Courtyard: Upper Tier The design concept plan proposes the upper tier to gain approximately 675 sq ft. Existing Design: 325 sq ft New Conceptual Design: 1000 sq ft

Existing Oak will remain as a focal point of the courtyard. Lower terraces walls can be built from existing materials or masonry units shown to the right. 7

Focal Point Area: This planting bed is a great place for an ornamental tree or water feature.

This seat wall has a dual function, it can be used for relaxing and active gardening for residents.

The lower tier entrance door can be widened to a decorative french door to entrance the view for the indoor viewer.
