As things start to feel post-pandemic normal in our community, June means summer vacations (hopefully), backyard barbecues seeing friends again (yay!), flip-flops and a little reprieve from the jump-out-of-bed-and-hurry-up pace of the school year. Even if it has been a long time since you experienced the rush of getting children up and out the door for school, I don’t think the slower feeling that June brings with it ever fades. The beginning of summer gives us permission to slow down and take in the sights, sounds and smells that mean summer in Blackhawk and less traffic on our local roads. June is also the time we honor our dads and celebrate Father’s Day on June 20th. Blackhawk Living Magazine is your neighborhood magazine and in this issue you’ll meet your neighbors, The Fernandez Family. If you’ve ever eaten at Los Panchos in Danville, then you have experienced the delicious Mexican recipes that the family brings to the community. Warmly,

reasons to stop at the pharmacy as often as possible. After what Maybellene jokingly describes as ‘stalking for a whole year’, I finally worked up the courage to ask her out. I knew she was different than any girl I had ever met and that I wanted to share the rest of my life with her.” Maybellene says Fernando caught her eye right away also, “I was doing my pharmacy externship at one of the pharmacies in Pittsburg on most Saturdays. I would see Fernando in the drug center aisle and of course he caught my eye. A whole year later, he finally had the guts to ask me out. I’ve never met anyone who is as caring and loving as Fernando is. He’s the one I can talk to about everything and can always make me laugh. To this day, he does the little things to make me happy.” It wasn’t long before the couple were engaged and planned their dream destination wedding in Mexico. “We decided on a destination wedding to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in December 2012. We fell in love with Capella Pedregal, now the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, for our wedding venue. We had a beautiful wedding surrounded by family and friends on a cliffside, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Truly the best weekend of our lives. Each year since our wedding, we travel to Cabo and celebrate our wedding anniversary,” says Maybellene.
Meet the Fernandez Family: World Travelers Rooted in the Bay Area By Megan Scott, Resident since 2010

ven though they went to the same high school at the same time, Fernando and Maybellene’s paths didn’t cross until later in life. Fernando is the youngest of six children and is fluent in Spanish. His parents immigrated from Michoacan, Mexico and lived in Denver, Colorado for several years before finally setting down in Pittsburg, California where he was born and raised. Maybellene was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States when she started high school to join her large, extended family residing in Pittsburg, California. She is the second of four children and is fluent in Tagalog. It was a few years after high school graduation that their paths finally crossed. Fernando says when he saw her for the first time, he had to meet her, “I was going to the mall with a friend who happened to know Maybellene. We ran into her and said hi. She seemed incredibly sweet, well spoken, intelligent and incredibly beautiful. I stood back, smiled and didn’t say a word. I knew I had to meet her, but in the moment felt shy, intimidated and at the same time completely infatuated with her. After she went on her way, I bombarded my friend with questions about her. I learned she worked at a local pharmacy, and started finding
If you have enjoyed Mexican food at Los Panchos in downtown Danville, then you have tasted the Fernandez family’s authentic Mexican recipes that are now famous throughout the Bay Area. Fernando grew up helping out in his parents’ restaurants and says he always knew he wanted to work in the family business. “The story of Los Panchos began a long time ago. My father immigrated to America at a young age and worked in construction for a good part of his adult life, and my mom used her cooking skills to work at various restaurants. In 1991 they took a gamble, quit their jobs and used all the money they had saved to open the first Los Panchos Restaurant in Pacheco, California. More than 10 years later, the second Los Panchos was opened in San Ramon. Over the years, all of my siblings have come to work at the restaurant. Even though we all have college degrees ranging from education to chemical engineering, we all came together for the sake of our family business, which has now been a staple in Danville for over a decade. My parents are long retired, but my brother and I, along with three of my sisters, now run and operate the Los Panchos restaurant locations,” adds Fernando. Maybellene is a pharmacist and has played an important role in getting the local community their COVID-19 vaccinations. “I graduated from the University of the Pacific with a degree in Biology and Chemistry in 2004 and received my Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2007 from the University of the Pacific Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy. I started my career as a licensed pharmacist at the Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek Hospital. My practice as a clinical hospital pharmacist gave me the opportunity to be a part of a multidisciplinary team and allowed me to recommend therapy changes and improve patient’s health. Being able to have a real impact on patients’ lives and avoid harm has been the most gratifying part of my career. After five years of hospital practice, I took on a pharmacy management role at the Kaiser Permanente Vallejo Hospital. The opportunity to work with a team and collaborate with other hospital departments to maintain quality and services for our patients has been very

