New >97% Recycled PLA filament

FilaPrint rePLAy offers you the opportunity to work with a material that is identical in printing characteristics as regular PLA, though from a recycled waste stream, which on average is >97% recycled. The only difference you will find with this recycled PLA is that the colours (not Black or White) are not as bright as the same colour though non-recycled PLA filaments which are available on our store. However the recycling process does give them a unique hue!
We’ve pioneered an approach to recycle discarded plastic into a range of exceptional sustainable materials for 3D printing. We source the highest quality streams from leading recyclers and work closely with scientific institutions to optimise our range. When you print with Reflow you’re supporting an established network of recyclers, makers and designers in tackling plastic pollution while co-creating meaningful work.
FilaPrint PIPG
Recycled Post Industrial Pet-G has been created from the waste of previous filament processing, balancing the time, money and industrial energy it takes to produce this 100% recycled material. Available in various colours.
Fishy Filaments recycle fishing nets into engineering grade filament for 3D printing!
Buzzed Beer filament Buzzed is a beer based 3D printing filament made using waste byproducts from the beer making process
OWA PS (Polystyrene-HIPS)
These are 100% Recycled filaments, not off cuts, end of spool runs, or even some current filaments advertised as recycled, (that are virgin filaments which have never yet been used, let alone re-used)! OWA Armor have been recyling ink cartridges for several years, who are looking to use their advanced recycling technologies in the 3D Desktop printing arena.
The first of these 100% recycled filaments is the new colour range of PS (Polystyrene filaments), which can also be used as a support filament.
