PRAY FOR TEXAS Father God, You are all-powerful and all-knowing. You are the Creator of all and have this storm in the palm of Your mighty hand. We pray safety and peace for those who are dealing with this massive storm system. We pray that you would mercifully keep the tornadoes at bay and allow time for the residents to recover. Please be with the people who have been/may be injured, for all those who have/may lose loved ones. We pray that You would give those of us who are observing from afar Your peace and help us to put our trust in You, for Your will is sovereign. Just as in the book of Job, we know that You give and take away. Blessed be Your Name, but Lord, please spare the state of Texas from further harm. All these things we ask in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Mr. Clarke From Fareham BY DAVID CLARKE
Mr. David Clarke Photo Source: Christian Times Magazine
Extract from our Director’s book, ‘‘Mr Clarke Fareham’’. David writes, Discipline Methods At Luton College My conversion to Christianity is told in my book, ''Mr Clarke from Bierton''. In which I tell how I 'd been converted from a life of crime to follow Jesus Christ, as best I could. I learned to read by reading the bible. At first it was the New Testament reading a ‘‘Good News For Modern Man’’ version but I soon adopted the King James Authorized version. This was because I 'd been advised that modern versions of the bible omitted verses that relate to the Deity of Jesus Christ. I did this to educate my self, as I was virtually illiterate. I wanted to understand and know the truth about the Lord Jesus Christ, so I read the bible, along with classical Christian literature written since the Reformation. I was than able to go to Higher Education and graduated with a Certificate In Education, awarded by Birmingham University, in 1978. It was then that I took up my first lecturing position teaching electronics at Luton College of Higher Education , which is now Bedfordshire Univeristy, where I taught electronics for 10 years
Luton College of Higher Education (Now University)
During that time I was called by the Lord and sent by the Bierton Particular Baptist church to preach the gospel and preached at many churches through out the UK as told in, “Mr Clarke From Fareham”. Discipline Problems During my time at Luton College I taught many 100’s of students assisting them to qualify with a City and Guilds qualification in Electronics Servicing. Discipline however was not my strong point. keeping control of a class of 24 teenage students, from various ethnic backgrounds, was not an easy task. I adopted my own methods, one might say a manic method. I learned this method when I was training to be a Lecturer where I was only taught one method of classroom management. This was my training in ‘‘Class Room Management’’. We were told, by our course tutor, that he had to teach a class of craft students, and wanted to assert his authority before they got out of hand. Craft students were noted generally to be awkward to manage. He decided this would make sure he would have no problems with them later on in the course. During the class when he was teaching technical drawing, he asked one of the students to go out to the building sight and bring to him a large plank of wood. When the student returned with the wood the lecturer took it from him and with one mighty karate chop, broke the wooden plank in two. He then proceeded to use it as a ruler on the chalkboard just as though nothing had happened. He did not say a word to the students. The students stood back in amazement at this show of strength and took it as a warning. This was this lecturer's method of saying to the class, 'don’t mess with me or you will get what this plank of wood got'. I found this story amusing and from this I was supposed to learn all about class management. With this limited knowledge I took it that you had to find your own method of discipline in the classroom, so decided to have some fun. One of the problems I faced was enforcing the college rules. One rule was no eating of drinking food in the classrooms. How do you stop it? Sweet papers were evident, empty drink cans evident, so it went on whether they were allowed to or not. Even when they were told they still broke the rules. I decided I would sort this problem my way. I thought if you couldn’t beat them then join them. So I made it a rule that if I found them eating sweets or food in the class I would make them share their food with me so would help my self to their food. I proceeded to do so. It soon got around that I was taking their food. Whether this stopped the eating problem I do not know but on this one occasion the students got one over on me. I saw at the back of the class two students messing about under the desk and their mouths were in operation. I stopped teaching and went to the back of the classroom and sure enough a lovely fat juicy Mars bar was in Chavda’s hand. I had caught them red handed. I said come on you know the rules give it to me. Not without their protest I took it from him and looked forward to a big bite. As I consumed this mouth of Mars bar the rest of the class burst in to laughter- they all knew- I didn’t.

I discovered pieces of white tablets mixed in with the chocolate. They had laced the Mars bar with laxative tablets and got their own back one me.They were totally amused and from that time I had no real trouble. On another occasion I had some trouble with Chavda again and could not stop him from causing a disturbance in the class. I must have ruffled his feathers as on this occasion he threatened to sort me out. He was and Asian, about 17 years old, and I must have been about 30 years old with out much experience in dealing with this type of situation. In my determination to sort this problem out I challenged him to do it in the boxing ring, thinking this would put as stop to it all. How ever the class loved this suggestion and he too went along with the idea- Yes OK. How. Oh dear I thought to my self-how am I going to get out of this one. I said they must go to the college Gym, in the lunch hour, and ask if we can use the boxing ring for half and hour. This sorted the problem out and we all got back to work. They must have been looking forward in anticipation to this fight out. Sure enough off they went to the Gym during the break and shortly afterwards I got a telephone call from the women Gym lecturer asking me what was going on. She said they were not really allowed to do it. I seized on this and said good, please tell them that and that will get me off the hook. They came back after break feeling let down as they were all looking forward to this boxing match. However there was no Chavda, nor was he there the next day. I was told that he had got wind of the fact that I was a welterweight boxing champion and was looking forward to sorting him out. This again landed me on my feet. Muslims Want to Convert Me During my time Luton College I taught classes with a lot of Muslims and other religions. It was easy to speak to Muslim students about the things of God and they insisted they were right and God could not possibly have a son. From time to time I would visit their homes and meet their parents and they soon respected me. I had gone through many trials and difficulties and believed I should speak to these Muslims about Jesus and what he came to do. I could talk to them about the Omnipotent God, the Omnipresence of God and Omniscience of God and they began to think I would soon become a Muslim. I was invited to there young persons meeting on a Friday evening so I took with me a Muslim missionary who had been looking for an opening to meet the Luton Muslim community. We had a reasonable time just talking and listening. Word got around that I was interested in the Muslim religion and the student president of the Muslim community came to see me one lunch hour for a meeting. I am sure he thought I would become a Muslim. Some students nick named me God. In fact some of the students rang in to the local radio station called Chiltern Radio, in January 1988, to say they had named me God. This was because the radio station had asked their listeners to phone in to give nick names of their teachers. In one class there were several Muslim students who wanted to talk with me, during their lunch hour. So we met and at that time there were about 10 or so keen Muslim students together with their Student President and I spoke to them as best I could about the Lord Jesus. I suggested I pray for them and with them. They said this had never happened before, and they had never prayed with a Christian, and they pray different to Christians. So I suggested we do the same. One of the students in his respect for me took of his jacket and placed it on the floor for me to kneel on.
We all keeled down and the were behind me as I lead them in prayer. I then stood to pray prayed to the effect, I thanked my God and Father for the opportunity to testify to my students and asked God to open their eyes to the truth to what I had spoken to them about and who the Lord Jesus was.
Afterwards I was informed this had never happened before they had never prayed or had a Christian pray for them. I did not see any results from that time but they held me with respect and were always courteous to me. I Visit The Mosque At this time I had met a Muslim missionary called Paul? At the time connected with Spicer Street Independent Church in, St Albans and I asked him to come with me to my Muslim students Friday night
religious instruction class. This we did and spoke to them about the Lord Jesus Christ. This was in Bury Park at the Islamic Centre and where a Mosque was being built. Since this time Luton has become what is known as the centre of Islamic Terrorism in the UK. My Views On Islam It is very clear that he religious views of the Muslim, as taught in the Quran, oppose the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Islam denies the deity of the Son of God, it denies he died and rose again from the dead and the deny the atonement and the forgivenes. Christians have though the life, death and resurrection of Christ and for this reason I have publish my new book, The West and The Quran. In which I show the teaching of Muhammad is
wrong and the Jesus s the Son of God who died and rose again from the dead.

CHARLIE GARD: TEARS & TRUTH CHILD SALVATION By Dr. Alan . C . Clifford Charlie Gard and his parents Photo Source: America Magazine
1. See Deuteronomy 1: 39. a. Clearly, the children of the rebellious Israelites were not penalised on account of their parents' sin. They were too young to have knowledge of good and evil and, unlike their parents, would be permitted to enter the Promised Land. b. The Promised Land which the children would inherit was typical of God's eternal kingdom (see Hebrews 11: 13-16). 2. See 2 Samuel 12: 23. Since David believed in the reality of the heavenly afterlife, his words would make no sense if the dead child was not safe in heaven. Compare this with David's despairing cry over his rebellious son Absalom's death in 2 Samuel 18: 33. The Cushite's report of Absalom's death offers no hope for the dead rebel (see v. 32). 3. See 2 Kings 4: 26. Concerning the dead child of the Shunammite woman, the mother affirmed – in answer to Gehazi's question, "Is it well with the child?" – that 'it is well'. The inference is obvious. In its dead condition, there was nothing to fear in respect of the child's eternal welfare. Interestingly, no mention is made of the child's circumcision, the sign of its Israelite status and gracious acceptance by God. 4. See Ezekiel 16: 21. During Israel's wicked and idolatrous apostasy, children were sacrificed by fire to the ancient pagan Canaanite deity Moloch. God calls the sacrificed little ones 'my children'. They were evidently safe with Him despite the sins of the parents. 5. See Jonah 4: 11. God showed particular compassion towards the little ones of wicked Nineveh. Significantly, God was 'gracious and merciful..., slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness' (v. 2) towards Gentile children. Being outside the covenant circumcised people of Israel was no barrier to their salvation.
Are all those who die very young saved? FOREWORD
This has been a traumatic time for Charlie’s parents and everybody else involved. Apart from other very ill children being treated at Great Ormond Street Hospital and elsewhere, neither must we forget the thousands of dying children in Yemen and other war zones. Indeed, despite Charlie’s high profile media-led example, it is cruel to focus on one case and virtually ignore others.
INTRODUCTION So to the issue of ‘Child Salvation’, a subject on which secularists have nothing to say, and no comfort to offer. 1. This is a subject on which the Bible does not speak directly – only indirectly or inferentially. 2. It was a great issue for Christians in the 19th century (and even before) when infant mortality was high. 3. The subject relates to the spiritual state of aborted embryos, and those dying through miscarriages, cot deaths, rare disorders, accidents (drowning, disasters, etc.) and murder. Roman Catholics and Anglo-Catholics believing in baptismal regeneration teach that unbaptised infants are lost. Thus they are not buried in consecrated ground. Many Presbyterians (who practise covenant paedobaptism) and most Baptists – including C. H. Spurgeon – have taught that all dying infants are saved. Some Westminster Confession adherents and Strict Baptists limit infant salvation to 'elect infants' only, suggesting that other dying infants are not elect.
BRIEF BIBLICAL SURVEY The all important consideration is God's disposition towards children in general. On this matter, the Scriptures leave us in no doubt.
6. See Jeremiah 31: 15-17 and Matthew 2: 18. There is every reason to believe that the children killed by Herod's men were as eternally safe as those sacrificed to Moloch (see #4 above). We may surely say of such victims that 'the children shall come back', as Jeremiah was careful to say (see Jer. 31: 17). Notwithstanding the parents' grief, their children's position was not hopeless however horrific their death was. 7. See Mark 10: 13-16, Matthew 18: 1-6 and 21: 15-16. The loving view of little children expressed by our Lord Jesus Christ is beautifully consistent with the Old Testament – as one would expect! They are eternally safe in the Saviour's loving arms.
THE SALVATION OF CHILDREN The basis of their salvation is the same for adults, i.e. by God's free, unmerited grace and favour alone (see Ephesians 2: 8). a. Their salvation is not based on their supposed absolute innocency (since all fell in Adam, see Romans 5: 12ff). Infants are potentially disposed to sin even if they are not actually sinners by conscious acts. According to the Bible, eternal damnation is based on actual sin, unbelief and disobedience. Significantly, in the proceedings of the Day of Judgement (see Matthew 25: 41-6), adults rather than children will be declared accursed. b. God is both just and merciful. None are consigned to hell unjustly. Thus, in view of the evidence cited above, infants must be numbered among the saved. This is not to deny the necessity of spiritual regeneration or 'new birth' (see John 3: 3). While older children and adults are 'born again' through hearing and believing the Word of God (see Romans 10: 14; James 1: 18), God is able to act directly on those incapable of responding to God's saving truth. In short, regeneration can occur in the womb. Clearly, Jeremiah and John the Baptist are examples of this (see Jeremiah 1: 5 and Luke 1: 44). Last but by no means least, if God's kindness extends to animals and birds, we dare not imagine infants are less kindly regarded (see Matthew 10: 29-31).

