outcomes based on CHNA 20's core priority areas of Chronic Disease & Wellness and Access to Care & Services. Each grantee will receive $5,000 for their project. CHNA 20 received many grant applications representing a variety of programs and services. The grant review process was rigorous and conducted by a 14-member review committee chosen from community agencies in the CHNA 20 catchment. This year's 2015/2016 grant recipients are listed by lead agency followed by the project's name: 1. COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS Impact Norwood to Show the Documentary The Anonymous People Impact Norwood will be hosting a showing of the documentary, "The Anonymous People," on June 30 at 7:00 PM at the Morrill Memorial Library, 33 Walpole Street, Norwood. "The Anonymous People" is a feature documentary film about the over 23 million Americans living in long-term recover from addiction to alcohol and other drugs.
