As we thaw out from a winter that didn’t start until February, we are now hitting the ground running. In early 2019 listings and sales were off to a slow start, but the second quarter has ramped up with new properties coming on the market every day. Sales continue to be strong in our market, but pricing seems to be leveling out. The average in town home price in 2018 was $254,000.00.* Data from the first six months of 2019 shows an average residential in town home price of $240,000.00.* These figures are down from 2017 where the average home price was right around $260,000.00.* We are seeing more new construction and more land sales which may be a contributing factor to the price adjustment in residential home sales.