4. While the act of infant baptism does not itself save a child, the Reformed doctrine of infant baptism is more consistent with God's loving care towards children than the Baptist view (see Acts 2: 39; 1 Corinthians 7: 14).
However, while it assures parents of God's kindness for their offspring, infant salvation is not itself dependent on baptism. That said, readers might be interested to know that the present writer was persuaded of the truth of infant salvation with the aid of Spurgeon's article on the subject! See the reprint in The Sword and Trowel, 1988, number 1, pp. 15-18.
For all who are grieving the loss of children, may God bless you with His abundant comfort through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I pray the above teaching will help you face the future with hope.
PHOTO SOURCE: THE SUN Query: At what age does this comforting teaching cease to apply?
Answer: This is difficult to answer precisely. Since Jewish children did not come 'under the Law' until their twelfth year, a case may be made that they are treated mercifully by God up until that age. However, no rigid answer is possible. We must leave this to God's judgement which is never unjust.
CONCLUSION
1. The Baptist C. H. Spurgeon and the Presbyterian Charles Hodge believed that since the saved are a 'great multitude which no one could number' (Rev. 7: 9), this must include infants many of whom have died throughout human history. On the analogy that the prison population is much smaller than the general population, it is argued that more are saved than lost. This must also include children dying in infancy.
2. This teaching arguably applies to children dying in every circumstance – abortions, miscarriages, cot deaths, rare disorders, drowning, disasters, etc. When conjoined twins are separated leading to the death of one of them, the dying child is surely embraced by God's merciful kindness.
3. Parents may therefore be comforted in such situations. However, they themselves must repent and believe the Gospel (see John 3: 16 and Acts 2: 38) if they wish to see their little ones in heaven. Parents who have aborted their God-given children for any other reason than preserving the mother's life must repent of such sin and seek God's forgiveness. While the aborted child is safe in heaven, adults are only safe by believing the Gospel. When abortion is recommended on medical grounds to preserve the mother's life, parents need not be troubled by guilt. Naturally they will be sad but no sin is involved, and the little one is safe. However, while the child is saved, parents will be lost if they reject the message of Christ.

MY HERO GEN.ROBERT LEE: LEAVE THE MONUMENTS ALONE
MY HERO GEN. ROBERT EDWARD LEE
LEAVE THE MONUMENTS ALONE !
Recently, I appeared before a Dallas, Texas City Council meeting and spoke on the Confederate monuments and statues that are located here in our city, and many other cities across the South and the Northern states in America. I was given three minutes of time with which to speak. I took my time and carefully spoke on the subject, 'Leave the Monuments Alone!' It is a subject that is near and dear to my heart because my Great-great grandfather, Jacob Lingerfelt, fought in the Civil War and was a corporal in the Southern army. As boys born and raised in the state of Tennessee, one of the southern states in the USA, my brother and I grew up with an appreciation for the military and those who fought in wars to guarantee to us our freedom and liberty, and our basic rights of human dignity. Our fraternal grandfather Lingerfelt fought in World War I in Turkey to help liberate the people of Turkey from the Ottoman empire; my father and three of his brothers were in World War II serving in different branches of the military, in different parts of the world, and fought to "help liberate the world" from German Naziism. One of my dad's brothers, Uncle Norman, who served in the US Army was captured "behind enemy lines" and remained a POW(Prisoner of war) for about one year and a half - until the war ended.

In the seventh grade I was taught United States history and a part of that history was studies in the Civil War between the states. These studies intrigued me because as a fiveyear-old boy, I used to sit on the lap of my Great grandfather and enjoy the stories that he would tell us of growing up in Athens, Tennessee, and the stories his father, my Great great-grandfather Lingerfelt, the Civil War corporal, told him when he was a lad. I never sensed any prejudice from my grandparents when growing up in Tennessee. As a matter fact, we were always taught to "love our neighbors as ourselves." And we were not only taught it through the teaching process, we were taught it by precept and example. All of our grandparents and parents were good examples of love, citizenship and neighborly actions. My studies into United States history continued through the eighth grade and ninth grade, and all the way through High school. And even into college, I studied further the history of the United States. Along the way, and during my studies into US history, I developed a love and an appreciation for different figures who fought in the Civil War - also known as "the war between the states." Some of those warriors were from the Southern states and some were from Northern states. No American, at least all of those whom I have known and have been able to communicate with, likes to brag about "the war between the states;" because it was a very bloody war for Americans. We lost more Americans in this war then we have in any other war in which we have fought. As Americans, we do not delight in the shedding of blood, especially those who fight on the American side. One of the heroes of the Civil War era that I learned to appreciate was General Robert E Lee. He grew up a good man, a Christian man, and was a devout man before God. And he was a very successful man in military terms. GEN. ROBERT EDWARD LEE PHOTO SOURCE: WIKIPEDIA
General Robert E. Lee(January 19, 1807 – October 12, 1870) was most widely known for commanding the Confederate Army in the American Civil War from 1862 until his surrender in 1865. He was the son of Revolutionary War officer Henry "Light Horse Harry" Lee III. He graduated at the top of his class at the United States Military Academy and became an exceptional officer and military engineer in the United States Army for 32 years. During his time of service, he served throughout the United States, distinguished himself during the Mexican–American War,
MY HERO GEN.ROBERT LEE: LEAVE THE MONUMENTS ALONE
and served as Superintendent of the United States Military Academy. He was one of our greatest and brilliant generals of the US Army. After the war was over, General Lee supported President Andrew Johnson's program of Reconstruction and intersectional friendship, while opposing "radical Republican proposals" to give freed slaves the vote and take the vote away from exConfederates. He urged them to rethink their position between the North and the South, and the reintegration of former Confederates into the nation's political life. Lee became the great Confederate hero of the War, and a postwar icon of the "Lost Cause of the Confederacy" to some. But his popularity grew throughout the states even in the North, especially after his death in 1870. Today, there are barracks at the U S Military Academy at West Point named in his honor. They were built in 1962 are named after him for his prestigious Military achievements and record. oday, he remains a "hero" in the eyes of many - including mine, for his great military genius and skills, for his exceptional leadership and for his unwavering integrity as a Christian and as a human being. There are many across the land today who are illiterate and uneducated as to the goodness and greatness of this great leader and general. Many revolutionaries are seeking to remove his statue from the face of the earth. I abhor the fact that they are seeking to remove a part of our history and forever change, at least in the minds of some, the degree of love, care and historical interest that future generations may develop because of great leaders like Robert E. Lee who have pressed on before us and led the way toward making America as great as she is. Monuments of great leaders may be removed from the face of the earth, but those of us who study our history and great Christian patterns of our past will never forget who we are as a people, and will never erase from our minds the goodness of history from our past and what it means to us today. We will "carry-on" because we have established In our minds good patterns for ourselves and our posterity. And we shall continue to pass this integrity on to our children, and our children's children! May God continue to bless this great nation of ours, the United States of America; and we pray that He will continue to 'raise up' great men and military leaders like General Robert E Lee.

