ABOUT THE Conference

WHAT IS A BEAUTIFUL BIKER? The 5th Annual Beautiful Bikers Conference was designed to honor the women of our Motorcycle

Community. Our event highlights the fearlessness and sisterhood of women who embrace the passion of the biker lifestyle. We honor female motorcycle riders and clubs, in celebration of their triumphs and accomplishments on ground. As our vision expands, we’ve made our way to Dallas, Texas and we’re excited about meeting women from all over the country! From the beginner to the intermediate, we encourage you to continue to push the boundaries of your comfort zone. Our breakout panels will give you the tips and tricks to grow your confidence level to take that first ride, cross country trip, or international journey. We are proud to always curate an uplifting and exciting experience in Celebration of Women Who Love The Ride! The term “Beautiful Bikers” isn’t meant to sexualize women who ride. We get enough of that in mainstream bike mags and motorsports events. This isn’t about women draped over bikes, with sultry looks. We recognize women for their passion, mileage, sisterhood and service, not their sex appeal or the customized bikes that never make their way out of 3rd gear. There are no awards for cutest outfits, or hottest bikes. To be RECOGNIZED, you must love the RIDE. We invite you to join us and be inspired by the journey of our speakers and honorees. This is a Celebration of these awesome Women who Love the Ride. We find the Beauty in the Sisterhood created by the Road. You are cordially invited to ride with us.

Jennifer Brewington aka Lil Tigger is a woman that has been through many trials and tribulations conquering them all through her spirituality and her love for riding. She is a promotor for positive sisterhood and a believer of bringing women together from all backgrounds to “build bridges”. The life difficulties that Lil Tigger deals with as a single mother of three boys can become stressful, but feeling the power, the control, and respect for the machine helps her obtain clarity and peace in her life. She felt as though an All-Female Ride would empower other women to share their stories and build a support system. Jennifer organized her first all-female ride in 2014, which included 7 local Jacksonville females. The purpose of this ride was to come together, regardless of what patch was worn, or club affiliation so we could build sisterhood. By 2016, she was a guest speaker for the All-Female panel at the PRO Convention, allowing her to reach out to women from all over the country that wanted to come together for the sake of sisterhood. In 2016, the third year of the “All Female Ride” flourished to over 350 women. This event was more than just riding motorcycles; it brought women of all backgrounds from across the United States together for education, sisterhood, and building bridges. Jenn’s passion is to simply see others happy and show unconditional love as Christ shows us.

We are deeply saddened and heartbroken by the loss of Joi “SJ” Harris, the first licensed African American Woman to Road Race in the United States. SJ, as she liked to be called, started out riding sport bikes in 2009 and picked it up quickly on the aggressive streets of Brooklyn, New York. In a quest to improve her motorcycling skills, she made her way to the track. Excelling quickly from beginner to advanced riding, SJ grasped the technical side of motorcycling just as fast as she learned to ride. It was then that she realized that she wanted more, and she required more of a challenge. The obvious next level was competitive Road Racing. She began Threader24 Racing set out to make history. Always the sole female on a 24-racer grid per race, SJ held her own with the best of them. Watching her pilot a 600cc machine at only 120 pounds down the front straight at 170 mph, downshift with precision timing to 90 mph just enough to scrape her knee in a hairpin turn and throttle out back to more than 100 mph all in 3-4 seconds, was breath taking. In 2016, SJ was the first honoree of our Beautiful Bikers Sports Rider of the Year Award. SJ’s life was cut short on August 14, 2017, as she realized her dream of being a stunt motorcycle rider on the Marvel blockbuster film “Deadpool 2”. During a stunting accident on the set in Vancouver, Canada, SJ was called home. She was an extraordinary woman with a passion for riding and motorsports. She was known for her beautiful spirit and bubbly personality. She was fearless and relentless in her pursuit of her dream, to ride as a motorsports professional. Joi will be remembered for her ground breaking career as the first African American female road racer. She was living her dream, when her life was suddenly cut short while filming as a stunt rider. She will be dearly missed by her race fans all over the world.

We miss you SJ. Your trailblazing fearlessness and brilliant smile will never be forgotten.
