Bossow Vice President Born in Great Bend, Kansas and raised in Carlsbad, Calif., Jill moved to the Vail Valley in 1992. She is a 29-year real estate industry veteran and current vice president for locally-owned Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties, celebrating its 51st anniversary in 2022. As vice president, Jill's focus is to run and manage the company's 12 offices and 140+ broker associate team, including eight offices in Eagle County, an office in Summit County, Grand Junction, Telluride, Durango and Montrose. This includes overseeing all the accounting, and technology, business, and broker development programs. She also handles the company's digital marketing, advertising, and internal/external communication programs. You name it, she does it. Jill attributes her and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties' success to being nimble and responsive to market changes, staying on top of current trends and digital marketing programs, collaboration, local community involvement, and having great broker and administrative support teams. NATIONAL MARKETING AND TECHNOLOGY Jill serves on the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices corporate marketing directors group on a national level. What does this mean to you? It means that we as a company have access to all modern and new approaches and designs for the real estate industry. The marketing and technology division of real estate is changing nearly every day and this allows us to have our finger on the pulse of the newest creatives. Any lead you receive is YOUR lead, we do not charge for leads nor do we ask for any referral fee. Every lead syncs right into your MyConnect database. You'll receive an email as well as a text notification giving you information about their real estate question or viewed property information. Onboarding with us is Easy... We Promise! We have lots to do to get you fully onboarded and understand this can also be a very stressful time for you. Please know that you have a great team to help fully immerse you in our culture, systems, and communication. Here is our initial list we will work on with you, to help you transition your business to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties. Create your broker website and add any previous testimonials and your bio to your website. The broker website cost is $25/month. We will help you point your domain name to your new website along with any other links or customization you'd like to add to that website. We will help you add your database to your new CRM Assign your contacts to receive your branded monthly Enewsletter. We will work with you and train you on how to assign new contacts to receive the newsletter. Train you on how to set up listing alerts, neighborhoodspecific email reports (called MyProperty Watch), monthly market trends, and quarterly market trends for your database. We will help you create an email announcement of your move to BHHS to send to your clients/database. Create an online ad campaign for your sphere database showing your photo with the BHHS brand (if you wish to do this) Our PR writer, Holly Johnson, will write an announcement for you and we will also add this as a blog to the company site, social sites, and your personal blog site or any other social media platform you request. We will assist in moving your current CTM account to us. Help you order replacement for sale and open house signs. Order (and pay for) your new business cards


Our IT professional, Bob Hesner is available to connect with you on your computer to ensure everything is set up properly to work with our systems. We will provide 2 custom listing presentations for you (classic and luxury) We will provide an image for your email signature You will be placed in our lead system to receive leads on your own listings, your website leads, and floor duty leads. These are texted, emailed, and loaded in your CRM. Mary, our company trainer will connect with you in a series of meetings to ensure your onboarding experience is quick and seamless. She will also train you on the many technology and tools available to you.

What you can do to help your move run smoothly... Transfer your real estate license over to us. Our legal name is Gore Range Properties, Inc (license EC28210) with Michael Slevin (license ER40010797) as the owner/broker. You might need to change your email on your profile if your old company email is listed. Transfer your board membership over to us and change your email address on this account. Change your voicemail greeting on your cell phone to reflect Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties Change your social media account to reflect your new company and change your email address if necessary. Change your Zillow profile to reflect your new company and email. Realtor.com will change when you make the change with the Vail Board of Realtors. Change your signature on your phone and your email program (ex: Outlook email) to reflect your new company name. Change your email wherever you can think of to reflect your new email address. Fill out all paperwork provided to you as quickly as possible so we can onboard you on an expedited level. Schedule a professional photoshoot