I STAND BEHIND DONALD J. TRUMP
I STAND BEHIND DONALD J. TRUMP By Sally Miller, Former Miss Arkansas 1958 sallymiller8366@gmail.com
ALL who are Americans-in-name-only. We are frustrated and feel helpless and depressed YET......it's total insanity to keep watching TV and still do nothing when we hear the enemy is gaining strength and power!!!!! My friends....America is quickly being destroyed one piece at a time. North Korea and Russia are merely distractions; America's real enemy is next door-across the street, and in public office. America's enemy is expanding its ranks through Wealthy Donors-- like Soros and Michael Moore and other Hollywood Haters--- and---the doctrine of Hate and Racism and Violence--- is actively being preached in the streets, homes, and even the churches. TRUMP can't do it alone! No One In Government will help Trump or the American People.....they will only cover their own butts so-----PLEASE, I'm begging all of you. PLEASE JOIN ME IN making a plan to unite...plan a march to save our HISTORY, our PRESENT, and our FUTURE!!!!!!! We can't continue to do nothing!
HE IS THE PRESIDENT FOR ALL TRUE AMERICANS AND.....THOSE WHO OPPOSE HIM AND KEEP TRYING TO DESTROY HIM.....ARE NOTHING MORE THAN SLAVES TO RICH LIBERALS! THAT'S RIGHT, WHEN YOU TAKE MONEY TO DO THE LEFT'S "DIRTY WORK"....YOU'RE JUST MINDLESS LACKIES, "DOING THE BIDDING OF DUH MASTER." ALL OF YOU....BLACk, WHITE, MEXICAN, ILLEGAL, AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU CLAIM TO BE .....ARE REALLY JUST DISGUSTING, PATHETIC PUPPETS! I've been researching the Charlottesville "Set-Up" and I have some more valid information. The planned event permit application was made by a group of Constitutionalists, NOT by a White Supremacy (KKK) group like the media reported. Constitutionalists organized a peaceful assembly in Charlottesville called Unite the Right. The organizers lawfully obtained a permit to host this event. Wes Bellamy, the Vice-Mayor of Charlottesville, illegally revoked the permit for this event. Wes Bellamy is a known Leftist and is affiliated with the Black Panther Party, a Black supremacist organization. He's a young Black Man who wants to make a Name for himself in Political Circles.....sound familiar?!?!? AND don't forget the city's Mayor is also a Democrat, referred to as a Democratic Activist. That's means the Mayor is also paid to act on behalf of the Democrat Party. Politicians double their salaries by working their official jobs plus their political jobs and thus become millionaires very quickly. Devious SelfCentered Devils....All! So, in my opinion, this "set-up" was a hate-filled demonstration from the beginning.....from the moment the Constitutionalists planned a peaceful assembly at 1:30 pm to object to the removal of General Robert E. Lee's Statue. And, what we doing about it? We gather on Facebook to express our feeling of anger and indignation about Politicians, Liberals, Racists
Fight back with words and documentation. Fight back with The Truth! For all you liberals who are so anxious to destroy president Donald Trump, label him a Racist, and re-write America's history,FIRST.... travel to West Virginia and Destroy All The Monuments to United States Senator Robert Byrd... long-worshipped by the Democrat Party. Senator Byrd was an active KKK leader and a Loyal Segregationist. After you finish digging up his evil bones and wrecking his monuments, I can keep you busy with a long list of other Democrats from across America who are famous for their racism! Until the left is able to kill every person who well remembers the days of segregation and can name Democrat politicians who glorified racism....then be prepared to hear the truth! I, for one, refuse to remain silent. SILENCE IS CONSENT! THE REALITY OF POLITICAL ARROGANCE: DO YOU GO ON VACATION WHEN YOUR IN DEBT-UP TO YOUR EYEBALLS, YOUR FAMILY IS SICK AND HAS NO HEALTH INSURANCE, AND YOUR ENEMIES ARE DESTROYING YOUR HOUSE AND ALL YOUR HISTORY?!?!?! OH....AND YOUR BOSS IS CONSIDERING FIRING YOUR ASS?!?!?! AMERICANS....WHEN DID WE ALLOW POLITICIANS TO NEUTER AND SPAY US.....THE VERY ONES WHO GAVE THEM LIFE?!?!? PLEASE, MY FRIENDS, STOP MAKING EXCUSES! APPARENTLY, YOU THINK I HAVE THE PERFECT LIFE. THE FACTS ARE SIMPLE: I DON"T HAVE MONEY; I DON'T HAVE TIME; I DON'T HAVE FAMILY; I'M ALONE AND FIGHTING TO SELL A HOUSE AND STILL HAVE A LIFE---WITH NO PLACE TO GO, BUT......I REFUSE TO LET THE ENEMY WIN!!!! HELP ME SAVE AMERICA! I'VE HAD A FEW MESSAGES OF "Good Luck" AND A FEW SYMPATHIZERS WHO OFFER THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS AND....TONS OF EXCUSES....BUT ONLY TWO PEOPLE WHO RESPONDED WITH "HOW CAN I HELP SAVE AMERICA?" WE MUST UNITE....MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY TO TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY. I CAN'T SAVE AMERICA BY MYSELF!!!!! MY FRIENDS DON'T LET HISTORY REPEAT ITSELF. I'M OLDER BUT I STILL REMEMBER MY CHILDHOOD. I REMEMBER THE PHOTOS OF GERMANY, THE NAZIS, AND THE BOXCARS BEING LOADED FOR THE GAS CHAMBERS. IT'S A FACT: THE ENEMY ALWAYS STARTS WITH THE POOR, THE HELPLESS, THE NEEDY, AND THE PASSIVE! TRUMP can't do it alone! No One In Government will help Trump.....they will only cover their own butts so-----PLEASE, I'm requesting all of you. PLEASE JOIN ME IN making a plan to unite...plan a march to save our HISTORY, our PRESENT, and our FUTURE!!!!!!! We can't continue to do nothing!

THE MELTING POINT
THE MELTING POT By Christopher Grahn Howard Republican Activist
Christopher Grahn Howard music, fashion and social practices. Make the soup better! Please. Making America Great Again, in part, depends on this. At the height of immigration to the United States consider the words of Theodore Roosevelt: “In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American … There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag … We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language … and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.” - Theodore Roosevelt 1907
The United States of America has been oft referred to as the great melting pot. The melting of people from across the world has turned us into the greatest country in the modern world. However, I think there is a better metaphor. Beef vegetable soup. For those who do not know me - I am a foodie, so be patient with me. Beef vegetable soup - a wonderful mix of stock, numerous veggies, spices, tomatoes (a fruit) maybe even a splash of wine. A great soup starts with the stock.A base of salt, pepper, and a good size beef bone boiled. The flavor comes from the bone. Adding the elements for a great soup is a matter of taste and preference. Why do I mention soup? All of these elements come together and after a good long simmer a wonderful soup is ready to be enjoyed. There is a difference between immigration and assimilation. What has made America great up to this point was that people came here from everywhere because they wanted to be American and assimilated into American culture; Thus making America better. Like adding basil to the soup or corn or the beef. One does not add banana to vegetable soup! Really, banana does not want to be a part of that soup? Let’s be very clear about what we are talking about. No matter what country, no matter how despotic; if you want to come to America and make the soup better…WELCOME! If however, you want to be a banana in the soup…please go someplace that has a fruit salad type of culture, metaphorically speaking. Many people have come here and made the soup better, richer and more flavorful from countries that at first glance would not seem to fit well in America. Yet, they have and have made the soup better. Bring us the best of your culture - the best food, art,
Tragically, America is in a period of self-loathing. A period motivated by those who seek to divide and maybe conquer. Americans need to heed the words of Theodore Roosevelt. Americans need to return to the pride and patriotism for our country. Immigrants need to heed these words, as well if they wish to truly be American. The issue today is that we have people who want to come here and change the soup. They do not want to become a part of the soup and make it better. Think of the voluminous contributions of every culture that has enhanced American culture today. We are a different country and a better one for these cultural contributions; food, music, art, athletics, theater, literature and cinema. By shutting off immigration to these people we, as a nation, would be lessened. However, for those who would come here and yet be separate, you are missing the advantage and have no business being here. I am all in favor of maintaining the cultural heritage and religion of your own/previous culture. I have often wished my own ancestors had done so. There is a profound difference between maintaining a tradition of a previous culture and trying to impose that culture on the new one. The point being an American actually has meaning, has value and even has purpose. To try and dilute this for some religious or nationalistic goal is subversive. I am under no illusion as to the perfection of American culture. There are real problems with no easy solutions. The curse comes with the blessing. The blessing is greater than the curse. Meaning it is worth it for Americans to hold on to our collective culture and to insist on immigrants making the effort to assimilate and make the soup better. It is worth it to reject those attempts to change the American culture. It is worth it to strive for the best of our culture and work to improve those areas that are problematic. It is worth it to face the hard discussions required to continue to heal this country from the errors and hardships of our past. The beauty and wonderful promise that is the American dream. The very tangible opportunity that exists for every individual who comes here or is born here. You can become whatever one desires…if…you are willing to work hard, study hard and most of all have the tenacity and sheer will to persevere. The American dream is nothing more than a promise of that opportunity…not the right to that opportunity. The dream can be real with greater possibility than any other place on earth. Give us your tired, your poor….but give us those who want to make the soup better.

HOMOSEXUALITY GONE! JESUS CHRIST DIED TO SET ME FREE!
HOMOSEXUALITY GONE! JESUS CHRIST DIED TO SET ME FREE! By Christopher Rose
Listen up principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places! Christ rose, and has given me new life! In bold proclamation God declares that His resurrected Christ is sufficient. Demanding sanctification and justification for His children, our Father has spoken unto our sinful nature that it is no more, having no voice, opinion, or power of movement. Love has been found in us, new life illustrated by the limitless mercies of God through the riches of Christ Jesus. As the Sanctified Christian waits for their redemption, the unsaved world scrambles for prestige, honor, and glory while filling their lifeless soul with rusted and moth-eaten possessions. Blithely unaware of their accountability they draw nearer and nearer to the gates of Sheol. With itching ears they turn to secular gospels and dark soothsayers for guidance. Abortion and homosexuality are elected topics addressing new campaigns for human rights. Women, who are convinced that their personal comfort should overshadow their infant’s right to life, and the homosexual advocate imprudently affirms the fatherless of their supposed biological distinction. The Human Rights Campaign, having nationally 1.5 million member/supporters, is known to be the fattest LGBT civil rights organization. Founded in 1980 by the late Stephen Robert Endean, the HRC has been working politically for almost four decades to ensure the safety of the LGBT people. But have Americans and the people around the world questioned whether our children in their issues be afforded protection also? Information sourced from Wikipedia and other media confirms the HRC co-founder and board member Terry Bean was arrested on November 19, 2014 and charged with sodomy and sex abuse involving a 15 year old boy. Terry Bean, attempting to have the case dismissed, offered the alleged victim a substantial sum of at least $200,000.00. Because the minor child refused to testify the case was eventually dismissed.
The HRC has been giving their two cents worth into the hearts and minds of the family for almost thirty-seven years. Mississippi beware! Sourced from the HRC website they address the reason why they are now targeting the American State of Mississippi. Their new campaign “All God’s Children” is meant to engage the redeemed of the state’s population. Taking my own look, Gallup reports that Mississippi is the most religious U.S. State. Sounding intimidated the HRC knows that in order to address the issues of the LGBTQ they will have to confront the Church. Furthermore, the HRC seems toconsider the mountain climb and figures their virtue will be by engaging in conversations over “Faith.” This structured conversation shoulddismantle their efforts altogether. Jesus is the Author and Finisher of our faith who says to us in Revelations 21:5 “Behold, I am making all things new”.Even now it is hard to consider myself once being God’s abomination. Worldwide protestors would picket, calling this statement “untrue hatred” screaming that God is love and boisterously claiming that He is altogether like them. But I, being moved from death to life by the power of the cross, being rescued from homosexual identification, being made holy and pure having my mind washed by the Spirit of God, my entire life has changed and so has my love for God. No longer telling God what He should accept because of His love, but because of His love I ask what is acceptable to Him. Proving what is acceptable, by grace, I find the empowerment to live upright.Mississippi, is this the faith the HRC propagates? Eight years ago in 2009 after being diagnosed with two life altering diseases, I called upon the name of Jesus. “Just take care of me!” Quietly and without strength I spoke those words. Without knowledge and in blind faith I asked Jesus to take away years of alcohol abuse, addiction to drugs and fornication, and the overwhelming homosexual identification that was nurtured for more than four decades to which I lived openly for fifteen years. Within those fifteen years were moments of clarity begging God to take away the gay, but prayer after prayer remained unanswered, or so I thought. Not until 2009 did I truly repent. The Lord had already answered my prayer at the cross. “I waited patiently for the LORD; he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the LORD. Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, who does not turn to the proud, to those who go astray after a lie!” Psalms 40:1-4 ESV. The Christian faith is centered on Jesus Christ crucified and His resurrection. According to the Pew Research Center, as of 2010, 2.2 billion Christians are said to be living on the planet. This means that if each one usholds to the Christian faith then we believe that God through Jesus Christ has cleansed us of sin, made us holy, and reconciled us to Himself. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come”, II Corinthians 5:17 ESV. This faith has radically changed my life, and by royal decree it is impossible for me to again live a life of homosexuality.

