Turn off Preserve Black, White, Grays

Choose Color Library that matches your UDAC

Alternate Method if above does not work Delete all colors in Swatches Palette as shown

These cannot be Deleted.

Click on or drag swatches to Trash can to delete.

Replace swatches from the color code of your ad (Ex. CLY)

Next, select all and open Recolor Artwork as above

In the Limit To Library section, select Document Swatches Change Colorize Method to Exact Make sure all boxes are unchecked Click OK This should make your ad pass Quality Check
