TEPP Explained –
TEPP has existed since 2001, following recognition by the England players of the need for collective representation in employment and commercial negotiations with the ECB. This continues to be the primary focus of TEPP, which manages all of the contractual, financial and commercial negotiations with the ECB on behalf of the England players.
Any player who signs any type of contract with the ECB, for their selection for England, becomes a member of TEPP for the time in which they hold that contract. The terms of your membership of TEPP are set out in the Partnership Deed. You will be asked to sign a Deed of Adherence to confirm your agreement to those terms which include the basis on which you will receive win bonuses and commercial monies, and the use of your image rights as an England player for commercial purposes. If you have an Image Rights Company, then your rights will need to be granted to TEPP via some additional documents, which we will discuss with you. TEPP is overseen by a Management Board, with much of the day to day operation managed on the players’ behalf by the PCA. CONTACT DETAILS TO BE FOUND HERE