Warning: “Secular associations of the scientific, psychological, and advocacy groups which intended to bring me freedom from oppressive religious conjecture have now become my oppressor(s)” A great falling away has and is occurring. On a grand scale persons are forsaking the truth of the gospel, trampling His goodness underfoot and closing their heart to God’s love. The steadfast weep but rejoice as this marks the soon coming of our Lord Jesus. Ancient commentators speculated that the great apostasy would be conceived by the institutionalized papacy who demanded piety through religious tradition, casting aside God’s favor. But most visible are the flavors of idolatry that have made their way in and throughout the fabric of the modern day church. Thousands upon thousands are falling away from the simplicity of faith, now convincing others that God’s favor covers those who practice homosexuality because it is His hand who has created them. I Timothy 4:1 warns us by the Spirit of God expressly saying “that in the later days some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons”. Having tangible experience in homosexuality the abandonment of faith is imperative. In order to fit together the sensually consensual, monogamous, same sex commitment into the life of the Risen Savior His death would have never crucified this part of the sinful nature. It would be historically understood that Jesus’ life would emulate the lifestyle of the homosexually identified intending to bring glory to His Father. Speculations surface that if this intrusion, left unchecked, would pave a bumpy road to perdition assisting humanity in receiving the lawless one. Most frightening is the revelation of II Thessalonians 2: 9-11. “The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness”.
HOMOSEXUALITY GONE! JESUS CHRIST DIED TO SET ME FREE!
July, 2017 marked the anniversary of my beloved grandmother’s death. This God-fearing womanfaithfully devoted her lifein prayer and supplication to the benefit of her children and grandchildren. I truly believe that it was my grandmother’s bold and confident entrance into the throne of grace that assisted in my repentance. I remember a conversation I once had with her. While bold and confident in my homosexual lifestyle my courageous grandmother phoned to warn me that because I was obeying unrighteousness I would experience wrath and fury. She knew the avenue of grace; she had walked on this golden path for more than forty years. She knew the Lord had made her brand new. The life of sin she once knew had been covered by the blood of Jesus Christ, and she lovingly wanted the same for me. Defending my homosexual lifestyle and telling her what she ought to know about judgement, she had to hang up the phone. My heavenly Father being astoundingly and magnificently gracious allowed my grandmother to see her prayers answered. For the last seven years of her life she saw the power of God’s love. Right before her eyes I became a strong, confident, and radiant man of God whose life portrayed the attributes of the Risen Savior Jesus Christ. I was finally living a life of love, in Him, in truth, in faith, and fully restored. Jesus has put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. The Body of Christ is shouting out into the ripened fields, “Come home to God, He has something for you”. Be blessed Body of Christ as we are reminded of God’s strength in His address to man’s sinful condition.
Once more this goes against what some believe. The secular homosexual advocate unequivocally demands the world to search for another Jesus, insisting that life outside of the cross of Christ is equally credible. Additionally understood are today’s false prophets who classify unrighteousness as righteous. But the blood washed Child of God should not accept these heretical teachings. Will Christ Jesus find faith on the Earth? Jesus posed this question in Luke 18:8 ESV. “I tell you, he will give justice to them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?” The attempt to pretzel twist faith is the attempt to twist Jesus Christ once again unrecognizable. Those who devote themselves in fellowship with their Risen Savior will never lose sight of Him. Unfortunately, those ignorant of Christ’s purpose will fall away. But “to those who by patience in welldoing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life; but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury”. Romans 2: 7-8.

A TIME FOR REFLECTION ON THE METAMORPHOSIS OF OUR GREAT NATION
A TIME FOR REFLECTION ON THE METAMORPHOSIS OF OUR GREAT NATION By Scott Cahill Owner Watershed Services of Ohio The United States was constructed as a refuge for religious freedom and diversity of thought. Today, to find kindness and equity, we have embraced an environment of political correctness which is neither politic, nor correct. All of us should love our brothers, with all their beliefs and idiosyncrasies. Each of us should be tolerant of opinions diverse from our own. We, too, have the protected right to voice our opinions. This open and unobstructed dialog is a mainstay of American life. It is a right, and an elemental necessity, of democratic society. Without free communication of diverse thought, those who control the dialog control the government, and those whose views are so subverted. We stood, once, as an example of government composed of honor and a commitment to justice and equity. We are stumbling now in our collective national soul. We torture, and we explain that it is acceptable. It is not. We subvert and manipulate justice to reward and to punish for frivolous reason. We act contrary to Constitutional provisions because, we say, the times demand the abandonment of these guarantees. Still it is these guarantees, applicable to the greatest and to the worst of us, that make us a nation worthy of a position of leadership.. It is our commitment to justice that makes us who we are – a nation which preserves and assures liberty, and equity, a nation which can honorably say “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men (even those with flawed understandings) are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, among which are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”.It is hard to see men wearing swastikas and hoisting banners indicative of historical horrors. Still, we must not forget these failures or we shall never progress as a society, nor as men. We must see the ills of our society, our country, and of ourselves to become the men who we wish to be. This is a true statement on all levels of human interaction. The death and the carnage at Charlottesville, Virginia shows the worst side of man, when frustration drives aggression, when men digress, giving in to baser tendencies, becoming less than what we should be, even killing to prove our point. Of course, this fails to persuade. It fails every test of decency and of kindness. It exposes the failure in the message by the failure in the act. It has always been thus. We, men, seem to love hate, to desire conflict, to seek battle. It is an awful shame that it is so, yet, history proves it inevitable. Men seek power, and then they seek the maintenance of it. It corrupts the better side of them like a disease eating away at trust and honor until, at last the most powerful are hollow men full of fear and suspicion. It seems a goal unworthy of attaining to the few of us who, through intellectual reflection, can see beyond the shiny coins, to glimpse the real purpose of living.
Scott Cahill How can men who wish for social justice and a world of understanding confront and win over men who would kill? Perhaps with kindness and understanding. All conflict which escalates, fails. When men meet in the streets chanting and carrying sticks, resolution is a foregone impossibility. Only failure will ensue. The policeman in riot gear will meet a different reception than the one who chooses not to carry a weapon. Many great men have walked these steps. Men with names like Gandhi, Martin, John, and Bobby have confronted hatred with calm demeanor, even losing life, itself, to be a light in the darkness for those who follow. Am I strong enough to walk onto that balcony as Martin did and to confront the loss of my precious remaining days on this beautiful earth? Are you? Is it not fear that is the enemy? Is it not fear that defeats good? If our great nation is to move forward as an example of the success of democracy, how can this be done as we torture? It cannot. If we, as men, refuse to hear our brothers who are wrong, how can they ever be made right? The listening is painful, the education and the discussion difficult, still, do they not deserve our kindness and caring? We must learn to forgive and to listen to horrid words. We must be strong and offer that strength to others who are filled with fear. We must listen. We must hear. If a man hates, he has been taught to hate. He can, therefore, be taught to love. Who will teach love? It is not the responsibility of government, nor do they have the ability. It is the responsibility of each of us to act as examples. Always, it is fear that confines men. It distorts their instinct and drives them to war and hatred. It is fear that is the ultimate enemy. If we can dispel it from ourselves and show ourselves free from it, others will follow. It is that, the confrontation of and the conquering of fear, that will make mankind whole again. Long ago, men lead other men out of the shadow of oppression by an empire which had grown beyond its fabric, which had become an empire devoid of tolerance, understanding, and compassion. Farmers and their boys stood in fields and faced the war-tested red coats. They died, and they persisted. Those who signed the documents signed away their lives if we failed. They had bet it all on this tiny fledgling nation. Still, men were compelled to fight and to die rather than to live in tyranny. Do we have the genetics of such great men within us, the ability to dispel fear, even of death, as men, free men, or shall we turn our backs on our fathers and accept for our children, the resignation of freedom for the perception of an abatement of our fears? Perhaps, the time has come, for those of us who love freedom to act. It is our government and, therefore it is we who stand responsible for its actions. As we harvest the rewards of our freedom, we must bring our nation back to the things that we once stood for – good things, such as honor and bravery, and freedom.

POLICE INVESTIGATING CASE OF BRITISH MODEL KIDNAPPED FOR ‘SEX SLAVERY’ MAKE ARREST CBS News (Chloe Ayling)
The brother of the man who allegedly kidnapped British model Chloe Ayling to sell her as a sex slave on the dark web has been arrested in the English West Midlands. Michal Konrad Herba, 36, was arrested at an address in Tividale on Wednesday in a joint operation by West Midlands Police and East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU). He was apprehended on a European Arrest Warrant issued by Italian police, the National Crime Agency (NCA) said. He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on August 17. Michal is the brother of chief suspect Lukasz Pawel Herba, who has been charged with kidnapping and extortion after Ayling was reportedly abducted in Milan. The 20-year-old model from South London claims she arrived in Italy on July 10, and that she was kidnapped on the

the outskirts of Italy’s fashion capital by a group known as ‘Black Death,’ which planned to sell her as a sex slave in the Middle East. Ayling claims she was drugged with ketamine before being stuffed into a sack and transported to an isolated village near Turin. She was released on July 17. Lukasz denies knowingly taking part in any crime, but Italian police documents revealed he was involved in Ayling’s abduction in order to raise funds for his cancer treatment. He reportedly told investigators he planned to sell Ayling as a sex slave on the dark web for £270,000 ($350,000) before he realized she had a two-year-old child. Lukasz claims he released the woman at the British Consulate in Milan before the sale went ahead.

Questions, however, have been raised over whether Ayling was complicit in a fake kidnapping after it emerged she went shoe-shopping with her abductor and had met him during a business meeting in Paris earlier this year. In her first TV interview on ITV’s This Morning, the 20-year-old defended herself against the allegations. “It is really hurtful to see people doubt my story,” she said. “Like when I went shoeshopping apparently, which was to the camping shop to get shoes for the consulate, people were saying why didn’t I run? “But then it’s easy for them to say that but when you’re actually in my situation it’s not that easy. “I was with an assassin that’s always armed, I’d been shown knives, so I couldn’t just try and put my life in the hands of a random Italian woman.

