Those goals not only guide our efforts, but also provide a clear picture to our members on what their investment goes to support.

Anyone between the ages 21 to 39 who is a part of the Bismarck-Mandan community — whether you just moved into town, have lived here your entire life, just graduated college or have spent a decade in your career field.
The Young Professionals Network hosts various events and programs throughout the year for members and guests — from Cinco de Mayo to the Chill ‘n Bowl. Whether you are just looking to make friends or you want professional development or service opportunities, the Young Professionals Network offers something for everyone. Members can attend all or some events and programs and select those that meet their personal goals, time constraints and life stage. When the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce and Bismarck-Mandan Development Association (BMDA) merged in 2019 to form the Chamber EDC, there were a group of members who had previously paid dues to both organizations albeit for different reasons. The Chamber of Commerce existed to provide networking opportunities and advocate on behalf of their members while the BMDA’s sole purpose was to foster economic development across Bismarck-Mandan.
Upon creation of the Chamber EDC, those members who had supported both organizations were asked to become our very first Community Partners (CP). Those CP are businesses who invest at levels above what our standard membership schedule requires in order to support our events, programs and economic development efforts. In return, those businesses receive unique benefits such as publications specific to CP and recognition in Chamber EDC publications and events.
More important that any single benefit however is that our CP are investing in the Chamber EDC’s efforts to keep Bismarck-Mandan growing.
