I listen to music all the time in my daily life, when I have free time I watch cooking programs and read cook books, I am also a sports enthusiast and enjoy Formula One and football matches.

WHICH IS YOUR FAVOURITE EUROPEAN DESTINATION AND WHY?

Spain because of the lifestyle, the culture, and above all, the tapas.

WHICH IS YOUR FAVOURITE DESTINATION YOU HAVE VISITED AND WHY?

Piemonte is my favourite destination I have visited many times, I always choose to stay in wineries for the amazing scenery, food and locally produced wine.

DO YOU HAVE A FAVOURITE LANGUAGE?

Italian for its passionate tone and I like how the language is also expressed though gesticulation.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE MOVIE?

Any action movie will do, I like exciting movies.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE GENRE OF MUSIC? Pop music with a good beat.

DREAM HOLIDAY DESTINATION?

New Zealand because I hear that the scenery is meant to be awesome.

WHERE WOULD YOU RECOMMEND VISITING WITHIN THE MALTESE ISLANDS? Mdina for the architecture, and its peaceful and car-free roads.

PREFERRED MALTESE DISH?

Rabbit stew, as it’s a flavourful slow cooked dish that never disappoints.
