Randy Reichert takes up the duties of CEO at Skeena Resources as Walter Coles becomes executive chair. Previously Reichert was with B2Gold where he oversaw three international gold mines. He was GM at the Fekola mine in Mali as well as heading projects in Russia, Brazil, Nevada, and Kazakhstan.

Reichert has a BASc in mining and mineral processing, an MScEng in rock mechanics, a graduate diploma in business administration and is a professional engineer.

Barrick Gold welcomed Isela Costantini to the board. She has over 25 years of experience in international business and is currently the chief executive of Grupo Financiero GST in Argentina.

Prior to that, she was president and CEO of Argentina’s national airline as well as president and general director for General Motors in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. She holds an MBA in from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University in Chicago.

Andrew Gubbels joined the Gold Royalty team from Aris Gold where he was a founder and the SVP corporate development.

Before that, he was in charge of investment management in the Americas for Eurasian Resources and previously was head of Americas metals and mining at UBS Investment Bank and an executive in the mergers and acquisitions department at CIBC World Markets.

Gubbles holds an HonBComm from Queen’s University and a MFin from the University of Toronto.