helping with Kaiser’s mass vaccination programs and doing my part to get back to a pre-COVID way of life.” Mia, Fernando and Maybellene’s five-year-old daughter, completes the Fernandez family. She enjoys gym class, ballet and swimming. “It’s important for us as parents to teach Mia the value of helping others. We have an annual tradition to pack shoe boxes full of gifts to help bring joy to kids in need around the holidays. At 3 years old Mia had her first lemonade stand and donated the money she raised to the MakeA-Wish Foundation,” says Maybellene. Travel is a top priority for the family, and they have visited 20 countries in the 18 years that they have been together. “We have a picture wall in our home with photos of the places we’ve been along with the saying ‘Life takes us to unexpected places, Love brings us home’. Mia has already visited five countries and has been on over 50 flights. Traveling is definitely something we love and enjoy as a family,” says Fernando. rewarding work. Since COVID-19 hit last March, so many things at the hospital have changed. There has been so much learning this past year with treating our COVID patients in the hospital as well as ensuring that we are following safety and protective measures. Like all healthcare workers, I have experienced and felt first hand the effort that has gone into fighting this pandemic, and know all too well the physical and mental toll it has taken on everyone in the healthcare industry. After a year, my work has now started to shift toward COVID vaccinations and I am incredibly proud to be part of the force that’s fighting to save lives and get this country back on track. I have been
Relatively new to the Blackhawk community, the family fell in love with the quiet and beautiful Hidden Oaks neighborhood in Blackhawk. “We love both our home and its surrounding community. We moved in right before COVID hit, which was actually the perfect time to move in. So many people worked from home, and with the stay in place orders and shutdowns in the beginning of the pandemic, our neighborhood streets were always alive with people going for walks. In the first few months we got to meet most of our neighbors. We both come from big families and have a lot of friends locally; that’s part of why we really love the sense of community here in Blackhawk. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. We feel blessed to have been able to create friendships with our neighbors,” says Maybellene.

Shadow Creek Golf Course By Mike L. McColgan, Resident since 1990 | Photo by MJ McColgan
R
ecently, we had the pleasure of playing the exclusive Shadow Creek Golf Course in Las Vegas and staying at the famous Bellagio Hotel. Southwest Airlines offers a great selection of 1.5 hour direct flights from the Oakland airport. The famous Bellagio Hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport. Bellagio means ‘elegant relaxation’ and is named after a town in Lake Como, Italy. It is known for its 8-acre lake with multi-colored waterfalls that dance to perfectly choreographed music. This massive hotel is a Las Vegas favorite living up to its billing of ‘elegant relaxation’ with stately appointed rooms, multiple restaurants, pools, spa, entertainment and a first-class service staff. The ‘dancing waterfalls’ are very soothing to your soul and attract many people to enjoy the 24 hour show on the Las Vegas strip. After checking in, we enjoyed a great dinner at Gordon Ramsey’s English Pub at nearby Caesars Palace. This was our second Ramsey experience as we also ate at his Black Cat restaurant in London. We were not disappointed and enjoyed great service and food in a casual atmosphere at his pub. On another night, we enjoyed great service and a fabulous Italian dinner with a very good international and domestic wine list at famous Rao’s also located at Caesars Palace. The meatballs and lemon chicken are not to be missed. The cannoli for dessert was one of the best we have experienced! We had the pleasure of playing the Tom Fazio designed 7500 yard masterpiece Shadow Creek Golf Course. Originally built by casino owner Steve Wynn, it has hosted many famous celebrities, Presidents and golfers on its hallowed grounds.
Recently, Phil Mickelson beat Tiger Woods in a 4-hole sudden death $10 million match. In 2020, long hitting Jason Kokrak won his first PGA tour event in a star studded field CJ cup that was moved to Las Vegas due to Covid travel issues. Your exclusive golf experience begins when a Limo picks you up at your hotel and takes you to the course. The 7500 yard golf wonderland has multiple tees to challenge any golfing skill level. Long time General Manager, Monte Montgomery, assigned us to a famous caddy named Bogey, who navigated us around this meticulously manicured slice of golf heaven. Every hole can be considered a signature hole. Bogey’s stories of many famous people playing here were also interesting and entertaining. When we asked him who was his favorite person to caddy for, he said very politely, “aside from Linda and Mike today, I really enjoyed Mark Wahlberg, Justin Timberlake and President Obama.“ You can play this formerly very private course if you stay at one of the MGM resorts. MGM purchased this heavenly property a few years ago. It is truly a ‘must do’ bucket list experience for the avid golfer. L
ucky for us, Blackhawk native and owner of Fieldwork Brewing Company, Barry Braden, recently announced Fieldwork was expanding its San Ramon location to include increased indoor and outdoor seating, plus the brewery is now offering a full dining menu created by culinary director Jeffrey Amber. If you were a fan of Chow in Lafayette and Danville and Forge Pizza, then you have already tried Chef Jeffrey Amber’s creations. Now he is sourcing exceptional organic ingredients from Bay Area farmers to serve seasonally-focused dishes and support the local sustainable agricultural ecosystem at Fieldwork. The centerpiece of Fieldwork’s menu is Neapolitan-inspired pizza cooked with organic flour and fresh whole peeled organic tomatoes. Spring vegetables and artisanal meats shape the opening menu with 10 different pizza styles. Starters include many health-conscious options, and a children’s menu is available. Walking into Fieldwork Brewing locations is never the same experience twice with their ambitious brewing program featuring signature IPAs, Double IPAs, lagers, pale ales, sours, stouts, etc. The Fieldwork Taproom and Beer Garden at City Center Bishop Ranch features upwards of 18 beers on the menu. We visited on a beautiful Friday night and found it was the perfect way to kick off the weekend. The food was anything but local pub fare. The pizzas, appetizers and drinks were all gourmet and beyond exceeded our expectations. It’s obvious that everyone involved with Fieldwork has passion for what they do, and we feel so lucky this great spot is only a short drive away.

