Arabian Nights Bars: $5 (4x4-inch bar), minimum 2 Dates, walnuts, and a honey filling on an oatmeal crust. A sweet for those who want something a little dark and mysterious. Please ask for pricing on smaller pieces.
Autumn Cookies: $0.75 A “healthy” combo of pumpkin, oatmeal, and cranberries, with the decadence of chocolate.
Baklava: $25: tray of 30 pieces (or $1 each, minimum 12) My family recipe! Walnuts wrapped in delicate filo dough, drizzled with a special syrup, and cut into diamonds. Ask about pricing for gift boxes or favors!
Berry Heart Hand Pies: $3 each, minimum order of 5 Filled with mixed berries and topped with sparkling sugar.
Buckwheat-Chocolate Cookies: $1.50 each Naturally gluten-free and made with cashew/coconut butter (so they’re dairy-free as well) but still delicious and decadent!
Chocolate-Chip Cookies: $1 each Not your everyday chocolate chip cookies. With two kinds of chocolate and some extra spices, these are a special treat.
Chocolate Sesame Cookies: $0.75 each A rich chocolate cookie with the added nutty flavor of sesame. Kids love these!
Chocolate Sugar Cookies: $1 each A rich, fudge-y cookie cut into your favorite shape and decorated simply with royal icing.
Coconut Macaroons: $0.75 each (plain); $1.00 each (chocolate-dipped) Coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and egg whites come together for a yummy, glutenfree treat!
Espresso Shortbread: $1 each Shortbread made with espresso powder and crushed chocolate-covered espresso beans. The coffee-lover’s cookie!
Fennel-Orange Shortbread: $1 each

A slightly more savory shortbread that would fit in perfectly on both a cheese plate or with a cup of tea.
Jam Hearts or Flowers: Large: $2 each, minimum of 4. Small: $1 each, minimum 12. Heart-shaped sugar cookies sandwiched with jam, and dusted with powdered sugar. Specify strawberry, raspberry, or apricot jam. Ask about other shapes!
Lebanese Easter Cookies (“maamoul”): $1 each Semolina cookies molded around either a date or walnut filling. Children love the date cookies. Please specify date/walnut/mixed. Egg-free and low-sugar.
Lemon and Pistachio Shortbread: $1 each A very popular cookie with everyone who tries it! Glazed with lemon and topped with even more pistachios.
Milk Chocolate-Pistachio Cookies: $1 each (small); $2 each (large) A lighter version of my chocolate chip cookies, perfect for kids!
Outrageous Brownies: $1 each, minimum order of 12 Spiked with espresso and chocolate three ways! Decadent!
Pomegranate-Pistachio Biscotti: $1.50 each Tart pomegranate seeds and sweet pistachios come together with just a hint of anise in a crunchy cookie that is great with tea or coffee!
Pop Tarts: $3 each, minimum 4 A healthy version of the grocery-store treat. Great for busy mornings when breakfast is on the run! Raspberry-chocolate, strawberry-Nutella or stone fruit, apple butter, or figorange butter. Can be made in a heart shape as well!
Pumpkin Gingerbread: $1 each A softer, more pumpkin-y take on traditional gingerbread! Dressed up in autumnal or Christmas shapes: skeleton, pumpkin, leaves, turkey, reindeer, tree, snowflake, gingerbread boy and girl, etc. Ask if you want a different shape, and specify which shapes you’d like when you order!
Salted Caramel Apple Hand Pies: $3 each, minimum order of 4 Tart apples and my homemade caramels in convenient pie form. Can be made glutenfree and egg-free!
Savory Seeduction Cookies: $1 each No processed sugar (I use a touch of maple syrup and chopped dates), chock full of protein (walnuts, almonds, chia seeds), and super tasty (rosemary and coconut along with some spices)...these are as healthy as you can get with a cookie that's still delicious!
Stamped Snickerdoodles: $0.75 each

Sweet Sesame Cookies (Barazek): $1 each
These are a traditional Lebanese shortbread cookie that are rolled in a honey/sesame mixture and placed on top of a mound of pistachios. They bake up crispy and the toasted sesame seeds are a great balance to the honey. Perfect for a unique offering at your next event!
PIES AND TARTS All pies are 9-inch, unless otherwise noted. Gluten-free flour is available for an additional $1. Dairy-free option available for an additional $1. Most pies can be made egg-free. “Say it with Pie� Option: $1.00 per pie. Use your pie to send a message to a special person!
Almond and Apricot Tarts: $1.50 each (mini), minimum 12 OR $6 for an individuallysized tart OR $20 for a 9-inch tart Buttery tart shells layered with apricot jam, an almond cream filling, and topped with sliced almonds. Light and delicious!
Almond and Raspberry Tart with a Chocolate-Rye Crust: $1.50 each (mini), minimum 12 OR $7 for an individually-sized tart OR $22 for a 9-inch tart Chocolate and raspberry jam are an ideal combo in this twist on my popular almond/apricot tarts. The rye in the chocolate crust gives an extra boost of flavor! Also try it with fresh cherries on top instead of the raspberry jam.
Traditional Apple: $24 Tart apples, lots of cinnamon, and a lattice top-crust. Fall in dessert form!
Apple/Blueberry: $25 Double-crust with tart apples and sweet blueberries. A unique combination that people love!
Apple Crumble: $22 Single-crust with crumble topping.

