BVOH is a water soluble, easy to print 3D Printing support filament. Suitable for printing with a wide range of materials, such as, ABS, ASA, PLA, PET, PA, PC and TPU.

PC-ABS

Polymaker™ PC-ABS – a blend of already commonly used 3D printing materials, polycarbonate and ABS. The advantages of this blend are high impact, heat resistance and ease of processing. The Polycarbonate improves the heat resistance and toughness of the material while ABS contributes to the great processing properties. This PC-ABS is also specialised for surface finishing, i.e. electroplating and metallization, providing a good approach for post processing.

EEL

A 3D printing filament that is a truly conductive TPU flexible filament. Eel’s 355% elongation and 90A Shore Hardness allows for repeated movement without wear or cracking. You’ll produce reliable, high quality prints due to the consistent diameter. NinjaTek’s Eel filament is chemical resistant to a variety of materials.

Taulman 3D Alloy 910 HDT

Alloy 910 Black is a measurable advancement in 3D Printing materials technology from taulman3D. taulman Alloy 910 3D Printer Filament is the combined effort of chemical companies, extrusion manufactures and taulman3D to specifically develop a single material to meet as many high performance 3D Printing needs as possible. Taulman3D’s PA Cast Plate

Taulman3D’s PA Cast Plate is a High strength poly-amide that uses manufacturing techniques similar to Nylon industrial plates. Casting Nylon in dies is a unique process that usually requires a difference in the manufacturing of the base polymer.

While there are some cast Nylons that will be used as is, the majority are destined for subtractive/tooling/ CNC machining. For this type of machining, a high and consistent tensile strength is required. Taulman3D has worked with our Chemical Company to develop this type of Nylon into a 3D Printing line thus bringing with it an exceptionally high tensile of 95MPA or over 13,500PSI.

3DXTECH ESD TPC - Flexible Conductive filament

3DXSTAT™ ESD-TPC elastomeric filament has been formulated to offer ESD-Safe electrical conductivity with a target surface resistance of 10^7 to 10^9 Ohm.

CPE HG100 CoPolyester filament

Fillamentum CPE (co-polyester) is a high-technical material for the FFF (also known as FDM) 3D printing technology. A super chemical resistant filament, prefect for prototyping.

PolyMax PC-FR 1.75mm 3D Printing filament

PolyMide™ PA6-GF 1.75mm Grey Glass Fibre 3D Printing filament

PolyMide™ PA6-GF is a glass fibre reinforced PA6 (Nylon 6) filament. The material exhibits excellent thermal and mechanical properties without sacrificing the layer adhesion.

PolyCast™ 3D Printing Filament

PolyCast™ by PolyMaker uses its patented Ash-Free™ technology specially designed for investment casting, to burn off cleanly without any residue, enabling defect-free metal parts. 3D printing has been used to produce investment casting patterns as it cuts down both the cost and lead time for small-volume production runs.

iglidur® I180-PF 3D Printing Filament

Components made of igus® Tribo-Filament are up to 50 times more wear-resistant than standard materials for 3D printing and therefore have an extremely long service life. Due to their excellent tribological properties, they are suited for 3D printing of replacement parts, for example bearings, drive nuts, gears and other wear parts.

Arnitel 2060 TPC

Arnitel® id2060 HT is the first high performance TPC FFF material combining flexibility with prolonged high temperature use, chemical resistance and strength. This combination makes it suitable to print cold charge air ducts for demanding automotive under the hood applications as well as components for endof-arm tooling. Parts printed can resist sustained high-temperature of 175°C (1000 hrs) or 190°C (500 hrs) and chemicals such as EGR condensate.

Arnitel 2045 TPC

The Arnitel ID 2045 3D printing filament, is a material that many of you have been asking for. This unique 3D desktop printing filament has many of the characteristics that will move your 3D printing applications up a notch. PolyDissolve™ S1

PolyDissolve™ S1 can be used as full support material or only as the interface between the support structure and the model, this later can allow the support to be easily removable by hand but will also speed up the dissolving process.

PolyCast™ filament

PolyCast™ features Polymaker's Layer-Free™ technology and Polymaker's Ash-Free™ technology: Layer-Free™ technology involves exposing a 3D printed part to an aerosol of micro-sized alcohol droplets, generated by a rapidly vibrating, perforated membrane called the nebulizer. The aerosol will then be adsorbed by the surface of the 3D printed part and render it smooth and layer-free.

Carbodeon uDiamond PLA filament

Carbodeon is a Finnish manufacturer of nanodiamond materials (Nanodiamond otherwise known as diamond particles, are diamonds with a size less than 100 nanometres). Actually the nanodiamonds are as small as 4-6 nanometres!

As these diamond nanoparticles are extremely small they act as a lubricant within this amazing uDiamond PLA filament, aiding in increased speeds and low friction (view video below). No need for steel nozzles with this high strength PLA filament.

