DANNY NOLASCO Family and MWR Marketing
Have you ever thought about your children’s eating habits? At home you know exactly what they’re eating, but do you tend to think, “Are my children getting the right foods when they’re not at home?” Let’s put your mind at ease and tell you that Child and Youth Services (CYS) has you covered. Meet Danny Nolasco, nutritionist for CYS. Danny graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Human Nutrition and Food Science. He has worked with CYS for 8 years and teaches nutrition education to the CYS staff and children. “I enjoy working at CYS because children bring lots of energy into a room

and ask questions that force you to be creative with answers,” said Danny. “Also, it is easier to introduce healthy eating habits at this stage of life.” He is definitely someone you want watching over your children’s food intake. “With children, they are more visual eaters than anything else, if it doesn’t look visually appealing to them they’re not going to be very excited about trying it,” said Danny. “If you can put something bright and colorful on their plate – it appeals to their sight – they’ll be a little bit more willing to try it.” Ann Ogle, administrator of the Child Development Center (CDC) program, has had the pleasure of working with Danny for eight years.
“Danny is kind, gentle, and genuinely caring. Not only about the children, but also our staff,” said Ann. “He takes the children’s health and nutrition seriously. And the staff has a blast when he does martial arts demonstrations for them!” That’s right, not only does Danny teach children and staff about food nutrition, he teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at El Paso JiuJitsu and helps manage it with his fellow classmate and head instructor, Tatsuo Goya. El Paso Jiu-Jitsu is teamed up with Team Alliance, headquarters of 11X world champions. Not only does Danny teach martial arts, he also coaches a youth wrestling program, which he started doing after

MILO
Yappy Hour
Hi friends, I hope everyone is recovering from the holiday season, I know I am. I’m a pretty spoiled pup, my humans gave me lots of toys, treats and love. What can I say, it’s rough being the MWR mascot! Anyway, it’s a New Year right? So, let’s start the New Year by talking about one of the most p-awsome events on Fort Bliss, Yappy Hour! If you have a furry friend at home, you don’t want to miss this! My friends at the Marketing and Special Events Department host this event once a month at the Sam Adams Pub patio. The Sam Adams Pub is inside the Centennial, so don’t get lost and just follow your nose. They have great food like burgers, nachos, chicken wings, salads and even wraps! But, the coolest thing about this event is that they have food just for us dogs, and it’s FREE! My favorite thing they’ve made is the spaghetti and meatballs. The Chef there made the sauce from scratch using veggies, no canned sauce for us. The humans like the drink specials they offer, I’m more of a water kinda guy, but hey if it keeps us there longer it works for me! The theme for Yappy Hour is different every month and most of the time there is a costume contest. In August we had Bark to School, and some of my friends came dressed up! We had a school girl and a school bus. Their mom made their costumes, I think they were pretty bark-tactular! We’ve also celebrated Halloween, Easter, Fourth of July, and even had a Luau! A lot of the time our humans can play games and win us fur-tastic prizes. I’ve seen some of my friends leave with ball launchers, chew toys and treats. I wish I could win, but apparently that’s frowned upon! Anyway, Yappy Hour is a fun filled family night out. It’s a great place to enjoy food, drinks, games and other dogs. Check out the calendar pages of this magazine to see upcoming dates, or visit our website at bliss.armymwr.com, search Yappy Hour! Paws and Kisses,

Rachelle Phillips Family and MWR Marketing As the New Year comes along most people start to think about what their New Year’s Resolutions will be, and of course that looming sense of, “will I succeed?” Most adults seem to make the same resolution every year to get in shape, eat better and get our finances in order. Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) decided to ask students what their New Year’s Resolutions will be this year. Well, these awesome kids told us everything from learning how to spell “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” to getting a lot more vitamin D! Let’s take a moment to read some of the resolutions from our Fort Bliss School Age @blissmwr Centers’ fourth and fifth graders. page 23 JAN | FEB | MAR