Christmas Tart: $24 Not just for Christmas but an ideal offering! Buttery almond filling dotted with fresh cranberries and topped with a honey-pistachio topping.
Mixed Berry Crisp: $22 Single-crust with almond/oat crisp topping.
Peach Crumble: $22 Single-crust with crumble topping. A splash of vanilla makes this extra special.
Peanut Tart: $26 Sweet, spicy, and nutty‌this is similar to Pecan Pie but a lot more interesting!
Pear/Sour Cherry Crisp: $22 Single-crust with almond/oat crisp topping.
Pineapple Pie: $22 Developed for a customer who loves pineapple: tart and sweet filling topped with a brown sugar crumble topping. Unique and delicious!
Strawberry-Basil Pie: $25 A unique twist on a strawberry pie, with basil, pepper, and balsamic vinegar offering new layers of flavor!
Summer Jumble Pie: $25 A fun combo of stone fruit, berries, and cherries topped with an almond-oat-coconut crumble.
Winter Fruit and Walnut: $28 Double-crust with an apple, golden raisin, cranberry, and walnut filling. Seasonal: check for availability.
BREADS AND CAKES Apple-Coconut-Raisin Buns: $10/4 My cinnamon roll dough filled with an apple, cinnamon, and golden raisin filling and topped with a honey glaze. Amazing for breakfast!

A lemony version of the traditional French treat. Can be shaped into bunny faces or into traditional Brioche á Tête.
Chocolate-Zucchini Loaf Cake: $15 Hidden zucchini makes this delicious cake super moist (and healthy?).
Cinnamon Rolls: $12/6 Lots of cinnamon and a sugar drizzle make these a real treat!
Coconut Cake with Apricot Glaze: $22 A light and super moist coconut cake glazed with apricot jam and topped with shredded coconut.
Date and Orange Challah: $14 A beautiful egg bread swirled with a date and orange filling that will decorate your dinner table until you rip into it! Leftovers would make delicious French toast. Plain challah is also available for $10.
Grapefruit Cake: $16 A tart loaf cake made with grapefruit zest and juice and topped with a grapefruit glaze. Great for breakfast!
Honey and Almond Cake: $25 Made with almond meal, egg whites, olive oil, and honey…it’s flourless and dairy-free (but not vegan) so it’s great for people with allergies…and it’s delicious!
Kumquat-Cranberry Coffee Cake: $20 (7-inch round) Whole wheat flour, flaxseed, and yogurt are the healthy base of this cake. Kumquats and cranberries tart it up! Seasonal, so ask for availability.
Mexican Chocolate Cake: $22: 9-inch cake Dark chocolate cake spiked with spice and cinnamon. Topped with chocolate and caramel.
Pain d’Epices (Gingerbread Loaf): $15 Traditional French gingerbread, made with honey and warm spices.
Pumpkin Seed and Sage Focaccia: $12. For the savory-lovers out there: Freshly baked Italian bread chock full of chopped sage and topped with pumpkin seeds and sea salt. Perfect for sandwiches with your Thanksgiving leftovers.
Sesame & Walnut Challah: $14 A cinnamony tahini (sesame paste) and walnut swirl make this a lovely and unique bread to enjoy for breakfast or any time!

Sugared Jam Cake: $22: 9-inch cake Strawberry jam layered in a light vanilla cake and topped with cinnamon sugar. Imagine a jam donut but more elegant!
Za’atar Croissants: $4 each, minimum 6 Light and flaky croissants are filled with and topped with za’atar, a mixture of wild oregano, sumac, sesame, and sea salt. Try them with eggs, cucumbers, tomato slices, and labneh (a yogurt cheese) for a twist on a traditional Lebanese breakfast!
GRANOLA All granola is $10/lb. Smaller or larger amounts may be ordered. Almond-Cherry-Sesame Granola Tart cherries, slivered almonds, and toasted sesame mixed with honey.
Mediterranean Granola Walnuts, pistachios, dried apricots, and dried cranberries.
Mocha Coconut Granola For the true coffee lovers – espresso powder, cocoa, and coconut flakes. An adult version of cocoa puffs!
Orange-Almond Granola Orange zest, blood orange olive oil, and slivered almonds. No refined sugar. A top seller!
Peanut Butter and Honey Granola Peanut butter, chopped peanuts, and honey. Great for breakfast OR on ice cream for dessert!
Pumpkin Granola The flavors of Fall in granola form! With dried cranberries and pepitas. Can be made using gluten-free oats, and naturally egg-free!
Turmeric and Ginger Spiced Granola Turmeric and ginger give this granola a spicy boost. Filled with dried mango and cranberries, along with cashews and pistachios.
