Technology for delicious taste
What’s included in a donut system?
Wholesalers, commissaries, and exhibition-style donut producers rely on Belshaw for the technology that's helped to produce the world's donuts for over four decades.
A Century donut system typically includes the following:
Century is a modular system with models available to produce between 940 and 7800 donuts per hour. The Century system is equally effective as a mini-factory in a back room, or as a display unit for customers to watch as they buy. 1a
The Century series of depositors, fryers, proofers, and auxiliary glazing, cooling and screen loading equipment gives your bakery employees the confidence to take charge of the donut making process and produce the consistent high quality donuts that you need.

Aside from the equipment shown, all you need is a heavy duty mixer to mix dough. The system requires two persons to operate, producing raised donuts (glazed and iced) , with cake donuts an easily added option.

What will it cost? The cost of a Century donut system varies with the size and capacity of each system. There are also several options to consider which affect the speed and operation of your system. The Century 200 donut system shown overleaf, with a capacity of 1600 donuts per hour, will cost around $300,000 U.S.D.