Have you ever said to yourself or out loud, “I should really start – eating better … working out … making healthier choices,” then you have already lost the battle. Should is a defeatist word, it – more often than not – impedes forward movement and allows us to dwell on lack of action. Here’s the thing, you are a smart person, you know you should eat REAL food and less junk food, you know that your success or failure lies 80% in your diet, you know you should workout, you even know that Fort Bliss Group Fit wants to help get you there! Yet everyday people say, “I
@blissmwr
MOTIVATION IS FLEETING!
know I should exercise and eat better, I just don’t have the motivation or know where to find it.” Stop searching for motivation, it is fleeting and unreliable. It is time to start building habits! Yoda said it best, “Do or Do Not. There is no Try.” Well, now there is no Should either. So from here on out, anytime you say the word
“should,” drop and give me 10. Everyone tells themselves, “we don’t have time … we had a bad day … we’re tired … etc.” Whatever the excuse is, know you are not the only one who believes it. You are not lacking willpower, you are lacking proper preparation and a plan. Although we cannot system-
atize our workouts and diets, we can program our thinking to promote positive habit change. By doing this, you can power through the slow, momentum-less weeks, until you hit your stride. The keys to long term fitness are start slow, build gradually and enjoy the process. The first step to fitness isn’t a big leap to take, this year Fort Bliss Group Fit is excited to offer a service to assist our patrons with a “Smart Start.” The Smart Start service is a short process that starts with a full Body Composition analysis followed by a consult with a member of our fitness

a difference every day – and having a great time doing it! It’s a win for athletes, for whom Special Olympics is nothing short of transformational — a sure-fire way for those with Special Needs to strengthen their self-confidence and boost their selfesteem, to hone their social skills and build life-long friendships. Team Bliss was formed four years ago; it provides athletes with a positive environment within, by spending time with their families and reinforcing the bonds that hold them close. Through the Special Olympics experience, more than a few athletes have discovered new talents and hobbies that continue to serve them well long after the Olympic torch is extinguished. It’s a win for coaches and volunteers, for whom Special Olympics is a priceless opportunity to give back to their community and a once-in-a-lifetime chance to serve as positive role models and leaders for impressionable young athletes. What’s more, coaches and volunteers experience a tremendous feeling of personal satisfaction and fulfillment by bringing the athletes together as a cohesive group that takes pride and joy
in one another’s accomplishments. And, like the athletes, coaches and volunteers benefit from the camaraderie and lasting friendships that form between all members of the team. We invite you to join our ‘win-win’ team. “I couldn’t imagine a greater honor than to give back to our Exceptional Family Members and their exceptional kids who have embodied the Warrior Spirit of never giving up nor quitting,” said Command Sgt. Maj. Martin S. Celestine Jr., U.S. Army Infantry School (USAIS), who coached the 2016 Team Bliss Special Olympics. “My experience of coaching this magnificent bunch of young adults is that at the end of the day all dreams can be achieved through hard work.” For more information on how you can join the Team Bliss Special Olympics team as an athlete, coach or volunteer, call 915-533-8229 or visit www. sotx. org/get-involved. U.S. Army active duty and veteran athletes compete in wheelchair basketball for the 2017 Pacific Regional Warrior Game Trials Army Trials on Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, Nov. 8, 2017.
Fort Bliss prepares to host Army Trials for the fourth year Whitney Delbridge Nichels Warrior Care and Transition
ARLINGTON, VA – This February, more than 100 wounded warrior athletes will make their way to Fort Bliss to compete at the 2018 Army Trials. This is the fourth consecutive year Fort Bliss has hosted the event where wounded, ill and injured Soldiers and veterans compete for the chance to represent Team Army at the 2018 Department of Defense Warrior Games in Colorado Springs, Colo. During the Army Trials, athletes will compete in eight adaptive sports: archery, cycling, shooting, sitting volleyball, swimming, track and field and wheelchair basketball. The Warrior Games were @blissmwr
created in 2010 to give wounded warriors an opportunity to find a new sense of purpose and camaraderie while working to achieve new goals and enhance their recovery. More than 200 athletes representing the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, the United Kingdom and Australian Armed Forces took part in the Department of Defense Warrior Games last year in Chicago. The road to the 2018 DoD Warrior Games began in September as Army athletes from 14 Warrior Transition Battalions participated in local trials. From there, athletes were chosen to move on to compete at Regional Trials at either Fort Benning, Ga. or Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
For these Soldiers and veterans, the journey to the big stage and bright lights of the Warrior Games is as rewarding as the competition itself. While some athletes may be trying a sport for the first time, others are learning a beloved sport in a whole new way. Adaptive sports are designed to focus on what an athlete can achieve, as opposed to what they cannot. The wounded, ill and injured athletes participating at the Army Trials show what can happen when resiliency overpowers fear and the impossible becomes the attainable. Army Trials also provides a tremendous opportunity for athletes

