“WE PROVIDE GREAT SERVICES AND ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO OUR PATIENTS.” ELITE SURGICAL SPECIALISTS
MICHAEL D. MOST, MD, FACS
GENERAL SURGERY
AT ELITE SURGICAL SPECIALISTS IN CHESTER, DR. MICHAEL D. MOST KNOWS HOW
important it is for patients to feel 100 percent comfortable before undergoing surgery. It’s why he spends time with patients, explaining procedures and answering any questions they may have.
Certified by the American Board of Surgery, he has decades of surgical experience and uses state-of-the-art techniques, including robotic surgery for head and neck cancers. Dr. Most is well known throughout northern New Jersey for specializing in acute care general surgery, endocrine and head and neck surgery, and cervical spine access surgery.
Dr. Most’s patients have direct access to him 24/7, which many find extremely comforting. “They can always reach me, day or night,” he says. “Even if I am camping, I carry a satellite phone that my direct line is forwarded to, so I am never out of reach.”
Dr. Most has continued to evaluate patients safely through the pandemic by spacing out appointment times, limiting the number of patients, extending office hours and offering telemedicine appointments when applicable.
“We will bring a patient in during a time when there are no other patients scheduled, if that’s what it takes to make someone feel comfortable,” he explains.
When Dr. Most is not in the office, he spends a significant amount of time teaching Outdoor Emergency Care for the National Ski Patrol.
