WORKPLACE MENTORING PROGRAM (WMP) As the flagship employee engagement Opportunity, the Workplace Mentoring Program offers volunteers (“Bigs”) and high school students (“Littles”) the chance to develop deep, meaningful, relationships while guiding Littles in planning for postsecondary pathways and igniting their potential. • We partner companies with local high schools and match 10-15 employee volunteers with 10-15 students for the full school year. • Typically, matches meet at the company’s office for two hours after school twice a month for a total of 15 program days. Currently, WMP is delivering our curriculum on virtual platforms until school and building access opens. • The program is created and facilitated by our BBBS of NYC staff, specifically trained in group facilitation.
