Rest assured, you are in good hands! This issue of the GROW Monthly Newsletter shows where we’re at in the project and introduces our GROW MVP Starter Players. These players are the first drafted to pave the way for the future of the City of Weatherford. They have been working meticulously with Berry Dunn and Tyler Technologies to make the transition from Incode to Munis as smooth as humanly possible. There are a lot of exciting changes on the horizon! DON’T RESIST THE CHANGE! LOVE THE CHANGE! Sorry, I’m yelling…and to answer your last question, that IS Referee Brad on the cover. WHERE IS THE GROW PROJECT AT TODAY? Completed Tasks •

The City’s Project Management Team (PMT) and Project Manager (PM) met weekly for project status updates.

The City’s PMT, PM, and Tyler PM met weekly for Tyler status calls.

The City’s Executive Steering Committee (ESC) met August 15th to review the July Status Report and overall project status.

The Tyler Munis team has been onsite the last couple of months to conduct Power User Training sessions. These sessions covered various topics such as Purchasing, Contract Management, Project Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tyler Cashiering and P-cards. The sessions reportedly went well and feedback about the Tyler Implementation Consultants (ICs) was generally good.

The Project Team continued to focus on data input, conversions, and imports in July and August. • Accounts Payable (AP) checks and invoice files were provided to Tyler for conversion. • Customer data entry was completed. • FY 2017 budget and actual data is nearing completion and FY 2018 budget and actual data is anticipated to be complete by early September.

The Project Team began the process of configuring data interfaces in July. Data interfaces are being documented and tracked by the Project Team. Interfaces include: • Cityworks, JP Morgan Chase, Polaris, Rec1, ADFS, TRAKiT, ArcGIS, Sensus, Paymentus, Incode Court.

The Project Team continued to build and test user roles, workflow processes, and business rules.

The Project Team conducted Purchasing Processing training for various power users across the City on August 19th. The training reportedly went well and the project team gathered valuable feedback from the power users in attendance.

Upcoming Tasks •

The City’s PMT and PM will continue to meet weekly for project status updates.

The City’s PMT, PM, and Tyler PM will continue to meet weekly for Tyler status calls.

Tyler will conduct Power User Training sessions September 4-6 that will cover the topics of Capital Assets & P-card processing.

The Project Team will work with a Tyler IC to review the Role Based Access Control & Workflow settings on September 13th.

Tyler will conduct Power User Training sessions September 17-19 that will cover the topics of Bid Management, Cash Management and General Ledger Conversion.
