Conceptual Design

Introduction Everyone needs a place to escape – a place for relaxing and recharging.

This project emphasizes the greater landscape though French-influenced design concepts that accentuate unsurpassed views, gracious curves, lush green lawns and colorful blooms. The French Country landscape design style employed during the creative process plays a prominent role in the overall essence of the estate; and provides a functional, relaxing and beautiful outdoor living space. The simple and refined beauty of a French Country garden design blends the boundaries between a formal and informal landscape. Thus enabling the client to experience both wild flower meadows, rich in poppies and other beautiful wild flowers; and the austere beauty of clipped boxwood hedges and fragrant roses.

Our conceptual design phase began by drawing inspiration from the site – the house, the landscape, and the personalities and preferences of our clients. Existing site amenities were exemplified and interpreted as themes throughout the design, such a water, topography, local plant communities and stone.