IT’S BETTER TALKING TO GOD ANGRY THAN TO IGNORE HIM!
BY DAN BRIEN
IT’S BETTER TALKING TO GOD ANGRY THAN TO IGNORE HIM! Righteous Men and women hold God responsible to save them We’ve all done it! Gotten mad at God when things didn’t go our way. Perhaps the car breaks down just ten minutes before an important job interview. You’re stuck in traffic, waiting for a tow truck. And while you’re sitting there watching the cars zooming around you, worried they’re mad at you for holding them up, you’re saying, “God, where are you? Why did you let this to happen to me? And if you’re honest, you use some choice cuss words in the conversation. This moment of trial and tribulation is where our patience is being tested, because the outcome is uncertain. At these times we question, “Is it right to get mad at God? Do I have the right to hold the LORD accountable for not helping me right away. Also the way I wanted?” The answer is Yes! It’s OK! He’s not mad when you’re honest with him. He knows we all get frustrated. We’re only human. In fact, he’d rather you cuss at him, and charge him with wrongdoing, than not talk to him at all. The LORD is the supreme shepherd over his sheep. As a loving Father his sole intention is to lead and guide your path. To be your protector, provider, and your very great reward Psalm 84:11,12 For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold From those who walk uprightly. 12 O Lord of hosts, Blessed is the man who trusts in You! The greatest say, “Where are you LORD? One third of all the Psalms are devout men asking, “Where are you LORD, when I need you? In fact, Throughout the Old testament, Godly men and women have cried out to the LORD, holding him accountable to live up to his word because they trusted him. They say, “Why won’t you help me? Why won’t you rescue me from my enemies? These people include Job, Moses, Naomi, King David, the Prophets Elijah, and even the Son of God himself, Jesus Christ. These great cloud of witnesses didn’t question God because they doubted him, but rather they believed the word of God. The Lord Jesus is the word of God. The Lord claims to be a loving God. And he is! So we hold him accountable to his words. That’s faith. We expect Jesus to help us because we trust him And he does help, but not always by out timing or convenience. The Lord has a master plan for our lives to bring glory to himself. And often times, this means righteous people suffering hardships to learn faith and perseverance. The patience of Job! There was no one like him on the earth. A blameless and upright man, one who feared God and shunned evil. He voiced his frustration at God because the LORD brought upon him two trials in which he lost everything he possessed. In his first trial, Satan took all his livestock and all possessions, and killed his seven sons and three daughters. The second time, Satan afflicted him with painful sores over his whole body. But in all this Job didn’t curse God to his face, as Satan suggested. Job 6:4 The arrows of the Almighty are in me, my spirit drinks in their poison; God’s terrors are marshaled against me. Verse 8 “Oh, that I might have my request, that God would grant what I hope for, 9 that God would be willing to crush me, to let loose his hand and
cut off my life! 10 Then I would still have this consolation— my joy in unrelenting pain— that I had not denied the words of the Holy One. 11 “What strength do I have, that I should still hope? What prospects, that I should be patient? Much good came about because of Jobs patience. And God gloried over Satan because Job remained faithful to him in the face of suffering. When Job’s trials were over the Lord blessed him with twice as many cattle & livestock as he had before, including seven sons and three daughters. Moses The most humble man on the face of the earth. He was called by God to lead Israel out of slavery in Egypt to the Promised Land. He complained to God because the LORD put him in charge of Israel to lead them like little children through the dessert, but the whole time the assembly grumbled against Moses, and God. They said why did he lead us into this dessert to die. They were a stiff necked and stubborn people who refused to trust God. This discouraged Moses greatly. Numbers 11:11-15 He asked the LORD, “Why have you brought this trouble on your servant? What have I done to displease you that you put the burden of all these people on me? 12 Did I conceive all these people? Did I give them birth? Why do you tell me to carry them in my arms, as a nurse carries an infant, to the land you promised on oath to their ancestors? Verse 15 If this is how you are going to treat me, please go ahead and kill me—if I have found favor in your eyes— and do not let me face my own ruin.” At the waters of Marah Moses became so frustrated with the people, that he struck the rock instead of speaking to it, as God commanded. This act of disrespect, and his lack of trust dishonored God before the congregation. So the LORD forbid Moses to enter the Promised Land. Deuteronomy 34:4 Then the LORD said to him, “This is the land I promised on oath to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob when I said, ‘I will give it to your descendants.’ I have let you see it with your eyes, but you will not cross over into it.” 5 And Moses the servant of the LORD died there in Moab, as the LORD had said. But Moses remained faithful in all God’s house. After his death the LORD honored him above all other prophets before him. Verse.10 Since then, no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face, 11 who did all those signs and wonders the LORD sent him to do in Egypt—to Pharaoh and to all his officials and to his whole land. 12 For no one has ever shown the mighty power or performed the awesome deeds that Moses did in the sight of all Israel. Naomi She was a an Israelite woman who left Israel with her husband, and two sons during a famine. She was a devout woman, but she also felt the LORD had taken everything from her. After the death of her husband, and two sons, Naomi returned to Israel feeling empty. Ruth 1:20 “Don’t call me Naomi, ” she told them. “Call me Mara, because the Almighty has made my life very bitter. 21 I went away full, but the LORD has brought me back empty. Why call me Naomi? The LORD has afflicted me; the Almighty has brought misfortune upon me.” But, because of her righteous influence over Ruth, her daughter in law, and a foreigner, Naomi was able to see Ruth

marry Boaz, a righteous man. They bore a son and regarded him as Naomi’s, so her linage remained. And later they became the great grandparents of David, king of Israel. Ruth 4:14 The women said to Naomi: “Praise be to the LORD, who this day has not left you without a guardian-redeemer. May he become famous throughout Israel! 15 He will renew your life and sustain you in your old age. For your daughter-in-law, who loves you and who is better to you than seven sons, has given him birth.” 16 Then Naomi took the child in her arms and cared for him. 17 The women living there said, “Naomi has a son!” And they named him Obed. He was the father of Jesse, the father of David. The Prophet Elijah He was one of the greatest prophets of all time, and was finally taken up to heaven in a whirlwind. But even he asked God to kill him for running away from Queen Jezebel, the wife of king Ahab. You see, just the day before, the LORD performed an incredible miracle in front of all Israel, proving he’s the true God, not Baal. Elijah presented himself on mount Carmel before Ahab, and all the prophets of Baal. At Elijah’s prayer God sent fire down from heaven and burned up Elijah’s sacrifice, including the bull, the alter, and all the water in the trench around it. But nothing happened when the prophets of Baal prayed to their God. When the people saw what happened they exclaimed, “The LORD, he is God. The LORD, He is God” At this Elijah gave the command and they execute the prophets of Baal. 1 Kings 19:1-4 Now Ahab told Jezebel everything Elijah had done and how he had killed all the prophets with the sword. 2 So Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah to say, “May the gods deal with me, be it ever so severely, if by this time tomorrow I do not make your life like that of one of them.” 3 Elijah was afraid and ran for his life. When he came to Beerssheba in Judah, he left his servant there, 4 while he himself went a day’s journey into the wilderness. He came to a broom bush, sat down under it and prayed that he might die. “I have had enough, LORD,” he said. “Take my life; I am no better than my ancestors.” But God comforted Elijah, letting him know the LORD’S presence was with him in a still small voice. He continued to stay faithful to the Lord, and after these events he performed many great miracles, even calling fire down from heaven to consume two groups of fifty soldiers. Finally God told Elijah he intended to take him to heaven in a whirlwind, and God did. Wow! What an honor! 2 Kings 2:11 As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind. King David David is unique. He was a man after God’s own heart, and a prophet. So the LORD anointed him king over Israel while he was still a youth. He is famous for killing Goliath, the Philistine giant, with a sling and a stone. 1 Samuel 17:49 Reaching into his bag and taking out a stone, he slung it and struck the Philistine on the forehead. The stone sank into his forehead, and he fell face down on the ground. 50 So David triumphed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone; without a sword in his hand he struck down the Philistine and killed him. Saul was king of Israel at the time, but he had rejected the LORD, so God rejected him as king. Saul became jealous of David after he killed Goliath and pursued him with his army to kill him. David fled for his life and had many adventures along the way. The LORD was with him, and rescued him from all his enemies. But at times David also wondered where God’s presence was? Eventually, out of fear of Saul, he fled to the land of the Philistines. 1 Samuel 27:1 But David thought to himself, “One of these days I will be destroyed by the hand of Saul. The best thing I can do is to escape to the land of the Philistines. Then Saul will give up searching for me anywhere in Israel, and I will slip out of his hand.” Later his men spoke of stoning him. They returned from battle and found their city destroyed by fire and their wives and sons and daughters taken captive. But he took strength and encouraged himself in the LORD. 1 Samuel 30:6 David was greatly distressed because the men were talking of stoning him; each one was bitter in spirit because of his sons and daughters. But David found strength in the LORD his God. David wrote many of the Psalms, in which he talked about God’s unfailing love & kindness to Israel, and all who trust him. He sang about the LORD’S protection during his travels, and throughout the rest of his life, and in them he prophesied about the future coming of the messiah, Jesus Christ. The LORD was pleased with David and promised to make his name great. 2 Samuel 7:9 I have been with you wherever you have gone, and I have cut off all your enemies from before you. Now I will make your name great, like the names of the greatest men on earth. He stayed faithful

to the LORD all the days of his life, except in the case of Bathsheba, the wife of Uriah the Hittite, so God blessed David, and he died an honored man. 1 Chronicles 29:26 David son of Jesse was king over all Israel. 27 He ruled over Israel forty years—seven in Hebron and thirty-three in Jerusalem. 28 He died at a good old age, having enjoyed long life, wealth and honor. His son Solomon succeeded him as king. Jesus Christ David prophesied a thousand years before, Jesus, the Son of God, would cry out to his Father saying, My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?, as he hung on the cross. Every prophet from Samuel on, as many as have prophesied, spoke about Jesus’ coming, and his death. And they were fulfilled in the Gospels. Psalm 22:1 My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me? Why are You so far from helping Me, And from the words of My groaning? Why did Jesus suffer? Jesus came as a human, to die on the cross as a sacrifice for man’s sin, and he had to learn obedience through his suffering. He had a sinful nature, like all men, but he never listened to that nature. Nor did he ever give in to his lustful desires. He is the only person in human history to live a sinless life. You see, if Jesus had come as God, perfect and unable to be tempted, then he wouldn’t win the ultimate victory. Which was to come down to live on planet earth as a flawed human being, tempted in every way just as we are, but live a sinless life. This victory made Jesus worthy to be a sin offering to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And when he took our sins upon himself, the Father could no longer look upon his Son. So he turned away from Jesus, and that’s why Jesus cried out, “LORD Where are you?” Hebrews 5:8,9 Son though he was, he learned obedience from what he suffered 9 and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him. Romans 8:3 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh. Hebrews 4:15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. David foretold more events about Jesus’ suffering on the cross. He prophesied the chief priests and teachers of the law would mock Jesus. Psalms 22: 7 All those who see Me ridicule Me; They shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying, 8 "He trusted in the Lord, let Him rescue Him; Let Him deliver Him, since He delights in Him!" David also prophesied the famous scripture where the soldiers parted Jesus’ garments among them. Verse 18 They divide My garments among them, And for My clothing they cast lots. All these events came true in the Gospels. In all things, Jesus remained faithful. He did not love his life so much as to shrink from physical death. And because he trusted God the LORD delivered him from the agony of death. But not Physical death. Instead he delivered him from the agony of Spiritual death. That’s why Jesus cried out to the Father. He wanted to live, but the Father refused. The Son had to suffer physical death to be a sin offering. Then he rose from the grave to glory and honor. Isaiah 52:14 Just as there were many who were appalled at him — his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any human being and his form marred beyond human likeness—Isaiah 53:11 After he has suffered, he will see the light of life and be satisfied ; by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. The Prayer of Faith - Voice your feelings to God. Often times, it’s only when we come to end of our rope that we pray. And God hears, and comes to our rescue. God wants us to trust him, so he holds back his hand until we are willing to see it’s him helping us, and not ourselves. It’s only giving up trusting ourselves, that we see this truth. So learn to pray daily. Don’t wait until your frustrated. Tell God your desires. You have not, because you ask not. Even if you charge him with wrongdoing he will forgive you. Ask, Seek, Knock Matthew 7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. 9 “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? James 5:16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. Yours in Christ Dan Brien