Mechanic or technician by definition is a person who repairs and maintains machinery. How many times have you seen a mechanic working on the machines at the fitness centers or at Desert Strike Lanes? How many times do you see the exercise machines or bowling lanes not working effectively? It’s rare, because the technicians are always on the job fixing the problems at hand. Let’s go “Behind the Scenes” of the Maintenance Mechanics of Family and MWR and see how they work on a daily basis to keep the motors running in these facilities.
page 36
JAN | FEB | MAR
Imagine walking into the bowling center, what’s the first thing you would hear? Music, people chatting, children laughing and the loudest thing of all … bowling balls rolling down the lanes and crashing into the pins. Desert Strike Lanes, the largest bowling facility in the Army, has 52 lanes and it is maintained by just four mechanics. It is a surprise to know with the daily operations of the bowling lanes themselves, rarely is there a lane down in error and if it is, it’s only for a very short time. The machinery needs to be checked, cleaned and fixed every day to insure the lanes run smoothly. If there’s a hitch, one of the four mechanics is on the job to quickly repair it. Jennifer Lee Escarsega, NA3 mechanic at Desert Strike Lanes, has been learning the operations side of bowling. She started out working in the kitchen and now finds herself behind the scenes with the Maintenance crew. “It’s a lot of mind building, it keeps me going,” said Jennifer. “It’s never boring, I always have something to do. Whether there’s
500 people or two people here, there’s always something to do.” Rosalio Rosales, NA7 mechanic, also at Desert Strike Lanes, has worked with MWR for more than 46 years and has the experience of constantly working out the kinks on the lanes. Desert Strike Lanes is not the only facility that has a mechanic working on machinery on a daily basis, there’s also all the physical fitness centers (PFCs), where one person handles every exercise machine. That’s more than 1,000 machines to look over. Antonio Hyder, facility maintenance technician at Soto PFC, has worked with FMWR for two years. He started as a rec aid while going to school for auto mechanics. During that time, Antonio would constantly see exercise machines out of order, so he started working on them. The managers saw his potential and promoted him to be an FMWR technician for the fitness centers. It’s a daily challenge to keep up with the maintenance of all six physical fitness centers. “The hardest part of my job is overseeing six facilities,” said Antonio. “It’s just me, trying to maintain some sort of order in what needs to be fixed now versus what can wait. It’s way bigger than it looks and for just me, it keeps me on my toes, it keeps me busy.” In the Bliss NOW Spring issue we will be going “Behind the Scenes” with Rod and Gun Club. www.bliss.armymwr.com

Water stations at their best
Bill Ketcherside
Family and MWR Special Events
Since 2011, Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) has volunteered at the El Paso Marathon when it came through Fort Bliss. The route on Fort Bliss was approximately four miles out of the 26 miles, along the entire route there were water stations for every mile. The water stations are managed by local non-profits who compete for cash prizes by decorating their stations with specific themes. They get points for originality, number of volunteers, music, enthusiasm and extra snacks for the runners. When it began, Fort Bliss would have four such stations. FMWR took one and the others were offered to agencies, such as Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS), the Red Cross, Freedom Crossing, units and Family Readiness Groups (FRG). For four years, the runners came through post and each year FMWR had a spot. The first year, FMWR went with a period look, very minimal with costumes and items from the 1800’s. Purely novices with no chance of winning. The next year (2012), we amped it up

with a fairy tale theme, that included HumptyDumpty, the Big Bad Wolf, little Red Riding Hood and many more, this set us at third place. Now pumped up about winning, year two (2013) brought out the Walking Dead. Rick and the gang showed up to take care of the walkers/ runners as they entered Fort Bliss. This set included an RV with shooters on top, a vintage firetruck, and many zombies to encourage the runners, to run. This moved us up to the ranks of second place. Year three (2015) brought out the Ghostbusters. This included a handmade GhostMobile, Slimer, the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man, ecto-plasma, Proton Packs and a couple of ghost canines, not bad. This one garnered a first place win. Due to current security events the fol-

