Bishop McNamara is extremely excited for all of the progress made on our new La Reine Science & Innovation Center (LRSIC)! In August, a replica of the spire from the former La Reine High School building was installed, and our La Reine alum staff were present to cheer and celebrate the momentous occasion, and another step forward with our latest addition.

About the La Reine Science & Innovation Center…

We’re developing tomorrow’s innovators by building on highly-successful programs and providing training and exploration of cutting-edge technologies and equipment to prepare students for success in the workforce of the future.

The LRSIC is an example of a new and updated space for the students and community to gather, collaborate, study, discover, and we are not done yet!

Our new Center features:

• five science labs for biology, chemistry, and physics • a cyber-security lab • an entrepreneurship center • a recording studio • a health sciences center • The Maker Lab

Students will have access to 3D printers, e-gaming equipment, and state of the art science, chemistry, and innovation tools.