FilaPrint PolyPropylene filament

Nylon 230 is a lower temperature nylon developed by taulman3D specifically for 3D Printing on systems that have cold print beds and lower temp capabilities.

BluPrint is a specialty polymer developed to specifically handle High Heat Deflection requirements. With a Tg of 110C and a print temp of 285C, BluPrint is an easy to print polymer that comes as a clear material ( very subtle blue hue) similar to t-glase.

With a combined tensile strength higher than the strongest co-polyesters, the durability of Nylons, a shrinkage factor that rivals our t-glase, a vast range of chemical resistance and a ~82C working range, you now have one solution easily printable at 250C-255C.

PCTPE stands for "Plasticized Copolyamide TPE" or a chemical co-polymer of highly flexible nylon and TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). PCTPE has several unique features that allow any user to print a highly flexible part with the added durability of our nylon polymers. This combination of polymers was developed specifically to allow anyone using current FFF 3D Printers to print parts from durable prosthetics to complete cosplay wearable outfits, cell phone enclosures as well as highly flexible utility/industrial parts. The flexibility of PCTPE means that the end parts will also have the smooth lustrous texture of nylon.

T-lyne taulman 3D and DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers (DuPont) worked together to manufacture and release a unique new flexible material to the 3D printing community called T-lyne that uses DuPont™ Surlyn® ionomer. T-lyne is a unique, crystal clear polyethylene co-polymer developed specifically for high durability, flexibility, unique viscosity and a wide temperature range. Glass-like aesthetics can easily be obtained at high layer sizes using low speed and low temperatures in the range of 190 C to 210 C. Utility style parts are easily printed faster at standard layer sizes using higher temperatures up to 245 C, depending on nozzle size.

Bridge Nylon is similar to Nylon 645 with excellent tensile and low friction surface. While similar to Nylon 645, Bridge is chemical resistant to most chemicals except chlorine, bromines and some petrols. Bridge Nylon is fully capable of thread tapping and machine tooling.

When 3D Printed, guidel!ne has a tensile strength higher than our strongest TECH-G, coming in at 6,850PSI. Elongation is 5.9 and a modulus of 281,469PSI. Heat distortion temp is 70C. Softening temperature is 100C. guidel!ne is also released as a starting point for individuals and companies wishing to obtain eventual FDA/ CE certification for a device knowing that the raw material itself is listed with the FDA and has already passed specific FDA testing. This material can also be used as a support material when dual printing with Nylons.

Nylon 680 is a desktop 3D printing filament specifically designed for use in a wide range of industries, including: medical, dental, food processing and robotics. A pure polymer that includes no modifiers and registered by the FDA as food safe - US Food & Drug Administration approved. A 3D desktop printing filament capable of holding boiling water!

ASA 3D Printer Filament is a polymer deal for the production of first functional samples before serial production for functional prototyping, manufacturing tools, but also for the production of goods for everyday usage including outdoor applications. The advantage of this material is its excellent weather resistance, retention of physical features; eg. ASA has a rigidity higher than ABS and thus is suitable material for demanding applications. ASA material has low levels of yellowing. A wide range of RAL specific colours are available.

Nylon FX256 The main advantage of this filament is that it is an incredibly strong, durable and versatile 3D printing material. Flexible when just a thin layer, but with very high inter-layer adhesion. Its low friction coefficient and high melting temperature makes it an excellent choice for printing functional and technical parts. Unlike ABS and PLA filaments Nylon FX256 is far less brittle and therefore stronger.

NinjaFlex flexible filament leads the industry thanks to its superior flexibility and longevity compared to non-polyurethane materials. Its consistency in diameter and ovality (roundness) outpaces other polyurethane materials. Made from a specially formulated thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material, this patented technology boasts a low-tack, easy-to-feed texture. The result is uniquely flexible, strong prints ideal for direct-drive extruders. A wide range of vibrant colours are available.

Proto-pasta Conductive PLA is a great choice for low-voltage circuitry applications, touch sensor projects, and using prints to interact with touch screens.

HTPLA by Proto-pasta, a material consisting of thin, strong crystalline filaments of carbon, mixed with high quality PLA resins, give you a tough, strong, heat resistant filament.

The pigments occour as little dots on the surface of the filament and of course after printing.

Nylon 6 by Reprapper Tech Ltd. This is one of a full colour range of nylons that we have in stock, it is a Nylon manufactured by our suppliers of the 3D FilaPrint PLA & ABS , Reprapper Tech Ltd. The nylon is strong, flexible (obviously part dependent), tough, durable and friction smooth.

HIPS 3D Printing Filament is a High Impact Polystyrene that can be used to make otherwise impossible shapes and models on your 3D Desktop printer. Dissolvable in Limonene, smells like oranges for days after soaking!