lowing year (2016), it was decided that the marathon would not be able to come through Fort Bliss any more. The route was changed and all of the water stations were moved off post and the decision was made for us to not participate, begrudgingly. Year six (2017) came around and the marathon folks missed the Fort Bliss presence, so we were back in. Operating a crucial spot that would hit both the marathoners and the half-marathoners, we took on the challenge. This time Harry Potter stole the scene; Harry and Hermione playing Quidditch, Ron trying to cast spells, Hagrid on the prowl, Professor Snape lurking around, the infamous car in the tree, the sorting hat and so much more. Back in it again, the bar was raised with another second place win. It’s never been about the money, as FMWR donates the money back to a local cause, it’s all about the win! With the 2018 El Paso Marathon fast approaching – Sunday, Feb. 18 – FMWR will represent Fort Bliss again. What will the theme be? Guess you’ll just have to come out and see. www.bliss.armymwr.com
ARMY VOLUNTEERS: We salute you!
Tephanie Hopper Family and MWR Volunteer Coordinator
According to the Points of Light organization, National Volunteer Week is “an opportunity to recognize and thank volunteers who lend their time, talent, voice, and support to causes they care about in their community.”
@blissmwr
National Volunteer Week is April 16-22 and there are many reasons why volunteers give their time and talent to worthwhile causes, but one is supreme … they care. They care about the sick. They care about our kids. They care about single Soldiers. They care about families. They care about their street. They care about the city. They care about their state.
They care about our nation. Because they care, we salute them. We SALUTE volunteers for going into harm’s way to help victims of the hurricane. We SALUTE them for
coaching our little league, we SALUTE them for teaching a Sunday School Class and we SALUTE them for going door to door to install fire alarms

Blended Retirement System is now available Rito G. Vallez
Personal Financial Readiness Specialist
The Blended Retirement System (BRS) is now in effect! If you are one of the many Service members that joined the military between Jan. 1, 2006 and Dec. 31, 2017, the time to make a decision is now. What is BRS? BRS is the new Retirement System that has replaced the Legacy Retirement System. It is called Blended, because it retains part of the Legacy and blends something new to the Retirement System (matching contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan). The defined benefit annuity retained from the Legacy Retirement System, will be altered by the multiplier being changed from 2.5% to 2.0%. Let’s say a service member completes 20 years of service under BRS, they would receive 40% of their high three pay against the 50% under Legacy. However, you must take into consideration the matching contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). If you act now, it could potentially mean the difference of thousands of dollars in the long run. For example, (using a 2017 Pay Chart) if a PFC Smith with only one year in the Army started contributing 5% of his base pay to the TSP from Jan. to Dec. 2018 and did not opt in to BRS, until June of 2018, he would have a total of $1,697.22 (Soldier page 40

