2-4 players Test who matches more sets of four the fastest! Spread out the green cards with the pictures facing up. Each player then takes a pink card from the pack. Set the timer to thirty seconds, and go! Each player turns her or his pink card over and looks for pictures that match the icon. When the time is up, the players turn their pictures over to check that they match the pink card. If they do, the player can take another pink card to start a second collection. If they don’t belong together, the player has to keep the pink card and put the wrong cards back in the pack.

You all start again with another thirty seconds and do this until all ten sets of four are laid out. The winner is the player with the most sets.

How to Play MATCH AND COLLECT TEN SETS OF FOUR Now take a picture of each other using two pink cards or try combinations with three cards. It’s easier if you photograph little things. Round PonsVerhoog (2019)

Spread out the green cards with the pictures facing up. Look at the names on the pink cards, and spread them out with the icons facing up. Look carefully at the similarities between pictures and icons: you have to find four pictures that match each icon.

Some pictures relate to more than one theme, so just match the pictures with the best one.

The multiple icons on some of the green cards mean that pictures have more than one theme.

= Christine de Pizan (15th century)

Turn the pictures over and see if they have the same icon as the pink card. If they do, they belong together. If not, try again. You can collect ten sets of four.

CLICK AND SHARE Be creative like a real photographer! Choose a pink card. Take a photo that illustrates the theme. Share it on Instagram #myphotogame and see what others photographed. When you’ve tried all the themes, you can start taking photos based on two pink cards at a time.