e packed up our bikes and headed to Napa for a 12 mile roundtrip ride from Napa to Yountville on the Napa Valley Bike Trail. Parking is free and easy at the Napa Park and Ride across from the Napa Valley Marriott. Once you hop on the trail the views of the vines are stunning. There are a few wineries you can stop and taste at along the trail, but we chose to ride straight to Yountville for some treats from Bouchon Bakery. After a beautiful 6 mile ride, we headed off the trail into Yountville. We were able to easily lock up our bikes and set off on foot to get our coffees and pastries from Bouchon. There are many tasting rooms and restaurants in Yountville to enjoy also. After a picnic on the grass, we hopped back on our bikes and rode the six-mile bike path back to our car. If the sun is shining and you don’t have any plans, we highly recommend the Napa Valley Bike Trail.

Top 5 Questions About Breast Procedures By Dr. Stephen J Ronan MD FACS, Blackhawk Plastic Surgery and MedSpa
W
ith summer just around the corner and many outdoor activities resuming, we’ve been getting lots of questions and consultation requests for various breast procedures, including augmentations, lifts and revisions. This month I decided to share my responses to five frequently asked questions.
Q1: What is the difference between a breast augmentation and a breast lift? This is an important question, and I think many people, including some surgeons, mix up the two. An implant makes you larger and a lift makes you higher. Oftentimes patients and some surgeons confuse this because they think an implant will provide lift. It will not. An implant makes you larger and restores volume. If your breast is deflated after kids, an implant can restore the volume and fill it back up. But if your breast is droopy, a lift is typically recommended.
Q2: Which implant is better, silicone or saline? In my opinion, silicone implants are better. Virtually all my patients feel the same way. I think that smooth, round, silicone implants feel and look much more natural. I also strongly believe that breast implants belong under the muscle. When implants are placed under, the muscle acts as a support mechanism for the implant so they are much less likely to droop. When you put the implants on top of the muscle, the only thing holding it up against gravity is the breast. And we all know what gravity does to breasts over time.
recommend an intervention only when a problem arises or a patient wants to make a change in the size or shape. Have other questions or want to determine if you are a good candidate for a breast augmentation, lift or revision? If so, please call us at 925.736.5757 to schedule a free, no-obligation consultation. We look forward to hearing from you!
Q3: What is the best age for breast augmentation? There is no “best” age for breast augmentation. Typically the best time to do it is when you want it for a good reason and there are no medical counterindications. I certainly have patients of all ages (18 years and older) getting augmentations. Some women do them after their childbearing years or even after retirement. In younger patients, I spend time discussing why the patient wants an augment to make sure she is doing it for the right reasons, and to make sure it is a mature decision.
Q4: Can I lift my breasts without implants? Yes, of course. This is called a breast lift. A droopy breast has a disproportion between the amount of skin and the amount of volume. There is too much skin for the given volume therefore it sags and takes a less desirable shape. Breast lift surgery removes excess skin and contours it to the shape of a natural breast. The result is a higher breast with a more pleasing shape.
Q5: How long does breast augmentation last? Many breast augmentations last a lifetime. Sometimes, patients have kids, experience life changes or simply decide years later that they want to revise their breasts by going larger, smaller or even higher with a lift. The FDA recommends exchanging implants after 10 years. Most of us in the profession, don’t think that this needs to be done and