contribution: $1,131.48 + Government matching of 6 months: $565.74) invested by him and through matching contributions from the Department of Defense for the calendar year of 2018. If PFC Doe, with the same situation, opted in to BRS in Jan. 2018, she would have a total of $2,262.96 (Soldier contribution: $1,131.48 + Government matching of 6 months: $1,131.48). This total would be money invested by her and through matching contributions from the Department of Defense for the same calendar year.
Over a period of time if the individuals were to leave their money in the Thrift Savings Plan until the age of 60, the 6 month difference would be $5,811.22. PFC Smith would have a total of $17,454.92 and PFC Doe would have a total of $23,266.14. Keep in mind this is only calculating one year of investing, if an individual were to invest for 4, 6, or even 20 years that would number would grow exponentially. There are significant changes in the military’s new BRS retirement system and it consists of automatic and matching contributions, continuation pay bonus, full retired pay at the completion of 20 years or more and new options for collecting your retirement pay. Before you make a decision, remember that only approximately 19% of our military population make it to the 20 year mark. That leaves 81% of the military population to separate prior to serving 20 years of service. Utilize various websites for additional information and resources to better assist you in making a decision. Fort Bliss Financial Educators are here to help if you wish to speak with someone regarding various questions or concerns. They can help you better understand the differences between the Legacy and Blended Retirement System. Financial Educators can also come out to your Unit and provide Financial Literacy Training for you and your Soldiers. Army Community Service is located at Bldg. 2494 Ricker Road. This year, let the Fort Bliss Tax Center prepare your tax returns … for free! Cpt. Jules Szanton Fort Bliss Tax Center
Don’t want to waste a weekend afternoon preparing your own tax returns? Not excited about spending hundreds of dollars on a commercial tax preparer? (A recent IRS study found that the average commercial tax preparer charges $261 to prepare federal and state tax returns.)
For military families, there is another choice. The Fort Bliss Tax Center, a project of the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, prepares federal and state income tax returns for free. Active-duty service members, military retirees, activated reservists and dependents are eligible for this service. The Fort Bliss Tax Center
opens for the season on Monday, Jan. 22, and remains open until Tuesday, April 17. The Center is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and DONSAs. The Center has walk-in hours from 9 a.m. until noon every weekday or to schedule an appointment, call 915-568-1040. Last year, the Fort Bliss Tax Center prepared income tax returns for nearly 4,000 members of the Fort Bliss
Community. Taxpayers saved nearly $1.4 million in tax preparation fees, and received over $8 million in refunds. The Center’s returns have a lower rejection rate than most leading commercial tax preparers. The Center is located at 122 Slater Road, behind the Legal Assistance Office. For more information about the Center, call 915-568-1040 or visit https://www.bliss. army.mil/staffjudgeadvocate/ taxcenter.html.

Searching for job
OPPORTUNITIES Deana Garcia
Employment Readiness Program Manager
Looking for employment when a military family PCSs to a new installation can be challenging for military spouses. El Paso is a large city and it can be quite intimidating if you are not familiar with the area. To help ease this frustration, the Employment Readiness Program (ERP) at Army Community Service (ACS) coordinates two hiring fairs each year that bring the employers to Fort Bliss. In order for an employer to participate in the hiring fair, they must list what vacancies they are recruiting for during registration. The next hiring fair is scheduled Feb. 15 at the Centennial Banquet and Conference Center, 11199 Sgt. E. Churchill Street on Central Fort Bliss. This event is free for active-duty, Family members, Retirees and DoD ID card holders. All attendees must show a DoD ID at the door. In addition to coordinating hiring fairs, Employment Readiness assists military spouses, Family members, Retirees, DoD Civilians, active-duty military, active Reserve, National Guard members and Wounded Warriors with their individual job search needs. Whether it’s page 44

help with a basic or federal résumé, a cover letter or assistance with interviewing techniques, the Employment Readiness Program’s highly qualified and experienced staff can help you ensure you have an effective job search. Employment Readiness also offers several workshops such as Ten Steps to a Federal Job, Ace Your Next Job Interview and more. Instead of searching for employment alone, contact Employment Readiness for help. Here are some great tips to help get the most out of your hiring fair experience:
Being prepared is important
If the hiring fair provides a list of registered employers, research the employers you want to speak with and view what openings are available with the company. Have a 30 second speech ready and practice it before you go. Be prepared to introduce yourself and include some of your qualifications that help demonstrate why you are a great candidate.
Dress for success
Ensure your clothes are comfortable and professional. You never know if the employer may want to interview you on the spot. You want to show them that you
are a confident candidate by visiting each table by yourself and not with friends or spouse.
Arrive early and have a positive attitude
Remember, not all hiring fairs will have a copier so you need to bring plenty of copies of your résumé. Be ready to ask the recruiter questions, this shows that you are interested in the company and will help you make a great impression. If asked to apply online, do not get discouraged, a lot of employers only take applications online. Ask for the recruiter’s business card, this will also help you follow up with the employers you spoke with at the hiring fair and will make a great impression. To schedule an appointment for Employment Orientation, call 915-5695838. This class is held every Wednesday at 10 a.m. at ACS Building 2494 Ricker Road. After Employment Orientation, the job seeker will be scheduled for a one-on-one appointment with an Employment Readiness Specialist. Remember you don’t have to look for employment on your own. Employment Readiness can help you. www.bliss.armymwr.com

