4Y Red Angus
Cattle with Genetics Beyond Generic
"In 1995, we started our beef cattle herd with 6 crossbred females. The first registered Red Angus herd sire was added in 1996. Beginning in 2004, we added the first genetics from Bieber Red Angus and continued to add select, targeted genetics from Bieber Red Angus and other top Red Angus programs keeping our carcass quality endpoint in mind.
Today, our herd is 100% registered and genomically tested. IVF embryo transfer technology is a tool we use to increase the females available, some of which are being offered today. Our genetics also qualify for premium marketing channels, like Top Dollar Angus and Red Angus tag programs."