June Book Review Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief By Iman Simab, Resident since 2003
F
or those who enjoy the Harry Potter series, I believe you would also enjoy the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series by Rick Riordan. The Lightning Thief is the first book in the series and introduces us to the character of Percy Jackson. Percy Jackson is a “troubled” twelve-year-old boy with ADHD and dyslexia. After getting kicked out of school again, Percy is then brought to a summer camp called Camp Half Blood. Over there, he discovers that the gods from Greek mythology are actually real and Camp Half Blood is a sanctuary for demigods (the children of a mortal and Greek god). It is soon revealed that Percy is the son of Poseidon (god of the sea), which makes things very complicated (it is revealed that Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades swore an oath not to have any more children after the events from World War II). Not only does Percy represent a violation of the oath, but Zeus also suspects him of stealing his master lightning bolt. As a result, Percy has to go on a quest to find Zeus’s lightning bolt and return it to him before a civil war starts to break out among the Gods. What I liked about the book is how it is written in first person where Percy is the narrator. I believe Rick Riordan does a good job capturing the tone and humor of a twelveyear-old boy in his writing. For example, the first chapter is titled “I accidentally vaporized my pre-algebra teacher.” I believe writing in this perspective makes it easier for children to understand and relate to the narrator. In addition, I also believe anyone who is a fan of Greek Mythology and aware of all the stories would enjoy the roles they play in this book. The ending also gave me the feeling that there was more to come and I immediately wanted to start reading the next book, The Sea of Monsters.

ith the shortened high school football season over, I’ve been out capturing photos from other sports including LaCrosse, Water Polo, Track and Field, and Basketball. What an exciting time to get the opportunity to capture images of the amazing young athletes leaving it all on the field, courts and pools in our community! We have some real talent in our area. In last month’s issue, I talked about the Monte Vista vs. SRVHS varsity football game. What a game it was too! SRVHS was victorious in the end, leaving MVHS with a 0-6 record. I had a moment to remind one of the players at the end of the game that they should never quit and never check out. To be all in at every game. The building blocks are in place for these young athletes and who knows what the next season will bring. I can’t wait to be there to photograph it and support our kids.

Frankly Speaking: DIY Summer Hot Dog Bar
By Tori Draeger, Director of Marketing Draeger’s Market
S
pring is drawing to a close and summer is coming in hot! This year for your summer cookouts, why not try setting up a DIY Hot Dog Bar? There is nothing more American than a smell of a dog sizzling on the grill. Now you can both enjoy the summer tradition and build upon it. There are lots of reasons why hot dogs are an excellent choice for a summer BBQ- they’re a crowd pleaser: everyone from kids to adults loves a good dog. Another bonus: they are easily customizable, which leaves people feeling satisfied. Hot dogs are also quick cooking, which means more of your time can be spent with friends and family and less behind the grill. There are just a few things you need to set up first, and from there the possibilities are endless. The very first thing that you need to tackle is selecting the food itself. Start with a quality hot dog. An all-beef meaty frank like Schwarz skinless franks have the perfect balance of smoke and
salt. You can also opt to go the route of a mix of offering both hot dogs and sausages. Or, if the crowd is mixed with both carnivores and vegetarians, there are now a wide variety of alternative dogs available in the grocery deli and freezer sections. Next, chose buns that actually fit the dogs. Remember that they need to hold up to the toppings too. Any hearty bun will do Francisco International makes some incredible sandwich rolls in both French and Sourdough-style that are substantial enough to hold both a plump dog and all the fixings.

The next part is the best part because it allows you to really get creative: the condiments! Stonewall Kitchen Ballpark Mustard, pickled jalapeños, Sir Kensington’s Ketchup, bacon, guacamole, sauerkraut, shredded lettuce, diced red onions, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes… the possibilities are endless! Now that all the food is ready to go, it is time to plan out your ‘bar’ set up. Select a table that is large enough for trays of hot dogs, buns, condiments, plus any side dishes, plates, and napkins you have. When designing the layout for your bar, set the plates, napkins, and silverware to one side of the table. Next, set out the dogs and buns, and lastly the condiments. This will help keep the flow of hot dog creators moving. Appropriate side dishes to add to your hot dog bar are bags of your favorite chips, a sliced vegetable platter, fruit salad, sliced watermelon, or potato salad. We’re partial to serving the Draeger’s German Potato salad! The idea is to try and strike a healthy balance with everything being offered. The best part about setting up a DIY hot dog bar is that there is no right or wrong way to do it. Simply pick the food, grab a smattering of condiments, and spread it all out like you knew what you were doing, and guaranteed you have one fun time. You may even get a little extra time to “ketchup” with all those friends you missed last year!

The market is so hot,
do you really need to stage in order to sell? By Tiffany Stock, Real Estate Broker, Keller Williams
Y
ES! Absolutely. According to the National Association of Realtors 40% of buyers’ agents cited that home staging had an effect on most buyers’ view of the home. Anything you can do to show your home in the best light possible is worth the effort. Almost every home on the market in Danville and Blackhawk are selling staged. How does staging help do all this? Your furniture might be dated or worn. New staged furniture will be modern, fresh, and make the home appear newer. It also helps the potential buyers visualize what to do with the space. According to home buyers, the most important rooms to look great are the living room, master bedroom, and kitchen. The first step of staging is to declutter the home. Your piles of junk everywhere need to be put away and hidden. Stage two is to neutralize the home. Stage three is to clean, clean, clean. Step four is to add in what you need to replace. Staging a home here in Danville typically takes me about 1 hour to consult, 3 hours to prep and 4 hours to stage. So, within a day your home can be transformed from start to finish.
Nationwide 26% of agents pay for staging for their clients, here in our local area that number is much higher. Almost all top producing agents pay for full staging. So, it’s a no brainer for a seller to want to do staging. Years ago, when it became a thing because of popular home TV shows it was a cost for the seller, so some sellers didn’t do it because it is very expensive. But now that many agents are including it in their fees, why would you not? It costs you nothing and has been proven to sell a home faster and for more money. If you have any questions on staging your home, give me a call. I always offer a free consultation for home selling and Yes, I do include staging for free! -Tiffany Stock Keller Williams #01466776 (925) 989-2138

Place all ingredients except oat crumbs (apple, orange juice, mango, lemon zest, and lime juice) in blender. Run for 30 seconds or until thoroughly smooth and chill. Fill glass 2/3 full of chilled smoothie, top with 2 tablespoons “oat-crumbs”. Note: OAT-CRUMBS: Place dry ingredients (2¼ cups rolled oats, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon sea salt, 2/3 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons raw sugar) into food processor and run for a few seconds or until thoroughly mixed. Gradually add liquid ingredients (2 tablespoons chilled sweet butter, cut into small pieces, 2 tablespoons olive oil, ¼ cup water), as you pulse until mixture resemble course flour (about 30 seconds). On a rimed and pre-greased cookie sheet spread oat-crumbs evenly (about ¼-inch thick). Toast in preheated 300 degree-F. on lower rack oven for 5 minutes, remove from oven, stir, and return to oven, and continue to toast for 5 minutes or until top is slightly golden brown. Add ¼ cup slivered almonds and mix prior to use. “Holistic Journey: Live according to the treasured depths of your ability and full-fill your own potential by making the most of every moment. Tassajara Hills Elementary News
Let’s come together to support our local school auction and the Blackhawk community! By Tassajara Hills Foundation
W
e are excited to announce that planning is underway for the 2021 Tassajara Hills Elementary Foundation Auction, which will take place Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Blackhawk Country Club. After an unconventional 2020-21 school year where we weren’t able to host our annual Auction due to the pandemic, we are looking forward to gathering together, reconnecting over fun, food, and drinks, and raising important funds to support our school. Our auction is open to the entire Blackhawk community and beyond. We will be following CDC, County, and State Covid guidelines to keep this a safe event, and we plan to offer an indoor/outdoor option and other ways to address varying levels of comfort.
How can you help?
Attend our event. Early bird discounted tickets can be purchased by June 12th here: https://www.thefoundationauction.com/attend

100% of the dollars raised at our Auction will go directly to our Foundation (school education fund). Our Foundation funds positions that the State of California does not fund. Through the generous donations of our school community, next year we will be able to continue to offer our award-winning reading intervention program with three reading instructional assistants, six paraeducators to give extra support in every class and reduce teacher/student ratios, additional librarian hours to give more access to students, and we are working towards bringing an art instructor to our school.

How to Roast the
Perfect Marshmallow By Melissa Magliocco The majority of my childhood summers included weeks spent at our family cottage in the northwoods of Wisconsin. It was there that my father taught me the art of the perfectly roasted, golden-brown marshmallow. This masterpiece does take time and effort, but it’s well worth the wait! Allowing the campfire to burn for a while is crucial! When you start to see bright red ash chips at the bottom of the fire, it’s time. Make sure your roasting stick goes directly through the center of the marshmallow. Hover the marshmallow over the red ash chips – not over the flame. That will only result in a marshmallow fireball (and a crispy burnt taste). Some say it’s better that way, but they just don’t have the patience for perfection!

The Best is Yet to Come for Graduates in 2021
By Steve Padis, Padis Jewelry and The Forevermark Boutique at Broadway Plaza
G
raduation is a time of celebrating achievement and new beginnings. For such a significant milestone, in some of the most challenging of times, a gift of fine jewelry will be a lasting reminder of a graduate’s accomplishment. If you have a loved one graduating this year, here are a few graduation jewelry gift ideas for the class of 2021.
Diamond Stud Earrings & Pendants
For a woman, consider a pair of classic diamond stud earrings or diamond pendant. Diamonds symbolize endurance and inspire confidence in all who wear them, making them the perfect understated accessory for upcoming interviews. Even the smallest diamonds will make her feel like she’s wearing a piece of luxury. We have a large variety of diamond earrings and necklaces in a variety of price ranges; find your perfect gift with one of our diamond experts.
celebrating YOU throughout the month of June at all of our locations including our Forevermark Boutique in Walnut Creek, our downtown Napa location and all three of our San Francisco stores. Simply visit one of our locations with your school ID and let us know you’re graduating and you can select a “mystery mortarboard gift box” with prizes ranging from Bulova’s new “The Best is Yet to Come” Frank Sinatra Timepiece Collection to fine jewelry and gift cards. Congratulations and best wishes from your Padis Jewelry family! Contact us at concierge@padisjewelry for assistance with selecting the perfect graduation gift.
Watches
For men and women who like timepieces, select a gift that is both functional and fashionable. A quality watch is a classic choice for a graduation gift. A fine watch will never go out of style, and it instantly dresses up any outfit. Michelle, Breitling, Tag Heuer and Bulova watches, all available at our stores, are excellent selections that will last your graduate a lifetime. As an added bonus, they’ll have no excuse to be late for their first day on the job!
Cuff Links & Tie Bars
Cuff links are appropriate in many situations. For the graduate about to enter the suit-and-tie world, cuff links and tie bars will be needed for upcoming interviews as well as daily office wear. They can also be purchased in school colors for those who want to show school allegiance even after their days on campus are over. A set of personalized cuff links or a tie bar will make him look sharp and selected to match his individual style and personality.
Vintage or Heirloom Jewelry
In many families, graduation marks a rite-of-passage and is the perfect opportunity to pass down a piece of heirloom jewelry. From grandmother’s ring to a great-uncle’s watch, heirloom pieces are full of history and memories, and there’s no better time to pass them along than during a family celebration. Of course, many graduates appreciate cash or gift cards to help with expenses as they start the next phase of their lives. A gift of fine jewelry, however, will be appreciated for years to come and perhaps even become an heirloom itself.
A Complimentary Gift from Padis Jewelry to Graduates
To the class of 2021, hats off to your accomplishment! We are 42
