When you check out, your assigned bed space will be assessed for damages according to the Room Condition Report completed by you during move-in. If you are not in the correct bed space, you or your roommate could be incorrectly charged. Examples of room and bed layouts are below:

BATH DOUBLE DOUBLE Important Key Info - Don’t Get Locked Out! Your temporary room key that you received at check-in will expire on Thursday, August 22 at 12:00 pm All residents must have D their Fresno State ID cards encoded as their room keys. A Here’s how: Bring your Fresno State ID and your temporary key LIVINGROOM to the Atrium ConferenceERoom during listed hours. Staff will keep your temporary key and encode your ID card as your room key. The Atrium Conference Room will be open for the key exchange during the following times:
