COURSE DESCRIPTION PRE-SCHOOL AGES 3 - 5 YEARS
This class focuses on basic skills that will increase comfort and confidence in water. Participants will float on the front and back, beginner freestyle with controlled breathing and combined stroke.
ELEMENTARY 6 - 12 YEARS