‘NO WAY CAN WE ACCEPT RACISM’
‘NO WAY CAN WE ACCEPT RACISM’: SESSIONS FAILS TO ASSUAGE ANGER OVER TRUMP'S CHARLOTTESVILLE RESPONSE
NEWS SOURCES: RT NEWS
US Attorney General Jeff Sessions has condemned racism and bigotry amid criticism of President Donald Trump’s reaction to the violence in Charlottesville. Sessions made the comments during a speech against sanctuary cities. “In no way can we accept or apologize for racism, bigotry, hatred or violence,” Sessions said Wednesday, referring to the violence in Charlottesville this weekend where white nationalists were confronted by counter-protesters, one of whom was killed.
The Trump administration had earlier announced that the jurisdictions which refuse to help federal authorities go after illegal immigrants would not receive federal law enforcement grants.
Sessions was speaking in Miami where he blasted the so-called sanctuary cities while praising the Miami-Dade jurisdiction for cooperating with federal authorities. However, Miami-Dade County Commissioner Daniella Levine Cava did not appreciate the sentiment. “It is especially offensive for Mr. Sessions to put Miami-Dade, a community comprised mostly of minorities and immigrants, in the spotlight the day after the president of the United States inflamed racial and ethnic tensions by refusing to lay 100% of the blame where it must lie.”
“Last year, Chicago’s 2.7 million residents experienced more murders than the 12.5 million people who live in New York and Los Angeles – combined,” Sessions said. “In the first half of last year, violent crime across the nation increased 5 percent, but in Chicago it surged 24 percent.”
On Tuesday, Trump said “there’s blame on both sides” for what happened in Charlottesville, criticizing the protesters who came to counter white supremacists at a rally. The president said that not everyone at the rally was a white supremacist, that some were “fine people” who gathered to oppose the planned removal of Confederate General Robert E. Lee’s statue. However, Sessions dedicated the bulk of his speech to the Trump administration’s policy of cracking down on sanctuary cities – jurisdictions in the US where local law enforcement do not have to go after illegal immigrants or cooperate with federal authorities on the issue.
Sessions particularly focused on crime in Chicago and the city’s refusal to alert federal immigration authorities when an illegal immigrant is detained.
It remains unclear whether – or to what extent – illegal immigrants in Chicago have contributed to the city’s high murder rate. Last week, Chicago sued the federal government over the Trump administration’s announcement that it would withhold federal grants to state and city law enforcement agencies unless they allow federal immigration authorities access to local jails, as well as give them 48 hours notice before releasing anyone wanted for immigration violations. In the lawsuit, Chicago argues the federal policy is forcing the city to choose between its constitutional rights and funding for law enforcement. At least 10 states across the US have challenged Trump’s policy.

CONSERVATIVES NEED TO GENERATE MORE PROSPERITY TO DEFEAT SOCIALISM
BY MATT SNAPE
CONSERVATIVES NEED TO GENERATE MORE PROSPERITY TO DEFEAT SOCIALISM Following the collapse of the Berlin Wall in 1989, it seemed like socialism had suffered a significant defeat. As Western countries grew in prosperity, the Soviet Union always cast a shadow over capitalism. The removal of this communist bloc led to two decades of wealth for the United States and Europe that endured until 2008. “The Great Recession”, as many historians and political commentators dubbed it, gradually led to the death of free market economics and post-Cold War social democracy. The aftermath of this global economic shock was used as an excuse for governments across the globe to expand the state’s sphere of influence. During George W. Bush’s final days as president, he approved of the bailout of failing American banks following the collapse of Lehman Brothers. In Britain, Gordon Brown, a man who spent

most of his political career shifting his party away from “Old Labour” ideas of nationalization, decided to bail out the Royal Bank of Scotland and bully Lloyds TSB into buying Halifax only to then nationalize the entire company. Even though Lloyds was gradually broken up into new banks like TSB and has been returned to the private sector, the Royal Bank of Scotland remains 80 per cent owned by taxpayers to this day. This was like the consequences of the 1929 Great Depression. This event represented another defeat for free market economics. Following Franklin D. Roosevelt’s election as president in 1932, he expanded the size of the state to an extent not witnessed in American history before. And rather like Donald Trump, who is facing battles with the Supreme Court over his travel ban, this body also defeated President Roosevelt’s National Reform Administration (NRA)

and Agricultural Adjustment Administration (AAA) programs in 1935. Judges said these measures represented a huge expansion of state interference in the economy. During his second term, Roosevelt repackaged the NRA into the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 and the AAA into the Farm Security Administration in 1935. The Second World War finally lifted the United States out of the Great Depression than Roosevelt’s policies due to a greater demand for American weaponry throughout the world. This led to a huge increase in employment in the munitions industry which lifted many Americans out of unemployment. But the 1940s also represented a defeat for conservatism in Britain too. Following the election of Labour’s Clement Attlee in 1945
World war II Source: Wikipedia his government used poverty caused by World War Two as an excuse to enlarge the state’s power. What followed was the creation of a National Health Service which was, and still is, based on the concept that no one, regardless of their income, should pay for their healthcare. Other legislation included the 1947 Town and Country Planning Act, which enabled the state to build houses that were inadequate and ugly. The Grenfell Tower disaster this year, which led to an entire tower block being burnt down, proved that certain policies have devastating consequences years later. The Attlee years led to the biggest expansion of the welfare state that dwarfed the reforms the last Liberal government in the UK implemented during the 1900's. Throughout the twentieth century, Britain and America mirrored each other in terms of the directions their different governments were taking up until the 1980s. Republican and Democrat presidencies adapted to a post- New Deal political environment created by Roosevelt and Conservative and Labour governments in the UK were afraid to reverse Attlee’s reforms in fear of voters punishing them for doing so. During this time, conservatives in both nations had to either accept state enlargement or die.The 1970s represented a shift in conservatives’ fortunes across both sides of the Atlantic. It was clear Keynesian economic policies adopted by conservatives and socialists up until this point were hindering the British and American economies. In 1970, Britain elected Ted Heath, who wanted to introduce more free market policies. He then performed his infamous “U-turn” in 1972 and squandered taxpayers’ money on benefits and public services. Claiming his country was declining as an economic superpower, Mr. Heath used this as an excuse for the UK to join the European Economic Community, a precursor to the European Union. The threeday week led to electricity shortages after unions crippled Heath’s Conservative government by the time of the 1974
CONSERVATIVES NEED TO GENERATE MORE PROSPERITY TO DEFEAT SOCIALISM
General Election. What followed was the election of a Labour government that also failed to tackle the unions, but quickly broke away from the Keynesian consensus. In 1976, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Denis Haley, applied to the International Monetary Fund for a loan to bailout the British economy. James Callaghan, who succeeded Harold Wilson as prime minister in 1976, imposed cuts on public spending and embraced the word austerity. He was viewed as a man who could handle this crisis. But in 19789, the Winter of Discontent, which led to bin strikes organized by unions who crippled the economy, led to the election of Margaret Thatcher, a lady willing to break her country away from the post-war consensus. In America, Republican Ronald Reagan, who mirrored Thatcher’s economic thinking, was elected as president. Throughout the 1980's, they led the way in terms of creating economic prosperity through free market reforms to both of their countries’ economies. These policies consisted of privatizing utilities, tackling trade unions that brought their economies to their knees and the largest reduction in economic state intervention since the 1920's. The Soviet Union collapsed in 1989 and countries that were under Soviet occupation embraced Thatcher and Reagan’s policies. In America, Bill Clinton was elected in 1992 under a “New Democrat” banner which aimed to strike a “Third Way” between free market economics and social democracy. In Britain during 1997, the Labour Party under Tony Blair won the largest majority in British political history so far under the New Labour mantra, which also aimed to adopt “Third Way” policies in government. Conservatism’s fortunes shifted in the 1980's and 1990's and it was socialists, not conservatives, who had to adapt or die to win power this time. Clinton’s and Blair’s successors, George W. Bush and Gordon Brown respectively, also legislated similar policies until 2008. However, whilst Thatcher and Reagan’s successors preserved their economic reforms, none of them believed in a reduction of state interference to the extent they did. Clinton and Blair both recognized businesses could cure poverty, and they can. But they both believed the best way to do that was by imposing “welfare to work” programs that penalized big corporations and had a negligible effect on ending welfare dependency. Both Clinton and Bush failed to curb the size of the Federal Reserve, which was the true cause of the 2008 Recession. In the months building up to the Great Recession, the Fedstightened up monetary policy which transformed a mini recession into the worst economic disaster since 1929. In Britain, when Gordon Brown was chancellor, he provided the Bank of England with independence to manage the economy through privatization on the one hand, but centralized its regulatory powers into a new government body called the Financial Standards Authority on the other. This organization failed to notice the 2007-08 dip. The Labour government spent swathes of public money, even when they warned to start slashing spending in 2005, and brought in policies that trapped people in poverty, like the minimum wage and tax credits. The state was too big in the UK and the US before 2008, and it expanded in both countries after. The election of Barack Obama witnessed large-scale state interference with the creation of Obamacare and welfare programs that trapped many Americans in poverty. Even though David Cameron’s Conservative government cut the size of the state in Britain in many ways by decentralizing local government and reforming the NHS, the state was also too big in other ways. Both countries must repeal restrictive housing regulations that are making home ownership a dream for many of their youngest citizens. Unfortunately, in Theresa May, the UK now has a prime minister who also believes expanding the state is the remedy to combating the threat

of socialism from Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour Party. She also believes state enlargement will provide prosperity to those who felt disenfranchised by the neo-liberal reforms of the 1980's. One group that has felt disillusioned since the 2008 Recession is millennials. Most of them have grown up having anything they wanted from their parents. Many of them aspired to be as successful as their elders, but sadly the Great Recession made gaining a stable job almost impossible for them. The British and American economies are no longer experiencing a recession because they are growing almost at pre-2007 levels. But the governments of those countries prior to Brexit and Donald Trump failed to cut the size of government to the same extent that Thatcher and Reagan did. And what is the consequence of their policies? Economic growth driven by low-paid jobs. Trying to mirror New Labour, former chancellor George Osborne legislated a National Living Wage, an extension of the former’s minimum wage policy, which will lead to an increase, not a decrease, in poverty and job creation over time. Conservatives across the globe must start creating policies that generate prosperity. Events like the 1929 Great Depression and the 2008 Great Recession are not excuses to abandon free market capitalism. They should be used as opportunities to reduce the size of the state, which is the true cause of economic recessions. The state does not know best when it comes to managing the economy; only individuals and free enterprises do. What Thatcher and Reagan started in the 1980s should have been the beginning of a free market revolution, not the end of one. Millennials are the category of people most likely to support far-left socialists in the UK and the US like Jeremy Corbyn and Bernie Sanders respectively. Many of them are too young to remember the poverty caused by Keynesian policies in the twentieth century or the decline of the Soviet Union. They have been educated in schools where the left now dominates classrooms. They have also attended universities which have become breeding grounds for Marxist thinking and this was unintentionally caused by the expansion of university places by the Clinton and Blair administrations. With an increase in tuition fees occurring in parallel with an enlargement in university admissions, many students resent that they must pay for their education when they have grown up expecting everything to be handed on a plate to them. This has only fueled their hatred of neo-liberalism.
CONSERVATIVES NEED TO GENERATE MORE PROSPERITY TO DEFEAT SOCIALISM
Yet that resentment of neo-liberalism has only excelled since the 2008 Recession. These millennials are leaving university in thousands of dollars, or pounds, of debt only to find their challenging work resulted to nothing. Because they have been brainwashed in socialist dogma for most of their lives, they blame the free market that failed to prevent a banking crisis for their misfortunes. They hate the governments that bailed them out, because they view politicians as the protectors of greedy capitalists, not ordinary people. This has only led to a resentment of the wealth creators in society. Recently, their anger is being directed at what they call the state’s preservation of “racist” figures like Robert E. Lee and Horatio Nelson. Pre1989 Marxism is alive again. Conservatives must not adapt to this context. Conservatism’s greatest strength has always been its pragmatism, but this is not a period to be pragmatic. This is a time to fight back. The world needs bold conservative politicians again. Brexit and Trump both represent a fightback against socialist thinking plaguing numerous governments. Both are opportunities to regenerate prosperity back to the UK and the US. Many conservatives should go further and emulate Abu Dhabi’s and Dubai’s tax-free policies. Both these nations are thriving and if their measures were adopted here, the West would be much richer than it is now. It would kill Marxism altogether. It would take a brave leader to campaign on a platform to cut taxes altogether, but the post-1989 consensus is crumbling. Something needs to radically change.

THERE IS FREEDOM FOR ALL!

THERE IS FREEDOM FOR ALL! BY KELLY TRAYES
This month, the Holy Spirit has been highlighting and speaking to me regrading the following 3 points: ‘Forgiveness’, ‘Rejection’ & ‘Freedom’. Whilst I shouldn’t be surprised, I also heard a number of other people say they, too, had revelation on hidden rejection and unforgiveness in their lives, which brought greater revelation and deliverance in their lives. Slowly we are seeing a new wave of the Holy Spirit, a new hunger rising and a new passion and fire within people who are beginning to understand the New Covenant we are in, in Jesus. That New Covenant being: LOVE! The love of God is like no other. The Holy Spirit is calling us back to truth! So what is it about understanding ‘Forgiveness’, ‘Rejection’ & ‘Freedom’ that is so important? Well last month I wrote about liberalism, which is an escapism for many who have been hurt, rejected and still haven’t healed or found their way, purpose or identity. This month, I have learnt the importance of forgiveness as I have seen how it can open gateways for the enemy and potentially stunt us in certain area’s of our lives and prevent us from moving forwards. It can cause a particularly negative or disruptive behavior or mindset to form, which will not benefit us and is not from the throne room of Heaven. Unforigveness won’t always be obvious to others, but within ourselves we will know if a particular situation or person still effects us by our emotional responses or thoughts towards them. I believe there could be some people reading this right now, that are having things spring to mind, which hasn’t yet been dealt with and now is a better time than any! Rejection is one of mans biggest fears. Rejection from a job, relationships, family...I have heard so many times this month “I feel rejected” or “I don’t want to be rejected”. What if we learnt to understand that God has ACCEPTED us? What if we realised that if He accepts us then what does it matter if no one else does? God in His all powerful, infinite wisdom should surely be smart enough to know whether someone is acceptable or not, right? OK, so He doesn’t accept sin, BUT you weren’t created as sin. You were created in His image and birthed into sin through Adam. Everyone needs to come to Jesus and submit their lives to Him and be born again, that’s standard. Therefore, if forgiveness is already there, ready and waiting to be received by you, then it must mean He has already ACCEPTED YOU for who you were created to be! God has already taken the the first step, it’s just for us to receive it! Hallelujah! In this love based relationship we will not want to sin or upset our Father because we learn to live holy, pure and righteous in this new walk. If we should fall into sin along the way, then we simply ask for forgiveness, pick ourselves up and move on! Simples! In the same way that God has forgiven us, we must also choose to see through His eyes and forgive ourselves and others. Forgiveness is so powerful. It breaks bondages, strongholds and roots, which the enemy will gladly take hold of to make things even harder for you if you choose to let him. Forgiveness means the other person can be set free too. By them knowing you have forgiven them, they will have the opportunity to forgive themselves. I generally found it easier to forgive others (most of the time but not all) than I did myself. I couldn’t handle the fact I had messed up so much in my life and really kicked myself because of
the shame and embarrassment that followed me around daily. In understanding our identity and what we were accepted for and why we have been forgiven by our Father God, brings FREEDOM! Liberalism believes it is living in freedom, but this is a mask and delusion, as people are still bitter, hurt and bound in unforgiveness from their pasts. It’s a contradictory feeling to think that self harming, which causes pain, brings a release from a different pain on a person either physically, mentally or emotionally. If I stub my foot on a rock, how does biting my arm make this any better in the long run? Now I have a painful foot and arm! ‘Doh!’ So what does freedom look like in Jesus? GLORIOUS! No, really, it is pure glory. To know that if you do trip and fall, you have grace to pick you up and to grow more in the maturity of your walk without having to accept or pay any attention to the harassment the enemy will try to give you. We have free will and we have a choice to make. We have been given freedom, so we can choose to live in it or not. I would prefer freedom and therefore I’m learning to live there and LOVE IT! If someone walked into your house and started throwing abuse at you, what would you do? Hopefully, kick them out! If someone rang your phone and started to upset you and tell you lies about yourself, what would you do? Hopefully, hang up! So if we can do this in the flesh, why can’t we tell those familiar annoying spirits to just shut up and go away? We are allowed and entitled to! You are allowed to cast it away and rebuke it because you are a son & daughter of the Most High King! You are Royalty! Once we partner with Father God and agree we are made in His image, we can begin to fully understand what it is to be accepted by Him, which supersedes the acceptance of any man, who can’t even fathom the thoughts or actions of God; AND we can understand how Jesus has forgiven us (and everyone else). Therefore, we too can forgive ourselves and everyone around us by walking in love. In Father God we find a spiritual freedom and the voice of the enemy will begin to sound very different. Negativity, condemnation and shame does not come from your Father! The enemy can’t live in freedom because of His own bitterness towards God, so don’t let him drag you down because of his own poor decisions and stupidity. Keep focused on Jesus and remember your are a son (daughter) of the Most High God! You have the whole of Heaven behind you! John 8:36 - “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed!”

I saw mostly decision letters are copy past, espouse if three brothers have families and different registration numbers (815-14C00000) and have been intervened every family 4hrs to 5hrs with different Examine Officers but UNHCR officers issued them same decision letters with same objections even the same question not asked to all. PRIEST BRINGS CHURCH TO HURRICANE HARVEY VICTIMS -- BY KAYAK
PRIEST BRINGS CHURCH TO HURRICANE HARVEY VICTIMS -- BY KAYAK Hurricane Harvey couldn't keep one Houston priest from ministering to people trapped by the heavy flooding and powerful winds. When the devastation prevented residents in Southeast Houston from getting to church, Father David Bergerson decided to bring church to them. Bergerson got a kayak and took to the streets in search of people who were stranded by the storm. He offered to pray with them and share the gospel with anyone who would listen. "This is how America was evangelized -- by canoe," Bergerson told Houston's KTRK News. He even tried to buy some wine from a grocery store for mass, but Texas law forbids the sale of alcohol before noon. He says he's praying for people affected by the storm.

"LIGHT MY PATH, GOD, FOR THE BROKEN AND ABUSED"
Poem By Jessica J. Dodson
"LIGHT MY PATH, GOD, FOR THE BROKEN AND ABUSED" Especially when I feel like I am falling apart I will get up! Move! Dance! I will sing praises and delight in romance! There is nothing the devil can do To completely break me in two Jesus saved me from myself When there was nobody else Jesus held me when I cried He forgave me for all the times I lied Remember to hold onto hope Don't let go of His rope With the Holy Spirit's direction Even through the darkest of dark we have God's light for protection With God and Spirit on our side, And Jesus ruling us from the inside For the lost souls of this forgotten community In strength and love and unity We can ask Jesus to save the people of the Tallman community In His name, we can do it So why don't we prove it? The Drug-addicted,poverty-stricken, abuse victims - they need to be saved!! Without Jesus, I personally know no other way And my final thing to say Is take opportunities to share God's love each and every day And don't forget to pray when you are led by the Holy Spirit you'll know exactly what to say Jesus, You are my saviour! And thank you for dying on a cross and doing me that special favor PHOTO SOURCE: GOOGLE
In Love, Jessica J. Dodson
When it all feels impossible And happiness is improbable And the sharks are biting at my back And I am spiritually under attack My kind sentiments have no impact Cigarettes only distract Life's a rollercoaster of emotion, there is no doubt What am I going to do? Sit in my room and pout? Facing the darkness is a necessity In order to receive the only true remedy It isn't people who are my enemy It's really the devil's minions who steals serenity I need not dismay. There will be another sunny day I will take a few moments to pray "God,thank you for getting my attention! Please, light a path to show my direction Andd send me Your angels for protection And fill my heart with peace and forgiveness and compassion You are in control but it's just my suggestion" Surely the enemy will try to confuse and bite me another way But with the Light of Christ within me, his tricks are merely child's play I won't give in to the dark

PASTOR GREG LAURIE CALLS CHRISTIAN LEADERS TO STAND AGAINST RACISM
PASTOR GREG LAURIE CALLS CHRISTIAN LEADERS TO STAND AGAINST RACISM BY EFREM GRAHAM SOURCE: CBN NEWS, WWW.CBNNEWS.COM
Pastor Greg Laurie has added his voice to the chorus of Christian leaders calling for believers to stand together against racism. Laurie made the plea in the Friday evening address at his SoCal Harvest gathering. He told the crowd at Angel Stadium, "For a follower of Jesus Christ, there is no place for racism, bigotry or prejudice of any kind." Laurie serves as the senior pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship. His weekend message was titled "A Second Change for America." And he urged the 26,000 people in the audience to take a 'second chance' when it came to God's forgiveness in Jesus Christ.
In the sermon, he spoke directly about the deadly violence that unfolded in Charlottesville. That violent incident included protests by white nationalists and a counterprotest. Laurie said, "There is no superior race. We are all part of the human race." He also shared his personal struggles with hate as young man with a difficult and drug-filled home life. He told the crowd it was important for Christians to keep America in its daily prayers.