I look at the calendar and I realize the end to another year is fast approaching. Where did 2017 go? As I sit here and reflect on the past 12 months, I am overwhelmed, grateful and my heart is full. We have had many great events, and been witness to a plethora of smiles and overwhelming gratitude. All of this in part because of our generous partners and sponsors. I have to give our Fort Bliss Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) teams the credit they deserve for their programming and dedication to our Soldiers and their Families. The amazing partnerships we have with El Paso Community organizations has allowed @blissmwr
Thank you sponsors for your support Fort Bliss FMWR to bring concerts, fireworks, sporting events, outdoor recreation activities, holiday festivals and more to the installation. If you have participated in one or more of our events, and took advantage of free photos, face painting, inflatables, and other fun additions, you have been a beneficiary of our sponsor’s support. These partnerships and relationships have contributed to your fun. This is by far not the only contributions and benefits of these relationships, but it
gives you an idea. When an organization decides to give support to Fort Bliss FMWR, their support stays here and goes directly to our events, activities and programming. This allows FMWR to provide additional services for our Soldiers, Families and the El Paso community. I would like to say thank you to our service members and partners who support them. We all make a great team! One team, one fight! Every January we highlight
and honor our contributors. We will be hosting our annual 2017 Sponsorship Social “A Night at the Masters” midJanuary at the Underwood Golf Complex. This night is a fun-filled evening full of activities, laughter and fun. It is a small token of appreciation and a way to give back to those who give to us all year long. We will reflect and focus on what we do, and who we do it for. We will also take this opportunity to highlight new events and advertising options for 2018. If you are an El Paso organization that would like to attend this event and learn more about partnering and how we can help one another, please call 915568-6078 for more information.

graduating from high school. He incorporates all his talents into his career, teaching children about food and fitness for the Strong Beginnings program offered at the CDCs on post.
“In this class we taught a little bit about food nutrients. Specifically proteins and carbohydrates and how they work in the body,” said Danny. “The fitness/Jiu-Jitsu portion focused on agility, balance and coordination to build confidence. The ages ranged from 4-5, it was the Strong Beginnings (Pre-K) program that the
centers offer. This is an occasional class, it falls under nutrition/fitness education.” Danny truly expresses the FMWR core values in his own way. “For me MWR allows me the opportunity to give back to our service men and women, and their families,” said Danny.

professional team to discuss your personal fitness goals. Patrons will walk away with a six-week plan of specific classes on the Group Fit schedule to attend. Our six-week Smart Start program has proven results when the plan is followed. The cost is $20 per person for this service. The studies have shown an average of 5% decrease of body fat, 57% increase in cardio fitness, and 16% reduction in trunk fat. In addition, studies have shown, people who work out in groups are more likely to stay with it, than those who work out alone. You can make exercise more social by teaming up with a friend, or trying out different group fitness workouts to see what you like best. Make it a regular date for yourself during the week! But don’t go too hard on your first few workouts, it’s better to get into a habit than a world of pain. When it comes to motivation, our brains are mysterious creatures. One minute you’re pumped, full of enthusiasm. A few weeks later the excuses start to creep in, before you know it you haven’t been to the gym all week. The good news is you’re not alone. The thoughts you experience when you’re just getting started with fitness are part of a well-studied science. Research shows there are a few key things that will guarantee you keep coming back for more and we will guide you through these steps. Stop by and visit with us! Fort Bliss Group Fit will be offering free Smart Start services at our Annual Fitness Resolution Health Fair on Jan. 27 at Soto Physical Fitness Center from 8 to 11 a.m. Consultations will be first-come, firstserved, no appointments or reservations are needed. to train with world class coaches and improve upon their technique. Thanks to their extensive training, several athletes who have participated at Army Trials have gone on to compete at the DoD Warrior Games and some have gone further competing at the Invictus Games and at the Paralympic level. “Army Trials is a great event for our wounded, ill and injured Soldiers,” said Lt. Col. Heidi Schuster, officerin-charge of the Warrior Care and Transition Adaptive Reconditioning Program. “Not only will they receive world class training from our coaching staff, but this year they will get to experience a variety of therapeutic recreation events that they can take back with them to help with their recovery.” The Army Trials competition will take place March 3 through March 8 at various facilities across Fort Bliss.
