USA'S IMPACT Japans Kamikazes
Usa’s Achievement’s
The fighter pilots that bombed Pearl Harbor were called kamikazes. in World War II they made deliberate suicidal crashes into enemy targets, usually ships, just like they did to Pearl Harbor.
On August 6, 1945 during ww2, an american bomber dropped the world's first deployed atomic bomb on a Japanese city called Hiroshima. The explosion wiped out 90 percent of the cities people and immediately killed 80,000 people. A couple days later we dropped another bomb on Nagasaki and this lead to Japan surrendering to the war. World war II had been going on for a couple of years before this incident and originally USA wasn't involved until we were directly threatened, by Japan. Once the United States got involved in ww2 it was the beginning of the end of the war for our rivals because we bombed Japan ending the war with them, Germany was taken down by us (the US) and our allies, The United States technology helped win war in Europe.
Revenge On Japan Also, Japan brought us into the war and we made them surrender. In December 1941 hundreds of Japanese fighter planes attacked an American naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. They dropped bombs and killed thousands of American soldiers. One Day after attack president Franklin D. Roosevelt declared war on japan. Then Japan's allies Germany, and Italy declared war on us the United States. After a couple years of the war going on and the US trying to avoid joining the war they end up joining ww2. In 1945 we have our retaliation on Japan. American bombers dropped the world's first deployed atomic bombs on the cities Hiroshima, and Nagasaki, this had a huge impact and destroyed those cities almost entirely. This shows how the United States entry of the war was the start of the end of the war for our rivals. These bombing of the USA helps have Japan surrender to the war. The United States joined the war because of Japan and ended Japan's place in the war.

Furthermore, Germany is the country who started ww2 by trying to take over Europe. Germany was a big part of ww2, they were powerful yet they were our rivals. Adolf Hitler was their leader and he isn't known for being a good man. Germany successfully took over Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg,France, Denmark, Yugoslavia, Greece, and Norway. The Soviet Union (Russia) invaded Germany on the East while the United States and our other allies came in on the west and as soon as Hitler knew, he committed suicide surrendering Germany. This event shows how America and our allies worked together to defeat Germany. Germany started the war by wanting to take over Europe and the USA and our allies strategically took them down.
United States Technology Originally, the USA wasn't involved in World War II but we did give weapons/technology to our allies over in Europe before we joined the war. .The United States had made lots of weapons for the war, one in particular was radar which used radio waves to track objects like enemy vehicles. Another major weapon made and used by the US was the atomic bomb used on Japan. The United States was more advanced with technology than many other countries. These examples show that the technology made by the US was helpful in winning the war.
Overview Overall these points show that the United States really finished off our rivals in WWII and when we joined the war, it was the beginning of the end of the war for them. Because we had revenge on Japan, we took down Germany with our allies, and we had the advanced technology we were able to help win the war with our allies.