CULTURAL WARFARE WAS CHARLTON HESTON RIGHT?
CULTURAL WARFARE WAS CHARLTON HESTON RIGHT? BY LEIGHTON MEDLEY
“I believe that we are again engaged in a great civil war, a cultural war that's about to hijack your birth right to think and say what lives in your heart.” The following quote was taken from a speech given by the late Hollywood actor, Charlton Heston on February 16th, 1999 to students in Austin Hall, Harvard Law School. In many ways, this issue of cultural warfare has come back to haunt America; especially if we look at recent events that happened in Charlottesville on the 12th August, where scenes of violence and chaos ensued after the largest gathering of white supremacist groups that was seen for decades, culminating in the innocent death of Heather Heyer. Miss Heyer was a counter protester from the local area, and was actively engaged in opposing the “unite the right” protest in her home town. What makes this situation more dangerous for America, was the response of the President, Donald Trump, who in an address to reporters on the 15th August clearly alluded to the involvement of left wing protesters, who themselves turned up in numbers, with a clear agenda to attack the far right. Why did this event happen, what precipitated these clashes? It all had to do with America`s thorny history of race, in particular slavery. The issue at hand was the council of Charlottesville`s decision, to remove the statue of Robert E Lee from Emancipation Park, a symbol of America`s former commitment to slavery. Who was Robert E Lee and what is his significance? The significance was that he was none other than the leader of the Confederate Army; who were in support of the institution of slavery and their right of practice. The problem here is that there are many in the US, who perceive this removal of the statue, as a direct attack on their identity. BBC News interviewed Daryl Vaughan from Newcastle on the day of the riot, where he was assaulted and beaten by counter protesters, and he exclaimed "They've come here to take my history away, to make my history look bad." To people like Daryl, and others like minded, this is an attack on their heritage, this is cultural warfare and what`s more, it is becoming increasingly tribal. Erasing History Donald Trump in his press conference also pointed out a dangerous precedent for American history. That being, if Robert E Lee was removed, then who next Thomas
Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln or even George Washington the founding father? The point being is that history cannot simply be erased by removing statues, and there is no doubt, that there is a concerted effort amongst some in society to reconcile America`s past, simply by removing it. This cannot and will not work, and is leading to an increasing cultural warfare, mentioned by Charlton Heston in his speech, which is in fact removing the right to freedom of speech. One must take into account, that Heston himself was an active member of the civil rights marches during 1963, when he walked side by side with Martin Luther King. Heston over the years; became increasingly disillusioned with what he perceived, as abuses of the new found rights which were granted to young Americans of that age. Statues can often serve a purpose, even if they are of figures of hatred and to be reviled over past crimes. The irony over Robert E Lee is that his own view of slavery was “that slavery as institution, is a moral and political evil in any country.” Yes, Lee was a slave holder as all plantation owners were, but there is no doubt that he was deeply conflicted over this issue and the real reason he went to war, was to protect his beloved Virginia from what he saw as invasion by outsiders. Another key point here was that Lee himself had deep religious convictions, emanating from a strong Christian faith. Lee believed that slavery was “a greater evil to the white man than to the black race.” Why would he say that, if he had not been privy to some of the nefarious goings on, where blacks were horrendously mistreated by so called Southern white gentlemen on plantations? We cannot erase history by erasing statues. If we cast our minds back to the Taliban in Afghanistan, they blew up the Bamiyan Buddhas in 2001, in order to remove all aspects of cultural history so that they could usurp it with their own. In 2015, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant took control of Palmyra, during the still ongoing Syrian civil war and destroyed many valuable artefacts in the process. One remembers the outcry amongst the international community, at what seen as a desecration of a holy site, yet were not these statues quite possibly built and erected by slaves of a bygone era. There is an irony here and we do well to acknowledge it.
A Christian Response Proverbs 23:10 tells us to “Remove not the old Landmark.” Why, so we don`t forget our history, of who we are and why we are here.

President Abraham Lincoln and Stephen A.Douglas debate statue Ottawa, Illinois . Statues like other landmarks are a reminder of the past. They are not idols, they are not to be worshipped and venerated, as sadly some are these days and indeed have been throughout history. They are there to help us remember, even of those things that may bring us shame and regret. But that`s exactly the point, we need to learn from history, so we do not repeat it, but I fear by this apparent cultural warfare, this is exactly what we are doing. There seems to be today, a determined effort by those of a Post-modern mind set to remove all aspects of history; that they deem to be inappropriate. Wes Bellamy, the deputy mayor of Charlottesville is emphatic in his desire to see Robert E Lee removed from Emancipation Park, who I believe, has completely misunderstood Lee`s legacy and has not bothered to even find out. He claims that Robert E Lee, would command him to cross the sidewalk and would not allow him to look him in the eye, but this does not square up with History and Lee`s own attitude towards his slaves, of whom for most he had sympathy. The problem with Bellamy`s approach, whilst it may seem admirable, is in fact antagonistic, and is fuelling the flames of cultural warfare, leading to increased tribalism amongst American people, particularly the younger generation. It is interesting to see Bellamy as wanting to be a crusader for the black people in America, but just who is he representing, the blacks or the politically correct? That’s not to mention the far rightists, who are only too happy to use it as an excuse to vent their own frustrations, at what they see as attacks on their identity. I feel for Bellamy, he wants to put a line under the issue of slavery, but I also feel for those whose heritage and history are under assault. What we are in effect witnessing, is victim politics being acted out on the streets, it seems everyone today has a grievance of some sort. The truth is two wrongs don`t make a right, and I feel Bellamy and his cohorts, by taking the action they are, is only in fact a repeat of what happened to Bellamy`s ancestors two hundred years ago, the boot is clearly on the other foot. It is fashionable to be a victim in today`s society; if you dare criticise Islam, then you are an Islamophobe, despite the horrendous human rights record of many Muslim countries, something I pointed out in an Islamophobia meeting held in Huddersfield eighteen months ago. If you criticise Israel on the Palestine saga, then you must be antiSemitic, just look at how the holocaust is being used for political purposes, including those who deny it ever happened. If you criticise the gay rights movement on their increasing militancy, then you must be homophobic, all this despite the fact in Northern Ireland recently, a gay man successfully sued Asher`s Bakery, who happened to be Christian, just because they refused to bake him a cake promoting gay marriage. This is the cultural warfare Heston refers
CULTURAL WARFARE WAS CHARLTON HESTON RIGHT?
to in his speech and it is very real, we are in the West, losing the ability to have rational debate on serious issues, because of perceived victim hood and increasing militancy to enforce it. When President Trump said both sides were to blame for the trouble in Charlottesville, he was right, because both sides see themselves as victims of injustice; they see each other as enemies to be conquered. Jesus said in Romans 10:12, “For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.” We are all equal under God, and let us remember that slavery is alive and well today. All across the world, people are being forced into slavery, whether they are sex workers or are being used as cheap labour exploited by wealthy landowners. The problem has not gone away, and nor will it, by the actions of those who wish to engage in tribal warfare. Charlton Heston made a very valuable point; cultural warfare today, is hijacking people`s birth rights and their right to speak their mind, all to a point where we have lost all objectivity. All over Western civilization today, people are increasingly turning to more fundamentalist and radical viewpoints, which is only fracturing society and dismantling it. The United States is now disunited as a result, and so are we in the UK, where more and more the Christian World-view is under assault and victim politics reign, where it`s all about reimbursing those who suffered. “A house divided against a house falleth,” (Luke 11:17) which means the more we engage in tribalism, the more damage we do to society. Morgan Freeman, the well-known black American actor once criticised the celebration of black American history month, saying that there was no white history month. He also stated that the only way to end racism is to stop talking about it, there should be American History month and that’s it. That is how it should be for all of us, we need to be reconciled to those who offend us, and that comes through forgiveness. The Bible speaks these words, “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.” It is only through the gospel of forgiveness, of Christ`s forgiveness on the cross, of those who put him there, which was not just the Pharisees, but you and me also, that people can be reconciled. In order for true repentance to take place, there has to be forgiveness. The American people need to hear this and know it, for the shameful history of slavery and racism cannot be forgotten, nor can it be erased by the simple removing of a statue. It can only be reconciled through dialogue and forgiveness. My prayer is that the love of Jesus will abound in Charlottesville and all of America, so they can put this behind them and unite once again as a Christian nation. We too in Britain need to do the same, because we have a history littered with injustice also. MINORITIES IN PAKISTAN AND HOLLOW SLOGANS
MINORITIES IN PAKISTAN AND HOLLOW SLOGANS BY EMMANUAL YOUSAF
This refers to Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahid Khaqan Abbasi’s press statement at the occasion of Minorities Day on August 11. He said that it was on this day in 1947 when Quaid-e-Azam in his historic address to the Constituent Assembly outlined the contours of a modern and tolerant Pakistan in which people of all faiths would have equal rights and opportunities. He said the vision of a tolerant and modern Pakistan was also embodied in the consensus Constitution of 1973. The worthy Prime Minister also quoted the Father of the Nation’s August 11, 1947’s historic address in which the Quaid assured equal rights and opportunities to all the citizens of all faiths. He said rights of all citizens in Pakistan were equal and he would be ensuring as a citizen and as a state to accord equal treatment to all the citizens irrespective of their religion, caste and creed. In this connection, the Prime Minister said the government was aware of its responsibility to protect the rights of minorities at all costs. He further said the government had taken a number of steps for the welfare of minorities by allocating five percent quota in jobs for them at the federal level, besides allocating seats in the Senate, National Assembly and Provincial Assemblies according to their population ratio.
quota in jobs as well as seats in the Senate but PPPP’s government of Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani. As regards seats in National and Provincial Assemblies according to Minorities population ratio is also incorrect as Minorities seats are not increased in spite of repeated requests and several promises of PPPP and PML-N’s governments. Minorities want concrete steps now instead of hollow slogans. For this purpose as a first step the Government should amend present constitution which barred the Non-Muslim citizens to become Prime Minister and President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to prove their claims of equal treatment to all the citizens irrespective of their religion, caste and creed. CHURCH MEETING
Issue 10 | September 2017
CHURCH MEETING
TOGETHER WITH THE BUILDING OF THE BODY OF CHRIST The Biblical Meeting of the Church is one in which all believers are built on a common belief. The announcement of the Holy Spirit is given for the common benefit. In all of us, all believers in the Lord Jesus have one and the same Spirit and the Spirit divides each one as He wills. God has given the gifts of the Spirit His Church- Body of Christ. God wants these gifts of Spirit to come out believers meeting so that we can all be strengthened and refreshed with the One faith. Everyone gets active and not just passive listeners who from one meeting to another hear only one priest or preacher who does all in the congregation as the supreme pope . No ! No! Not like this. God has called on all believers in Christ Jesus to act and to be active in that calling and by the gifts that the Lord has given so that all believers could build and strengthen one and the same faith In the New Covenant Church, there is only one High Priest and He is Jesus Christ the Son of God our Savior and Lord. He is the only Immediate Man and God Now, Lord Jesus Christ is His Church, the Head and the Lord of His body. He is the Supreme Leader of the Church . He must Master and Lord every believer and His Church meetings. Like the Revelation Churches in the Bible, so He supervises today and wants to teach and guide and warn His Local Churches on Earth The Lord Jesus also gave gifts to His Church. He gave people . He has given some Apostles and others to Prophets, Evangelists, Shepherds, and Teachers These people are called by God and chosen for the job of His Church. We have departed far from the biblical church service life and order Everyone could share what the Lord gives them to other believers. We are one body of Christ and we are members of each other. For each of us, God has given us something of the revelation of the Spirit and we share it with other believers. We will tell what the Lord has spoken to us and how He has led us. When God has given us the gifts of the Spirit we give them action in the believers meetings for a common benefit and for all believers to strengthen the faith. There must be no envy or disparagement in believers' minds, but God wants to use us all. God has set us all as a member of the body of Christ, and we are there in the Church of God where God has set us and we are happy with it and we are also active in the work together of the Church of God. We are building together and we are building each other in same Faith and Spirit and the same Lord and the same God. One God –Father,Son,Holy Spirit God's purpose is for the Church, or the body of Christ, to be built. Everyone in this Church's building work is called in Christ Jesus To make the saints fully prepared for the work of the ministry to build up the body of Christ until we all get in touch with faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, full of manhood, the fullness of the fullness of Christ's fullness. Unity in the Body (Psalm 133:1-3; 1 Corinthians 1:10-17) 1I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, 2With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one
another in love; 3Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. 8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. 9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? 10He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) 11And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: 16From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
